When only comfort food will do! So today was supposed to be an SP day and I had my 2nd hex b for lunch but when I got home I just fancied ‘stodge ‘ ! Now I know that if you’re having a true sp day everything on your plate should be free food but I wanted sausages and these bad boys are from my local butcher at 0.5 syns each, I didn’t use any fat or flour in the gravy, I cooked the sausages in the oven with a large sliced onion, took the sausages out when cooked, added a stock pot, some herbs, tomato purée and water from the cauliflower to the onion in the pot and blitzed the lot together, I then returned the sausages to the pot and cooked for another 20 mins,served with mashed cauliflower and heritage carrots from my local @thegreengrocers in pontardawe and some green slices beans, the sausages are from my local butcher pontybutchers and are delicious. Whole meal 2 syns (4 sausages) ending the day on 14 syns as I’m now counting the extra hex b as 6 syns and I’ve had 2 x hifi bars.

What a great healthy appetizer!! Ingredients:
2 light laughing cow cream cheese (1 Healthy Fat)
1/4 cup 2% reduced fat Mexican Three Cheese Blend (1/4 Lean)
1/8 tsp Worcestershire sauce - I left this out (1/2 Condiment)
3 to 4 Jalapenos, depends on size (1 Green)
1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese (1 Condiment)

Directions:
Cut jalapenos in half lengthwise; remove seeds and membranes. In a large saucepan, boil peppers in water for 5-10 minutes (the longer you boil the peppers, the milder they become). Drain and rinse in cold water; set aside.
In a small mixing bowl, beat the laughing cow cream cheese, cheddar cheese and Worcestershire sauce (optional). Spoon 2 teaspoonfuls into each jalapeno half; sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees F for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm.

When I get a craving for something sweet, I always try and recreate a healthy version.. it is like a little challenge I set myself to come up with an awesome recipe that I can share with you all 😘😘

Protein yoghurt with stewed apples
Serves 1 
Calories 284
C - 30g, P - 32g, F - 3g
Ingredients:
200g plain no fat @chobaniau Greek yoghurt 
10g vanilla protein powder, I used @happywayau 
140g Apple, diced 
10g raspberry truffle bar from @thebarcounter , diced 
Cinnamon scroll dust from @physiquechef 
1 tbsp water
Method
1. Peel and dice the apple and pop into a microwave dish with a sprinkle of cinnamon scroll dust and water. Note: keep about 5 raw slices of apple for decoration. 
2. Cover and microwave for about 60 secs (until nice and soft). Let cool down.
3. Combine yoghurt and protein power in a seperate bowl.
4. To construct your snack, spoon the stewed apples into the bottom of a glass, then top with the yoghurt mixture.
5. Garnish with 5 slices of apple, the raspberry truffle bar and a light sprinkle of cinnamon and scroll dust.

I chopped up one potato, one sweet potato & one carrot into chip batons. Par boiled them for 5 mins and then put them in my @tefal.uk actifry for 25 mins with some chip seasoning. A great way to get some veggies down! .
This was the first time I had ever “butterflied” a chicken breast too 🙈. I know you can’t see it, but I was really proud of it 😂.

I’ve somehow managed to go all day with eating just a banana and yoghurt 😰. I think sometimes after you’ve had a big meal (like my feast last night) your body just needs some time to digest it & detox itself! So today I listened to how I was feeling and just drank lots of fluids and ate small amounts. Saying that, I was STARVING by 6.30pm and so tonight’s meal as planned was Pizza, Salad & Sweet Potato Fries (done in the actifry obviously)!🍕This meal came to less than 600 calories proving that you can have ‘real’ and tasty food even when your eating healthily 💚

_ В теперешнее время для людей очень удивительно, что человек не ест что-то сладенькое и по их мнению очень вкусное.
По этому в первый марафон я получала такие вопросы: "ты хоть сухофрукты ешь?" Так же я часто начала слышать от своих одногруппников, что я их уже достала своими хлебцами и сухарями, типо сколько можно уже их есть😂. Но дело то в том, что если бы я не ела сухари и хлебцы, то я бы ела один и тот же набор еды каждый день, только с содержанием сахара. Ведь человек зачастую ест одну и ту же еду (набор продуктов мало когда меняется). Попробуйте вспомнить что в чаще всего едите? Некоторые даже в ресторанах и кафе заказывают проверенные блюда и не хотят пробовать новые, ведь они могут быть не такими вкусными ( я из таких людей🙋)
. И это есть вариантом нормы, мы уже знаем какие продукты любим, какие хорошо усваиваются. .

_ А тем временем у нас сегодня уже второй день #супермарафон #безсладкого #безсахара 
Пока что все отлично. Из сладкого съедено: пол яблока 🍎🍏 в овсянке, банан 🍌, долька помело 🍊. Как ваши дела на марафоне? .

Happy Tuesday!! By popular demand I’m bringing you this healthy mushroom Mac and cheese recipe. This recipe is one that I created for my picky eater. I sneak some mushrooms in, and you cannot taste the difference. I also use protein or whole wheat pasta, less cheese and skip the bread crumb topping. It’s still delicious, my boys gobble it up, and I still get a nutritious meal in 😊 win-win! Try it and let me know how your kiddies gobble it up! 
Ingredients: 
Half box of barilla protein pasta
1/2 cup shredded cheddar 
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella 
2 cups milk
3 tbsp ghee Or butter 
2 tbsp whole wheat flour
4 oz white button mushrooms, chopped/minced 
Method:
Cook pasta according to package instructions. 
Melt butter in a large saucepan and add flour. When combined add the milk slowly, and turn flame to medium low. Add mushrooms and let the mixture cook for a few minutes and then turn off the flame. Stir in macaroni and immediately pour into greased muffin tins, baking at 350 for 20 minutes. #easydinner #macncheese #healthykids

So no, I'm not saying do not go, since I'm the first to consume their pastries, but quitts to have fun, enjoy yourself with dignity and guilt because often you think "doing well" then that this is not the case at all.

Die Wurzel gilt seit Jahrhunderten schon als "natürliches Antibiotikum". Die darin enthaltenen Senföle setzen Isothiocyanate frei, die antibakteriell und schleimlösend wirken. Senföle verhindern, dass sich Bakterien vermehren.
