Training Tip Of The Day:
When doing the leg press machine make sure not to lock your knees, engage your core and press your back against the bench. This exercise is great for your lower body muscles. A pivotal exercise for your quadriceps and your gluteus maximus when extending your hips. Rather than throwing on heavy weight focus more on full range of motion. When you feel confident with your form and the exercise as a whole then challenge yourself with more weight.

Anything that has pumpkin in it has my name on it! Whipped up these pumpkin oatmeal bars- perfect for a snack or breakfast👌🏻 Pumpkin Oatmeal Bars:
1 1/4 cup gluten free oats
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1/2 cup of pumpkin
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon maple syrup
3 tablespoons coconut sugar
1 whole egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix and bake at 350! 🎃 ( p.s. you can adjust sweeteners based on your liking- I usually like less sweet and add almond butter on top😍)

I saved the picture on the left on June 30 with the goal to be able to do it during our Thanksgiving Hawaii trip (I had never done a handstand/yoga before)... one month left and I’m finally getting it 😄 I doubt myself... a lot. That’s bullshit 🙅🏼 from now on, I can and I will!

Mega breakthroughs in my yoga play/goals recently! (Especially handstands!! 🤸♂️) This lil momma is beyond happy 😀 34 days until Hawaii and I’m going to be able to do some pretty cool stuff... on the beach! 🙌🏼🌺
I've been waiting for my gym to get a Skillmill and lookie here!! These aren't battery powdered-- they run off of the users own might. They are supposed to build more stamina, strength, and agility than a treadmill. It's a little tricky to get the hang of, I kept thinking I was going to face plant 😂 I did this burnout after leg day and my legs are officially jello. •5 minute sprints (30 sec on, 30 sec rest)
•5 minute low push (30 sec on, 30 sec rest)
•6 minute side sprints (1 min left side, 1 min left side, repeated 3x through) •Try to focus on keeping your core engaged through the entire thing
If you're new to HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts, try starting with 20 sec work 40 sec rest instead of 30-30.
I can change the colour of my hair, I can change the number on the scale, but the biggest change I have made is how I FEEL.
I have energy again. I am not sleeping 10-12 hours at a time and binge watching Netflix and eating complete JUNK. •
I am not alone. I am surrounding by other women pushing me and encouraging me to keep moving forward in my healthy journey and business journey. When you need a pick up or some motivation these women are THERE for ME. •
I don’t feel hopeless. I have access to HUNDREDS of workouts at home that I can take anywhere. I don’t have to be embarrassed to go to the gym because I don’t know what exercises to do. •
I am not flustered about what to eat or how much. I have learnt how to use portion control and eat the right kinds of foods. This has been a HUGE game changer for me. Food has always been my STRUGGLE. I am learning more and more what works for my body and makes me feel the best. •
I feel excited again. I have gained a new outlook and have finally gotten to become myself again after being lost for so many years it seemed. Creating healthy habits and learning through personal development is changing me for the better. Some days I still slip into old ways of thinking but I no where near that girl in the first picture anymore, and that makes me feel so PROUD💜

I'm 5'6 and #120lbs (#CurrentWeight ). I'm not skinny at all. However, I feel happy about my weight. I realized I'm a much better person when I'm healthy & happy. And THAT'S ALL THAT MATTERS !
I didn't want to share in the beginning because it's just a number. It's always #fluctuating . I used to be skinny (#108lbs - #110lbs ) and I gained some weight (#132lbs | like #15lbs - #20lbs ) after moving to the US. I didn't know how to control my appetite and ate huge portions of food from family style restaurants. 🙄
I will start to upload how I control my appetite, diet, exercise, and my over all eating life style. I prefer to cook healthy meals during the weekdays. 🏡 I do enjoy eating, especially on the weekends. (@foodwithluna #WeekendAdventure 😋) .
