Meet the chef behind the food: @ccoronato went to culinary school at Johnson & Wales in Rhode Island AND Miami. He completed an AS in Culinary Arts and a BS in Food service. One of his first jobs was a short order chef with his brother at a local water park at the age of 13. He then went on to cook on the line for a few years, made pizza for a few years AND banquet cooked and catered!

When doing the leg press machine make sure not to lock your knees, engage your core and press your back against the bench. This exercise is great for your lower body muscles. A pivotal exercise for your quadriceps and your gluteus maximus when extending your hips. Rather than throwing on heavy weight focus more on full range of motion. When you feel confident with your form and the exercise as a whole then challenge yourself with more weight.

Anything that has pumpkin in it has my name on it! Whipped up these pumpkin oatmeal bars- perfect for a snack or breakfast๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป Pumpkin Oatmeal Bars: 
1 1/4 cup gluten free oats 
1/2 cup oat flour 
1/2 teaspoon baking soda 
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice 
1/2 cup of pumpkin 
2 tablespoons olive oil 
1 tablespoon maple syrup 
3 tablespoons coconut sugar 
1 whole egg 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
Mix and bake at 350! ๐ŸŽƒ ( p.s. you can adjust sweeteners based on your liking- I usually like less sweet and add almond butter on top๐Ÿ˜)

I've been waiting for my gym to get a Skillmill and lookie here!! These aren't battery powdered-- they run off of the users own might. They are supposed to build more stamina, strength, and agility than a treadmill. It's a little tricky to get the hang of, I kept thinking I was going to face plant ๐Ÿ˜‚ I did this burnout after leg day and my legs are officially jello. โ€ข5 minute sprints (30 sec on, 30 sec rest)

โ€ข6 minute side sprints (1 min left side, 1 min left side, repeated 3x through) โ€ขTry to focus on keeping your core engaged through the entire thing 
If you're new to HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts, try starting with 20 sec work 40 sec rest instead of 30-30.
I've been waiting for my gym to get a Skillmill and lookie here!! These aren't battery powdered-- they run off of the users own might. They are supposed to build more stamina, strength, and agility than a treadmill. It's a little tricky to get the hang of, I kept thinking I was going to face plant ๐Ÿ˜‚ I did this burnout after leg day and my legs are officially jello. โ€ข5 minute sprints (30 sec on, 30 sec rest) โ€ข5 minute low push (30 sec on, 30 sec rest) โ€ข6 minute side sprints (1 min left side, 1 min left side, repeated 3x through) โ€ขTry to focus on keeping your core engaged through the entire thing If you're new to HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts, try starting with 20 sec work 40 sec rest instead of 30-30.

Iโ€™m working from home today, so I donโ€™t have the time to prepare an elaborate meal. It took me about five minutes to pre-heat this pan with #butter and toss the #veggies in before covering. Thatโ€™s why itโ€™s always important to (1) buy your vegetables washed and bagged + (2) prepare your #vegetables in advance & freeze if you choose to buy them fresh. When I buy my #mushrooms from Trader Joeโ€™s, I unpack them, wash them immediately, store in individual #ziplock bags, and stash in the freezer. #Onions get chopped and stored. Unless Iโ€™m eating them raw, #bellpeppers are bought in a pre-cut bag for the freezer. #Kale and #arugula are always bought pre-bagged. I'm 5'6 and #120lbs (#CurrentWeight). I'm not skinny at all. However, I feel happy about my weight. I realized I'm a much better person when I'm healthy & happy. And THAT'S ALL THAT MATTERS !

I didn't want to share in the beginning because it's just a number. It's always #fluctuating. I used to be skinny (#108lbs - #110lbs ) and I gained some weight (#132lbs | like #15lbs - #20lbs) after moving to the US. I didn't know how to control my appetite and ate huge portions of food from family style restaurants. ๐Ÿ™„
