Woke up this morning with a very sore throat 🤧 so I’m hoping it’s just some allergies and nothing too serious but I figured the only logical thing to do was to make a warm cup of coffee ☕️ and a warm bowl of oats 😋

1) lock myself in the library and study for my two exams tomorrow 🤓📚

My life isn't ALL about exercise, but I make it a priority so I can LIVE my life. Exercise and taking care of myself makes me feel GOOD. It helps with anxiety and stress. And it helps to feel good in my jeans 😘.

У нас новый правильный десерт на первый перекус ☝🏻и как обещали выкладываем рецепт 😘😘😘 Пахлава с мёдом и орешками
Тесто:
🎯120 гр муки (мы делаем смесь овсяной, кунжутной  и арахисовой)
🎯 30 грамм арахисовой пасты от @pp_tatis 🎯1 яйцо
🎯100 гр воды
🎯Соль, сода, сахзам по вкусу
Замешиваем тугое тесто, как на пельмени. Убираем в пакет и в холодильник на 30 минут.
Достаём, раскатываем прямоугольник. 
Арахис🥜 жарим, чистим, перемалываем.
Смазываем яйцом и сверху насыпаем орешки. Сворачиваем в рулет и нарезаем вдоль по 3 см маленькими рулетиками 😉
Переворачиваем вверх срезом, ещё раз смазываем яйцом с помощью силиконовой кисточки и выкладываем на силиконовый коврик.
В духовку на 20 мин при 180 градусах
Достаём, даём остыть. 
Смешиваем мед и воду 1:1 и немного нагреваем, для того чтобы получить однородную консистенцию, добавляем немного лимонного сока. 
Обмакиваем рулетик в мёде 🍯и переворачиваем. Мед стекает вниз и пропитывает похлаву. 
Даём десерту немного отдохнуть и приятного аппетита 😉

1 1/2 Lb. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts 
2 (14.5 Oz.) Cans Diced Tomatoes, Un-drained
2 cups Chicken Stock
1 (14.5 Oz.) Can Black Beans, Drained & Rinsed
1 (10 Oz.) Can Diced Tomatoes With Green Chilies, Un-drained
1 C. Frozen Corn
1 C. White Onion, Diced
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Limes, Cut Into 8 Wedges
1 tsp cumin, 
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Throw everything in a crockpot for 6-8 hours on low. Don’t forget to add the limes! They give it that extra flavor!

Yesterday, I stood up for my health and made a big change at work to help manage my stress. When I got home, I decided to #doubledown and try chicken livers for the first time to celebrate putting my health first.  I’ve been trying to introduce more organ meats because they are so nutrient dense and also #cheap. I would say they were delicious but they were mostly masked by delicious flavors!

۳. ۲ قاشق غذا خوری سیب زمینی سرخ شده، برای تزیین کردن
سس:
۱. ¼ فنجان آب لیمو تازه
۲. مقداری لیمو ترش
۳. ۲قاشق غذاخوری روغن زیتون
۴. ۲حبه سیر، کاملا خرد شده
۵. 1/2 قاشق چای خوری نمک
۶. فلفل خورده شده به مقدار لازم
۷. ۱ قاشق چای خوری عسل
۸. ۱ قاشق چایخوری چیپس قرمز 
روش تهیه:🍽👇👇👇👇 ۱. مواد تشکیل دهنده برای سس را در یک کاسه خوب مخلوط کنید.مرغ را در یک کیسه پلاستیکی یا کاسه با سس خوب ترکیب کنیدو به مدت ۳۰ دقیقه در یخچال قرار دهید تا سس با مرغ ترکیب شود.
۲.مرغ را از یخچال بیرون آورده و به مکعب های کوچک برش بزنید، فلفل دلمه ای را هم به همین صورت خرد کنید.
۳.پس از به سیخ کشیدن مرغ و فلفل دلمه ای آن را بار دیگر به سس آغشته می کنیم و آن را در فر قرار می دهیم.
