I had allllllll the veggies going on in meal prep today.  Feels SO GOOD knowing all our meals are now prepped and ready for a super nutrient filled and savory week! 馃槉Yes, it takes awhile, but it makes every day afterward so much more open and I can be much more productive with my time!  I even showed you a sneak peak into my pantry in my IG stories which I've never done and wasn't planning on doing until you accidentally got a peak when I had to go turn off the fire alarm 馃槼

Wild caught tuna steaks rubbed in liquid aminos, garlic, evoo, s&p and cooked on the griddle (5 min rah side on medium-high heat) with brown jasmine rice and green beans. Kinder fetta al latte fit e proteica馃槉
Io come ripieno ho usato una banana matura poich猫 la rende pi煤 dolce, ma si pu贸 semplicemente  usare soltanto lo yogurt greco, se si vuole realizzare la vera kinder fetta al latte.

Ingredienti:
50 g farina d'avena (se volete potete usare quella aromatizzata)
100 g albume
50 g yogurt greco 0 grassi
15 g cacao amaro
Bicarbonato con limone come agente lievitante (per evitare lieviti chimici)
100 g banana
Dolcificante o aromi a piacere

Procedimento:
Unire la farina d'avena con l'albume, lo yogurt greco e il cacao. Aggiungere poi l'agente lievitante e aspettare che faccia reazione. 
Nel frattempo scaldare una padella dal diametro di 18 cm. Versare l'impasto nella padella e cuocere con coperchio a fuoco basso per circa 5 minuti. Girare poi dall'altro lato e ultimare la cottura per altri 2-3 minuti. Lasciarlo raffreddare e poi tagliare un rettangolo. Dividerlo a sua volta in due parti e farcirlo con la banana schiacciata. Se preferite lo yogurt greco aggiungete il dolcificante o il miele per renderlo meno acido, aumenterete ovviamente l'apporto proteico e diminuirete quello glucidico.
Si pu贸 anche coprire la superficie con un velo di marmellata, dipende dai vostri macros e gusti 馃槉
Si pu贸 mangiare subito, oppure farlo riposare in frigo per alcune ore!

SLOW COOKER SPIRAL HAM WITH APRICOT DIJON GLAZE

This is the EASIEST Slow Cooker Spiral Ham recipe, just two-ingredients plus the ham! 
Perfect for the Holidays, and it won't take up space in your oven.

INGREDIENTS:
1 (6 to 7 pound) Hickory smoked fully cooked spiral cut ham
5 tbsp apricot preserves
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

DIRECTIONS:
1. Make the glaze: Whisk 4 tablespoons of preserves and mustard together.

2. Place the ham in a 6-quart or larger slow cooker, making sure you can put the lid on. You may have to turn the ham on its side if your ham is too large.

3. Brush the glaze over the ham. Cover and cook on the LOW setting for 4 to 5 hours. Brush the remaining tablespoon of preserves over the ham the 30 minutes.

You may have heard that turmeric is a very powerful herb. But if you don't take it with black pepper, your body will not absorb its bioactive  compound (curcumin). It is the bioactive component that is responsible for its  pain relieving & anti-aging effects. 
Black pepper in Naija is called Uziza by Igbos and Iyere by Yorubas. Always add black pepper to any meal you are spicing with tumeric, if you hope to get its health benefits from the meal.

Alternatively, you can dissolve turmeric in a good oil( preferably plant milks) and consume.

Dissolving tumeric in water & gulping it will only make this active compound (curcumin) pass through your body without being absorb.

Remember, you are not what you eat but what your body absorbed.

There is nothing better in this cold winter weather than warm, spicy curry. In my opinion atleast. This was my first time making Panang Curry and I totally nailed it! I used persimmons, baby bok choy, onions, garlic, coconut milk (search ingredients and compare for less fat/sodium/sugar. You would be surprised how much can be hidden in it)Tofu and Panang Curry Paste. Paired with brown jasmin rice. This was extremely simple, extra flavorful, and hit the spot! If you would like recipe, dm me. Disclaimer: to make vegan, use yellow curry paste. Panang has shrimp salt in it making it non vegan. .

Hallihallo. 
Heute hab endlich mal Zeit gehabt um in der City ein paar Hosen anzuprobieren. 
Aktuell habe ich nur eine Hose die noch einigerma脽en sitzt. W44 ist aber doch langsam etwas gro脽 und sieht bescheuert aus wenn der G眉rtel immer enger wird 馃馃う鈥嶁檪锔 Nun habe ich zwei neue Jeans in W40 gekauft. Die sitzen perfekt.  Ich denke das die eine Zeit lang halten werden. Etwas lockerer k枚nnen sie aber nat眉rlich gerne noch werden. 
Aber dann ist hoffentlich eh bald Sommer und im Sommer trage ich keine Langen Hosen! 馃お馃お Nahrung brauch ich nat眉rlich auch noch. K眉hlschrank ist schon wieder relativ leer geworden. 
Heute Abend mache ich mir Buletten aus fettreduziertem Rinderhackfleisch. 
Dazu gibt es Bohnen, Rosenkohl, Zucchini und Paprika.

I bought this insulated container months ago @thrivemkt and never really put it use until recently.  And I am loving it! .

My commute has become an hour and while most days I have hard boiled eggs or some left over protein from supper for breakfast, some days I just want warm eggs!! With this little guy, I can scramble some before I leave the house and they are still warm when I get to work.

A little trick I have figured out is to let the eggs cool in the container for 5 minutes or so before putting the lid on.  This allows for less steam to collect in it and you won't have egg soup!
