Bom dia, bom dia 🌸 hoje o nosso dia começou com papas de aveia e coco no forno, as "baked oats" 😌 🍎 RECEITA: ▪️150 g de farinha de aveia ▪️ 50 g de farinha de coco ▪️250 ml de leite vegetal (usamos de amêndoa) ▪️250 ml de claras de ovo ▪️1 maçã (guardar algumas tiras para a cobertura, o resto cortar em pedaços) ▪️fermento ▪️canela ▪️agáve/adoçante líquido  Como fazer: misturam as farinhas,fermento e a canela. A parte batem as claras com uma vara de arames até formar espuma, juntam o resto dos ingredientes e misturam tudo. Colocamos numa forma de silicone do @lidlportugal no forno pré-aquecido a 200C, no meio da massa metem os bocadinhos de maçã. The recipie I promised you guys 👉🏽 healthy slow cooker buffalo chicken sweet potatoes 😍😛 For the slow cooked chicken, mix 🍗1/2 cup of siracha (I used @fixhotsauce) 🍗1/2 cup of BBQ sauce (I used calorie/ sugar free @waldenfarmsinternational) 🍗2 TBS of coconut oil 🍗 1 TSP garlic powder 🍗 1 TSP sea salt 👉🏽 mix together and pour on top of 3 chicken breasts, cook on HIGH in crock pot and cook for 2 hours or until chicken reaches 165 degrees. Remove from crock pot, shred chicken then put back in crock pot (in the remaining sauce left in the pot), leave in for 30 minutes. For the healthy topping, mix 1/2 cup of PLAIN Greek yogurt with 1 TBS Apple cider vinegar plus 1 TBS of pepper, top with chopped green onions and ENJOY 😋

Ayer fuimos con unas amigas a tomar una cosita a @amado27.cl 🥂 yo ya había ido anteriormente, así que aprovechando que no había escrito nada aquí sobre ellos, volví. El lugar es chiquitito, no caben más de 30 personas, pero es súper ondero y te atienden bien. En la foto: Papas rústicas con crema y queso parmesano rallado. Muy ricas por lo demás, ideales para compartir con los amigos.. es algo así como las papitas teclado, pero en versión miniatura. Para tomar pedimos un @aperolchile que no estaba tan bueno, se les pasó el agua mineral y se cagaron con el espumante. Un shop de @stellaartois que siempre salva y un tequila margarita bieen cabezon 😜 En resumen, estuvo bien, pero no tan maravilloso como lo recordaba. Good morning .. it's Friday 😎😍 This morning I had nothing left in the fridge so I prepared a delicious #protein banana bread. 
I used:
- 2 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 80g wholemeal flour
- 80g almond flour - baking powder
- chocolate protein #whey 
20mins in the oven at 150°c

Uno de mis snacks favoritos son los Garbanzos Horneados 🤤 Si quieren prepararlos, solo tienen que:
1. Dejar remojando por aprox 8 horas dos tazas de garbanzos
2. Cocinarlos por 20 minutos a fuego bajo (no se pueden sobrecoser) 
3. Sacarlos del agua y secarlos con un paño. Si no tienes apuro puedes esperar a que se sequen por si solos
4. Precalentar el horno a 200 C
5. Mientras el horno agarra calor, mezclar en un bowl los garbanzos con aceite de oliva, sal de mar y eneldo 
6. Cubrir con papel aluminio una lata de horno y esparcir la mezcla anterior 
7. Hornear por 30 minutos o hasta que veas que el grano está dorado. Recomiendo moverlos cada cierto rato para que no se quemen. 
8. I used a zip lock bag to pipe the yogurt in and then layered in: Chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, blueberries, almond slivers, raspberries and shredded coconut. This is your creation you can layer whatever you like or whatever fits into your macros. Enjoy!

- pancake of buckwheat flour - a layer of Greek yogurt @fage - a layer of raspberries - a bit of #bio honey 
It was delicious !! I will absolutely try new flavours from this basis later this week! 
To make the pancake you only need 100g of buckwheat flour and add from 150 to 200 ml of water. See when the mixture becomes liquid enough to put on the hot pan 😎

✨Apple pie oats ✨ cuidar lo que comemos es parte importante de amarnos a nosotros mismos. 😍✨ Y no me refiero a caer en dietas restrictivas y obsesivas, esos hábitos lejos de ayudarnos nos perjudican. 🍃 Como siempre digo el chiste es escucharte, saber lo que te hace bien y lo que no. Saber lo que necesitas y dártelo. 👌🏽 Para mi comer sano es deli y me ayuda a sentirme al cien en mi día. La comida tiene un efecto directo en nosotros en el ámbito físico, mental y espiritual. ✨👌🏽 La  receta de hoy es mi desayuno favorito que aparte de estar deli está lleno de beneficios. ------------------

Y yo le agrego mi proteína resilience de @thegritco (opcional pero deli) -✨✨✨
En una hoya pongo el platano y 3/4 de la manzana hasta que hiervan con un chorrito de agua y canela. Ya que este cocida la manzana agregó la avena, la maca y las almendras. En lugar de agua o leche le agrego la proteína m aclara con agua, y la voy poniendo conforme se va absorbiendo. Cocino de 5-10 minutos hasta que quede bien cocida. Y listo. De toppings le pongo el resto de la manzana en cubitos, la linaza molida y un poquito más de canela. 😍✨🤤🤤🤤 Queda buenísima y después de entrenar es como magia 💕✨💪🏽💜

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups dry quinoa*
3 cups low-sodium chicken broth
1 Tbsp ancho chili powder
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
1 2/3 cups frozen corn , warmed (optional)
1 (14.5 oz) can black beans, warmed along with liquid from the can then drained (optional)
Mexican blend cheese or queso fresco (optional)
Plain Greek yogurt or light sour cream (optional)
Avocado salsa
3 medium roma tomatoes , diced
1 1/2 medium avocados , diced
1/2 cup chopped red onion , rinsed
1 jalapeño , seeded for less heat if desired and minced**
1 clove garlic , minced
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
