My mini-me doesn’t feel well, so I am upping my immune-boosting game and did an @itoviscanner scan to see what oils I need. I will share it in my stories so you can see how it works. Looks like I’ll be diffusing the yoga collection with some Parchouli! Maybe I should actually do yoga as well?! 😂

I live on the east coast in New York, and the weather is fridgid, freezing, brrrrrrrrrrr. 💧Oils for sick little one’s:

The truth is that feeding kids healthy meals is HARD. But feeding toddlers healthy meals is HARDER. For toddlers, it takes patience, consistency, perseverance and love. They love it today and tomorrow it's yucky. It's delicious on wednesday and by friday "it's not good for me", like my 3 yr old will say.....ha.
Toddlers are quick to express their candid view about a dish. For this reason, I pay attention to dishes that my toddlers categorically states that it's delicious- though that doesn't guarantee anything. I get nervous about introducing new foods because I know it might be flat out rejected. But I'm learning how to be okay with them rejecting certain foods and exploring new ways of trying the same food. I'm also learning to eat what I want them to eat....#truth . Ultimately, kids are more likely to eat what they see you eat not what you tell them to eat.
