Enjoy risotto without the rice! This version is just as flavorful and way more nutrient dense. Plus, it's a great way to take advantage of squash season.⠀

🌿 1 pound butternut squash, peeled and cubed (about 4 cups)⠀
🌿 1 tablespoon solid cooking fat (I used lard)⠀
🌿 1 clove garlic, minced⠀
🌿 1 bunch rainbow chard, tough stems removed, leaves cut into long ribbons (about 5 cups)⠀
🌿 1 teaspoon sea salt⠀
🌿 1 teaspoon dried oregano⠀
🌿 ½ teaspoon onion powder⠀
🌿 ¼ teaspoon cinnamon⠀
🌿 ¼ teaspoon turmeric⠀
⠀
👉 Place squash in food processor and pulse for 30 seconds, until squash is "riced." Don't over process!⠀
👉 Heat solid cooking fat in a large skillet on medium-low heat. When fat has melted, add squash.⠀
👉 Cook, stirring occasionally, for 4-5 minutes. Add garlic, cook until fragrant.⠀
👉 Add remaining herbs, spices. Stir to incorporate, cook 4-5 more minutes.⠀
👉 Add chard. Place lid over skillet for 2 minutes, allowing chard to wilt. Remove lid, stir to combine wilted chard.⠀
Remove from heat and serve.⠀

Lasaña o pastel de carne con verduras y como base berenjenas. Es simple, en una sartén preparas el guiso de verduras al gusto junto con la carne y por otro lado pasas por una sartén láminas de berenjenas, luego en un recipiente apto para horno vas montándolo, una capa de berenjena, otra del guiso, otra de berenjena y así hasta cubrirlo. Ponernos el queso al gusto y al horno (previamente calentado) durante 10-15 min. para gratinar el queso y listo. Bon appetit! 🍴

En la sangre podemos encontrar una sustancia llamada antígeno, la cual estimula la producción de anticuerpos, si en la sangre del donante se encuentran antígenos y anticuerpos diferentes, es decir que no son compatibles con la nuestra, pueden provocar una reacción inmunológica que puede desembocar en hemólisis, anemia, fallo renal, shock y muerte.

Existen 32 tipos de antígenos conocidos, aunque los considerados más importantes son los del sistema ABO y el sistema Rh.

El sistema Rh fue descubierto en 1940 y recibió su nombre porque los primeros experimentos se hicieron en un mono de la especie Macaccus Rhesus.

Este antígeno fue clasificado como Rh positivo o Rh negativo, y durante una transfusión, una persona puede recibir solamente sangre de su mismo tipo y factor Rh.

Aquí la importancia de conocer tu grupo sanguíneo, ya que la sangre que recibas debe ser compatible con la tuya.

RECETA DEL DÍA 👏❤🍝 ---> @cool_turefood -  Boloñesa con SALSA NAPOLITANA hecha by ME! 
RECETA:
•4 tomates
•1/4 de cebolla
•Ajo
•1 chorrito de aceite de oliva
•1 chorrito de miel
•Sal y pimienta
TIENEN 2 OPCIONES PARA HACER ESTA SALSA 
1. Ponen los tomates en una olla a hervir, con una cruz en la parte de arriba. Cuando el agua este hirviendo los retiran y la cruz les servirá para pelarlos más fácil. En un sartén sofríen la cebolla con el ajo hasta que se transparente, agregan los tomates medió picados dejan a fuego bajo por unos minutos, y luego pasan todo al pica todo o licuadora, agregan el aceite de oliva, la miel, la sal y la pimienta. 
2. Si tienen menos tiempo 😬Pican todos los ingredientes y llevan al pica todo con el aceite de oliva, la miel, la sal y la pimienta, luego ponen a reducir la salsa en una sartén por unos minuticos y pueden agregar de una vez la carne o la pasta. 
Pueden ensayar las dos opciones para ver cuál les gusta más! ;) Esta salsita la pueden guardar en la nevera y les sirve para unos huevos, la base para la pizza etc... yo agregue albahaca Fresca por encima y la pasta es de arroz que es mi Fav de @pastaeldorado 
Opcional: agregar Chorrito de agua. .

I’m such a Chickpea lover! Today, I decided to come up with my own version of a Chickpea burger. So, as you can see from the photos, they look like burgers. But when cooked they didn’t hold together, so they became a Chickpea wrap! I’m so happy that this happened! I wouldn’t have created this delicious Chickpea Wrap. Here’s the recipe:
15 oz of cooked chickpeas, mashed
1/2 white onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, chopped
1/4 piece of ginger, peeled and chopped
2 shiitake mushrooms, chopped 
1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil 
1/4 teaspoon Sriracha chili sauce
1/4 teaspoon vegenaise pesto 
Mix altogether and make patties

Cook until slightly brown (They will collapse but stay slightly together.) Place a mixture of 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil; 1/4 teaspoon Sriracha chili sauce and 1/4 teaspoon vegenaise pesto in a small bowl. Smear the mixture onto a wrap with a little more Sriracha chili sauce. Use a spatula to pick up the Chickpea pseudo burger, place on wrap near the edge and wrap! It’s so delicious. The ginger makes a huge difference in creating such a delightful taste!

Ja się  odrobinę nudzę  przynam.. pogoda jest do kitu, więc lenie się w domu 😁😃 Miałam dziś mega ochote na słodkie 😑 niekoniecznie zdrowe...i tak powstały:
Zawijasy z ciasta francuskiego z czekoladą  i orzechami! 💖💖 ♦️Ciasto jest kupne.
♦️Krem czekoladowy to 40g gorzkiej czekolady rozpuszczone z mlekiem migdałowym,  10g miodu oraz 10g mleka w proszku. ♦️Do kremu dodałam 20g pokruszonych orzeszków  ziemnych.
♦️ Urzyłam  ok 2/3 ciasta francuskiego z paczki, ktòre równo posmarowałam czekoladowo orzechowy krem i zawinęłam w roladę. Po pocięciu  wyszło 8 kawałków. ♦️ Piekłam zgodnie z instrukcjami na opokowaniu ciasta.
Nie są  to 'zdrowe' przekąski.. ale co tam! (Jesli chodzi o kalorie to wyszlo po ok 180 na kawałek).😉😉

In true tradition, this morning we had a cooked weekend breakfast 😍 shame I didn’t have any SW sausages at the time though! (I’ve bought some now!) So I had scrambled eggs - made with only eggs - no milk or butter (p), spaghetti hoops (free), tomatoes and mushrooms (speedy). Perfect start to a Saturday!
