It’s @chosenfoods mayo, stoneground mustard, spinach, cucumber, avocado, red onion, tomato, @truestoryfoods turkey, all squished between a local, squeaky clean vegan gluten free bread! You know what sent this OVER THE TOP though? I toasted the bread with ghee, crushed garlic, and @redmondrealsalt. 😍 Dreamy, indeed.

Every salad tastes better with a creamy avocado dressing.. I just threw some spinach, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and chickpeas together with a dressing of: blended avocado (1 whole), almond milk (4 tbsp), apple cider vinegar (1 tbsp), lemon (1 tbsp), ground garlic (half tbsp), powdered onion (quarter tbsp), basil (half tbsp) and of course nutritional yeast (I probably used several tablespoons because I'm obsessed but if you're a regular human maybe use 1 tablespoon) .. I also sprinkled nootch on top cos the stuff is ridiculous.. I didn't add any but salt/ pepper in the dressing would also taste excellent .

#30daysofgratitude Day 22. Sadly my Steelers 🖤💛 lost and watching the game totally escalated my blood pressure. But in the spirit of the season, I’m grateful that I was able to spend some time with good friends (even though they are Patriots fans) and enjoy a wonderfully delicious dinner afterwards. Scott made a crockpot meal inspired by the Whole 30 Roasted Pork Shoulder, Butternut Squash, Kale, and Tomatoes recipe. So delicious and full of fall flavors.

It’s also better for the environment to eat grass fed beef since it yield more beneficial calories powered by the sun ☀️ since they are eating only grass. There’s less water and energy going into growing the cow 🐄 since there’s no need for all the energy wasting from creating and transporting grains. The same applies to poultry. So not only is it good for you but it’s good for our ecosystem 🌎 .
