wow I'm massively late w my #dinner post from yday. I guess that's what happens when you're forgetful and oversleep. tbh I was surprised that I overslept but I had barely slept at all so it's actually not that much of a surprise, just didn't expect it

Had a Strawberry Chobani yogurt at school today 🍓One of my friends today kept calling themselves and other people fat/skinny and it made me feel really self conscious about how I look 😖 Today at school some people in my geography class were saying how being gay is bad and how it's okay to make fun of people because of this and it made me feel really crappy about being who I am and I hate that feeling 🙃 I'm so very sick of being told that because of my sexuality or mental health that I am not worth as much as any other person. I've had a rather crappy day today and everyday its been getting harder to get out of bed to face the day😕 I really do hope that you have been having a great day because you deserve it! You are worthy of a great life and you are worthy of recovery💜

If you’ve seen my Instagram story you’ll have seen the sheer luxury of this room at The Beach Samui. I was invited to stay here after meeting the owner of @absoluteresorts while staying in their other resort in Patong last week.
Everyday I wake up thinking how lucky I am for opportunities like this but I also remember how hard I worked to get here. This was a very clear goal of mine. The message I am trying to share is that if you want something bad enough, you can make it happen 🤗

LAWD I can’t believe I’m about to post this but it’s TRANSFORMATION time. Pic on far left was pre-Ketones in April 2017. I worked out 6 days a week, ate fairly clean but could not get rid of the inflammation. I avoided mirrors, was tired all the time and the list could go on. Such a crazy busy day today at school it was non stope after one thing to another from class to class! Wednesday's are my Fridays which is super exciting because now I get to finally relax and not worry school for a few days! Woohoo! So I went to treat myself today to finally getting my nails done! It’s telling you that you can finish that workout you didn’t think you could. It’s listening to what life has thrown at you. It’s sharing recipes that don’t make you hate clean eating. Sometimes it’s hanging out with your favorite kids so that you can workout (I may have only been there for baby snuggs 😉) It’s telling you that you are so worth it.

Today I had a simply but delicious lunch 😋. We always meal prep on Sundays, including grilling any of our meat. This is grilled chicken breast with a mix of cauliflower and broccoli with some brown rice! I also had an apple on the side 🍏. The veggies might not have been fresh (frozen) but it's better than nothing!
