Nope! We sure haven't taken a break. I've just been beyond busy lately so here goes some more vegetarian fare that I've been whipping up for us these past few weeks in a nutshell 😋: 1️⃣BBQ ranch cauliflower bowls. 2️⃣Falafel Greek grain bowls. 3️⃣veggie spring rolls with slow roasted tomatoes and sautéed spinach with red bell peppers (that spinach was Bae 🤤). 4️⃣#TAEsty baked then seared cauliflower "steaks" with brown rice and broccoli. 5️⃣ black bean and walnut taco kits with crunchy tortillas (not pictured) to build our own tacos. I know, black bean and WALNUT?!?! Don't knock it til you try it because the two of these come nine gave me just the consistency that I was looking for. And last but definitely not least is actually our lunch for today 6️⃣my paid Thai inspired zoodles 😍. I made my peanut sauce from scratch like I do everything else, but I was pleasantly surprised by my results on the first try. Everything married well, my only changes that I'd consider next time - because there will absolutely be a next time in the near future - would be to add broccoli and possibly some eggs when I went to go all out. I'd also probably leave most of the sauce on the side to be mixed in and heated just before consuming so that everything can stay nice and firm. Med said not to change anything because he likes it as is, but I love testing the waters and trying new spins on things. All in all, I'm really pleased with our journey so far and it's been so much fun to challenge myself to create dishes we'd enjoy all while being healthy and cutting weight. And to you incredible folks who have been hitting me up, asking for recipes, fear not because I am working having many recipes and tutorials at your fingertips very soon. According to the CDC, the next best option is to use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Below we have outlined some tips for keeping hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes accessible all the time.
There are plenty of hand sanitizer brands to choose from. Try to find a product that contains at least 60% alcohol and a moisturizing/skin sensitivity element. We prefer the small spray bottles because they are more discrete and easier to apply. That way we don’t look like complete germ freaks (even though we totally are!).

So this is my first #sweatyselfie I've posted publicly because I feel like I just need to be real today. I really didn't want to work out. Like, I thought about skipping it many times. I was hungry, had a stressful day at work (what Monday isn't?) and felt I deserved to just relax when I got home. But in the back of my mind I thought about those cliche quotes I had saved on Pinterest: "discipline is doing what needs to be done even when you don't want to do it." So I forced myself to tie my hair up, put on my running clothes, and lace up my shoes. The first few minutes of breathing hot, humid air sucks, but now I get to sit and enjoy the rush of endorphins coursing through my body. Yeah, I'm really sweaty, but I don't regret it. I didn't run far or for a long time, but it's something and it counts! Emery and I headed out for a workout during the #eclipse today at the local community center. I took advantage of the bleachers to get a pretty good sweat going! ☀💦👟 Right now I'm really enjoying finding the balance between #mommylife and #healthylife . I want to set the best example I can for these kiddos and show them how important it is to take care of your body and to fuel it with healthy food.

When you FINALLY make it to @pressedjuicery 😄🙌🏼 I've been wanting to go ALL summer, except the closest location is a 45 minute drive 😭 BUT I was in Cambridge getting my CPR certification today so I stopped by on the way back with my friend @amyscaleraa and I'm SO glad I did
I'll be posting a picture of our freeze Cups tomorrow morning - they were SO good! I got strawberry with raspberries + coconut flakes + granola and other Amy got vanilla with almonds + strawberries + coconut flakes
Both of our flavors tasted like a delicious frozen smoothie! The vanilla flavor had hints of almond milk and the strawberry flavor was silky smooth and the perfect amount of sweet! Who would've known that plant based soft serve made from nuts, fruits, and veggies could taste SO good? Thanks for the delicious treats @pressedjuicery can't wait to come back for more!
