Cook this yummy Red Wine Steak tonight for dinner! Get all your ingredients at Super Fresh!
- 1/2 cup red wine
-1/4 cup soy sauce
-1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
-3 gloves of garlic, chopped
- 2 tsps. parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp pepper
-Combine the marinade ingredients in a bowl and add the steaks.
- Marinade for as long as you can, the longer the better.
- Add to your grill and cook to desired internal temperature.

Today's work snack/lunch. I've been so bad the last two days and I was up two pounds this morning 😩 so I'm back on track today. I realized that seeing that number go back up is the last thing I want so I have fresh motivation to make this work. I've been going strong at the gym this week some days I've fallen off diet, and some days I've wanted to quit but I haven't! Summer training is my absolute favorite and I'm not looking forward to going back to school because it's gonna be cutting a lot of my gym time 😐 This week I also stepped on the scale for the first time this summer and I am gaining muscle slowly, I'm not even upset to see that I've been gaining little weight because I know it's muscle, the number on the scale is just a number I don't live for that number anymore I live for my confidence, and feeling good and happy about myself when I look in the mirror. -Work hard for the things you want hard work will always pay off, even if you fall of track a couple days you can always fall back to your track. How to Lose Weight with Black Seed & Black seed Oil
When u carry around more weight than what is recommended, u are not only putting unnecessary stress on ur body, but u are also putting ur health at great risk. Sometimes, it takes a life-altering experience for an overweight person to do something about their weight problem. But this doesn’t have to be d case. Losing weight should be a conscious effort for it to be effective
Remember, shedding a few extra pounds does not only unburden u from all d flabs dt u carry around with u, but it also gives u more energy & confidence in pursuing everything dt ur heart desires
So, instead of always complaining how easily u get tired or how u can’t seem to find nice clothes dt fit u, why not do something about all d extra weight now? No, don’t put it off for next week or after d holidays. It’s now or never!
Option 1: Mix 1teaspoon of black seed oil with 1 to 2 teaspoons of honey. Do this every morning before ur first meal of d day
Option 2: Combine a teaspoon of black seed oil, a teaspoon of honey & Ceylon Cinnamon with a cup of water. Mix everything together at room temperature. Do this first thing in d morning everyday before having ur breakfast & at night before going to bed
Option 3: Add a few teaspoons of black seed oil into ur salad dressing
Option 4: U will need 1teaspoon black seed oil & 1 orange. Squeeze out d juice of d orange. Add 1teaspoon of black seed oil & mix well with d juice. Drink this concoction everyday on an empty stomach
Option 5: Drink 1glass of warm water with lemon juice. Take 3 to 5 milligrams of black seed in a spoon. Scoop the seeds in a glass of warm water. Swallow d seeds with d water. After dt, eat 1spoon of pure natural honey
Muscle groups which are lagging behind can cause many problems. The obvious problem is that symmetry and muscular balance will not be there. However muscular imbalances cause problems worse than this. Muscular imbalances, will over time will cause postural problems. For me, my chest has been a bigger focus of my training than my upper back. An over developed chest or an underdeveloped back will cause the shoulders to roll forward and stretch the back, eventually causing a noticeable hunched over back. I have started to incorporate extra upper back sessions into my program, where I will also train arms.
Today's session started off by training upper back, dumbbell high rows and reverse cable cross were the two exercises used. I stayed in the 12-15 rep range and done 6 sets per exercise.
Following this I worked biceps and triceps, it was really just a burn out, 30 second rests between sets and pushing as hard as I could. I done 10 sets on both muscle groups.
To finish off the workout I added some ab work and then bar hangs
