I was shocked to learn soy sauce is full of gluten, did you know that? To avoid gluten I started using Tamari, which is great, but I've truly fallen in love with Coconut Aminos!⠀
Coco Aminos have a bit of the salty soy sauce flavor but are also sweet. I add them to everything: stir fry, sushi, grilled fish, salads. You name it.⠀
Amino acids are the building blocks of protein, and the body uses them to aid in digestion, tissue growth and repair. Basically amino acids are derived from soybeans, plus water, with no additives or sneaky sugars, yay!⠀

Oh iya, ini saus tomat yah tapi, kalo mau dikreasikan dengan yang versi pedas bisa di sesuaikan aja dengan ditambah cabai atau lainnya sesuai selera 😋
Bahan yang harus kamu siapkan :
3 Siung Bawang Putih, cincang
50g Bawang Bombai, cincang
800g Tomat merah, cincang
1 std buat bit, cincang
2 sdt gula pasir
1 sdt garam
1-2 air jeruk nipis/lemon, tergantung keasaman tomat
3 sdm minyak goreng
Cara Buatnya :
1. Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bawang hingga harum. Masukkan bawang bombai, tomat, dan bit, tumis selama kurang lebih 15 menit hingga tomat lunak dan air tomat kesat. Tambahkan gula pasir dan garam, aduk rata, angkat. Diamkan hingga dingin
2. Proses tumisan dengan blender hingga lembut, saring. Tambahkan air jeruk nipis/lemon, aduk hingga rata.
3. Tadaaa, sausnya udah siap dan bisa kamu pakai untuk masak atau temen makan NatuNugget. (Hasil jadinya 200gram)
4. Kalo udah jadi, jangan lupa post dan tag ke @natunugget yah 😉

I love tahini because there are so many uses for it. I've used it as a savoury dressing or as a sweet treat. Simply combine a tablespoon with enough water to thin it out a bit and then add maple syrup or raw honey with a pinch of Himalayan salt. .
Believe it or not it actually has a longer shelf life than other nut butters because of its high vitamin E content. But once opened you still should refrigerate it.
Tahini is ground up sesame seeds and made into a paste. It's valued in Mediterranean, African and Eastern countries for centuries.
They are a remarkable source of calcium, but because it's bound to oxalic acid, it isn't exactly bioavailable. You can however soak the sesame seeds overnight and then roast them which can reduce the oxalis acid content. .
In Chinese Medicine, sesame seeds are used to build a deficient liver and the kidneys when there are symptoms of: premature greying (mainly the black sesame seeds) and dizziness. In Ayurveda, they reduce vata.

These little guys are the KEY to creating variation on a comp prep meal plan, or any diet for that matter.
There's only so long you can stomach bland chicken breast and plain rice... and the danger with store bought seasonings is that they often contain sugar (hint hint - check the one you're using! I've been stung before by this!) This also goes for salad dressing etc... tip: 'fat free' does not mean healthier - again, check the sugar content.

I was totally intrigued when I saw that my local farm store started selling @truefoodsinc sauces and was tempted to buy all three. (I limited myself to two...😉) .
I was so pleasantly surprised that, in addition to the awesome ingredients, the taste is spot on. A little sweetness, a little spice and just a touch of salt. Perfect for grilling, marinating, topping sandwiches, and veggie dipping.
