So...tried these for dinner tonight and they were really good! Anyone have a great recipe that they have used and loved??? I've tried making mashed cauliflower before and it didn't turn out well😜. I would really like to make these at home so they are healthier/cleaner. These had too much sodium for me plus a few ingredients that I hope I can tweak to make them dairy free and Paleo.

Y'all.... anyone who knows me knows that I am not the biggest fan of cooking OR breakfast! And especially not waking up early to cook breakfast! I would always grab a sugary and chocolatey protein bar and buy a coffee on the way to work. 🙈 .
