Our dressings are very versatile. You can use them on appetizers as a drizzle, a marinade, a glaze, a dip ... ! Our Red Sunflower with its little kick to it is perfect to spice up your grain bowl. Here, I used organic yoghurt with a drizzle of our Red Sunflower dressing and chili flakes next to brown rice and broccolini.
I needed a way to get some nutrition into our tummies- and honestly I hate that I've even had to go this far.
I'd like to think that we eat our veggies and we do - just not the whole range.
So to ensure we are getting a wider range, rather than try to force it (tried and it epically failed!) I decided to whip up a sauce that has Kale and Celery (two of the veggies we typically don't eat) to see if the family noticed.
No one noticed!! 🙌🏻 Jax and Lily barely ate but that is to be expected. They're not big eaters. Hubby and I really enjoyed the sauce. It thicken up quite a lot in the end!
It's definitely one I'll make again! Use more veggies or whatever I already have.

Para quem gosta de abacate, inventei um molho saudável, simples e rápido de fazer ☺️ Há já algum tempo que queria experimentar fazer um molho de abacate que fosse saboroso para saladas ou mesmo para receitas com massa. E a verdade é que logo na primeira tentativa, correu bem! 😋
Receita de molho para 3 doses: 1/2 abacate • 2 colheres de iogurte natural • sumo de 1/2 limão • sal • pimenta preta.
Depois basta cortar o abacate ao meio e adicionar o iogurte e os temperos e no final, triturei tudo com a varinha mágica.
A salada também é bem simples e pratica de se fazer (3 doses): •grelhar 3 bifes de frango temperados com limão, sal, oregãos e tomilho;
•lavar e cortar a courgette em rodelas e grelhar em azeite;
•lavar e cortar 2 tomates às rodelas;
• abrir uma lata de milho doce e escorrer a àgua. ---------------------------------------
For those who like avocado, I made a healthy, simple and quick sauce to make ☺️ For some time now I wanted to try making an avocado sauce that was tasty for salads or even for pasta recipes. And the truth is that right on the first try, it went well! (I.e.
Sauce recipe for 3 servings: 1/2 avocado • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt • 1/2 lemon juice • salt • black pepper.
Then just cut the avocado in half and add the yogurt and the seasonings and in the end, mashed everything with the magic wand.
The salad is also very simple and practical to make (3 servings): • Grill 3 chicken steaks seasoned with lemon, salt, oregano and thyme;
• wash and cut courgette into slices and griddle in olive oil;
• wash and cut 2 tomatoes to the slices;
• open a can of sweet corn and drain the water.

1 plain Pillars
1 medium-large cucumber (we like to use organic!)
3-4 sprigs of fresh dill
½ T garlic powder
Juice of half a lemon
Pink salt & pepper to taste
Mix your plain Pillars, finely diced cucumber, chopped dill, lemon juice, and seasoning in a bowl
You can use as is, or for a smoother texture we recommend throwing it in the blender🌪
Not a huge dill fan? Mix up the recipe with some fresh chopped chives or mint instead!
How we like to eat it:

Made a delicious pesto last night to go with my lentils. All you need to make the pesto is: handful basil, handful spinach, 75g pine nuts, 1tbsp olive oil and juice of 1 lemon. Then wiz it all up in a food processor! Delicious!
🥒🥛Nossa sugestão é um molho delicioso que vai bem com todo tipo de carne e vegetais (é companhia comum dos kebabs). É incrível, e pra quem ama o sabor, a textura e o toquezinho ácido do iogurte natural, então, torna-se vício: Tzatziki - de nominho difícil, mas preparo bem facinho -, feito, essencialmente, com iogurte natural e pepino (na foto, ele tá aí sob o churrasquinho).
👨🏿🍳Preparo: •ralar um pepino médio (descascado) e acrescentar um pouquinho de vinagre de vinho branco e sal e deixar repousar uns minutinhos •processar um dente de alho com 3 col. de sopa de azeite •retirar o excesso de líquido do pepino com a ajuda de um pano de prato limpinho (é só envolver o pepino ralado no pano, torcer e deixar o líquido escorrer) •juntar o pepino ralado e o alho processado com azeite ao iogurte natural (um pote de 170g). adicionar vinagre de vinho branco (uma col. de sopa é suficiente), sal, pimenta e ervas frescas picadinhas (tradicionalmente, leva dill, mas super rola lançar mão de hortelã, menta, estragão, erva-doce... ou uma misturinha delas como se goste) • mesclar tudo e retificar sal e pimenta, se for o caso.

🌱1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
🌱1/2 peeled large cucumber
