I have gotten into the habit of a morning ritual and an evening ritual. I’m loving it! My evening ritual consists of yoga (which formerly was my morning ritual) and a gratitude journal. So many people think veganism is a fad diet. Honestly it's more than just a way of eating but it's a different way of seeing the world. Showing compassion. Love for all sentient beings and it just turns out that it provides incredible health benefits.
We have an amazing relationship because of it. We have learned to grow and help one another each and everyday. It was a challenge at first but we were patient and understood that this is a betterment of not only ourselves but the lives around us.
I am so happy to say that my father of 76 years of age no longer suffers from arthritis since he changed his way of eating. It is incredible! There are countless stories of people turning their lives around with their health and learning to show compassion to everyone ❤️ #happyfridays
Ok peeps ... listen up 🙋🏻...this one's about grown up stuff...and it's important ! ( we're #adulting today 😶) Today is the last day to get health insurance locked in for the new year . The choices stink and the prices are outrageos🤑🤑🤑 but we have no choice , right ? WRONG! Your choice is to stay healthy 🍏🍎🍐🍊🍋🍈🍓🍇🍉🍌🍒🍑🍍🥝🥑🌽🥕🥒🍆🍅..... i'm not suggesting not to have insurance 🙅🏻You have to 😐I'm recommending make effective changes to your well care routine so as not to get stuck paying out on your deductibles, your co-pays, prescription meds for yourself and your kids and unforeseen medical and sick care cost$$$$. Here's the racket... to quote my health insurance agent ..."Premiums were determined by August and the insurers had to calculate that if the ACA is overturned, that many fewer people would be insured leaving more people with illness, so they raised the premiums!" I can think of much better ways to spend my hard earned $$$ than lining the pockets of corporate insurance robots 😡 #JuicePlus is my families real #healthinsurance . Last quick little tidbit ... when I went to fill a prescription for my son last week they told me he wasn't covered and I would have to pay out of pocket 😱 it took me a few minutes to realize he wasn't covered in their system because I never actually updated his insurance card with the pharmacy over the last TWO YEARS!!!! That means no prescription💊💊 for this school aged child , no strep, flu, ear infections, stomach virus or anything else in TWO WHOLE years 🏆🏅⛹🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. And his body craves fruits & veggies now to boot thanks to Juice Plus #gummies . I am seeing so many posts about friends and family and their babies being sick. It’s so sad and I hate seeing everyone not feeling well especially right before the holidays. The BEST thing we did for our immune system was adding in 30 fruits and veggies!
Let me tell you what that means during cold and flu season. That means we haven’t had one sick visit to the doctor in over a year. Does that mean we don’t get a stuffy nose or sore throat or maybe even throw up? No it means IF we catch something which is RARE it’s gone the next day with no need for an antibiotic or calling off work because we have to go to the doctor.
Thankfully by adding more Whole Foods into my families diets we have been the healthiest we have ever been. Is it magic? No it’s food and it takes time to help boost your immune system. Is it vitamins...No they are Whole foods in a capsule...I’m so blesssed someone shared this with us because I know if they hadn’t we would be sick and in and out of the doctors offices too.
If your sick and tired of being sick and tired what do you have to loose? 🤷🏻♀️ Try Whole Foods to boost those immune systems for at least 4 months and see what happens! ✨Warning... what you can expect is better energy, sleep, over all health, craving healthier foods, positive mindset, stronger hair and nails, healthy heart, healthy gums, and lots of other health changes to happen.
