Arepa de Arroz integral y Quinoa 馃挏
Sab铆an que al involucrarnos M脕S con la preparaci贸n de nuestros alimentos logramos fortalecer nuestros h谩bitos saludables? 
Bueno el reto de esta semana es que dediquen un poquito m谩s de tiempo a la preparaci贸n de sus alimentos! No es dif铆cil! Hoy les compartimos esta receta:
1 taza de arroz integral cocido (ya lo pueden tener listo desde el d铆a anterior, incluso: lo que sobr贸 del almuerzo)
1 taza de harina de quinoa (Les recomendamos la l铆nea de colombina 100%) 1/2 taza de espinaca cocida (opcional)
1 huevo batido 
1/4 de cebolla picada 
1 pizca de sal 
1 cdta de semillas de chia 
Cebollino al gusto * Saltear la cebolla y la espinaca por 5 minutos * mezclar todos los ingredientes en un bowl, ir incorporando el huevo batido poco a poco hasta encontrar la consistencia deseada. Formar las arepas y poner en un sart茅n hasta dorar por ambos lados.
* Rallar un queso bajo en grasa (aqui usamos Feta) y un poco m谩s de cebollino y listo! 
Es un desayuno o incluso cena de un aporte nutricional excelente! Fibra, prote铆na, calcio, 谩cido f贸lico (especial en embarazo) y energ铆a 馃挭馃徏 Se animan a probarlas? 馃構

E oggi mi bevo il t猫 matcha鈽
Uno dei miei gusti preferiti 猫 proprio il te verde e quando al supermercato ho finalmente trovato questa variet脿 non ho potuto non comprarlo.
Personalmente trovo abbia un sapore molto pi霉 intenso rispetto al solito te verde, ma 猫 comunque veramente molto buono!

馃挭馃徎In this post I鈥檒l be giving you some practical examples for how you can implement this simple yet optimal training principle, depending on how many days a week you can get in the gym:

鈿★笍Full Body Workouts
Optimal for those that can only make the gym around 3 times a week, full body workouts will include plenty of compound movements on each day. By incorporating plenty of compound movements on each day you鈥檒l be sure to hit all of your body parts effectively!

馃挕Upper/Lower Split
If you can make the gym around 4/5 times a week, this may be the most optimal split for you to use. It鈥檚 fairly self explanatory; on upper days you do all upper muscles (chest, back, shoulders, arms) and on all lower days you hit all leg muscles (quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves). Try hitting two upper days and two lower days, and on the 5th you can work on any weaker muscles!

鉀筹笍Push/Pull/Legs
My personal favourite, Push/Pull/Legs can be implemented 6 times a week. You simply follow a PPL/PPL Split, take a days rest then start again. Pushing movements include chest/shoulders/triceps, pulling movements include back/biceps/rear delts/traps, and legs of course includes all leg exercises! This is arguably optimal due to the sheer amount of volume you are able to apply to all of your muscles.

This is the sausage and egg version of Real Good Pizzas 馃崟 breakfast pizza. Clearly you could have read that without me saying. I preferred this one over the bacon 馃 when it comes to breakfast scrambles or really any breakfast combo I never like the bacon versions but I love bacon so I can鈥檛 answer that I guess I鈥檓 a special child. The sausage helped add that extra spice I truly wish the sauce had more kick, umph, flavor just something to make it stand out to truly pop on the pizza. As for now I鈥檓 sticking with the main pizzas i have a breakfast pepperoni to try next so I鈥檓 hoping to be astonished 馃槯. This was a 3/5 I鈥檇 say.

Low carb pasta!
Spaghetti Squash with Blue Cheese Chicken sauce.
Serves 6.

RECIPE:
1 large spaghetti squash
Sauce:
1 lb chicken breast, diced
2 cups spinach, sliced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 tomato, mashed
1cup milk of choice
4tablespoons聽butter
5聽garlic cloves, minced
1small聽onion, chopped
1鈦3 cup crumbled聽blue cheese
1鈦3 cup聽parmesan cheese
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
Salt and pepper, to taste
3/4 cup mozarella, shredded
Preheat oven to 375掳F.  Place squash in a baking dish and pierce all over a few times with a knife. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until knife pierces easily through skin.  Let squash cool for 10 minutes.
Cut squash in half, lengthwise. Use a fork to remove the seeds. Using a fork, scrape flesh in strings into a serving bowl. .
For sauce, heat 1 tbsp olive oil on medium high heat and cook chicken until tender. Set aside. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in sauce pan over med-low. Add onion and garlic saute about 5 minutes. Then add spinach, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. Pour in milk and mashed tomatoe let heat through. Wisk in blue and parmesan cheeses. Add basil, oregano, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until sauce has thicken.
In a large baking dish spread spaghetti squash. Pour in the sauce, sprinkle with shredded mozarella and parmesan and place in oven for 10 minutes.

Spaghetti Squash with Blue Cheese Chicken sauce. Serves 6. RECIPE: 1 large spaghetti squash Sauce: 1 lb chicken breast, diced 2 cups spinach, sliced 1 cup mushrooms, sliced 1 tomato, mashed 1cup milk of choice 4tablespoons聽butter 5聽garlic cloves, minced 1small聽onion, chopped 1鈦3 cup crumbled聽blue cheese 1鈦3 cup聽parmesan cheese 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp basil Salt and pepper, to taste 3/4 cup mozarella, shredded Preheat oven to 375掳F. Place squash in a baking dish and pierce all over a few times with a knife. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until knife pierces easily through skin. Let squash cool for 10 minutes. Cut squash in half, lengthwise. Use a fork to remove the seeds. Using a fork, scrape flesh in strings into a serving bowl. . For sauce, heat 1 tbsp olive oil on medium high heat and cook chicken until tender. Set aside. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in sauce pan over med-low. Add onion and garlic saute about 5 minutes. Then add spinach, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. Pour in milk and mashed tomatoe let heat through. Wisk in blue and parmesan cheeses. Add basil, oregano, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until sauce has thicken. In a large baking dish spread spaghetti squash. Pour in the sauce, sprinkle with shredded mozarella and parmesan and place in oven for 10 minutes. -semillas y cereales a tu gusto 馃榿
(Yo suelo ocupar avena, muesli, cornflakes, quinoa inflada, chia, linaza, semillas de maravilla, semillas de zapallo, coco tostado, man铆, almendras, nueces)

S贸lo tienes que poner a tostar tus cereales y luego agregar miel y revolver hasta que est茅 bien disuelta y todo se vea bien mezclado (son 2 cucharadas de miel por 2-3 tazas de cereales).
Luego pones la mezcla en una tabla alusada y con tus manos un poquito aceitadas y con cuidado, porque est谩 caliente, la vas compactando y le das forma rectangular. Luego lo enfr铆as, cortas y ya est谩 馃憣馃徑 馃憠馃徑son m谩s econ贸micas 馃憠馃徑 cunden m谩s 馃憠馃徑 son m谩s variadas

 1 Cebolla mediana cortada chiquita
Una berenjena grande cortada en rodajas finas
500 gr de carne molida especial
Queso cremoso o 4 fetas de queso
Salsa de tomate
Condimentos a gusto. Yo use sal, or茅gano, humo en polvo, pimienta y ajo en polvo.
馃憠Preparaci贸n:
1.Prender el horno
2.Colocar aceite vegetal en un recipiente. 
3.Agregar la cebolla. Por arriba de la cebolla agregar las berenjenas. Luego la carne molida y condimentar. 
4.Por arriba de la carne colocar la salsa y llevar a horno por 20 minutos aproximadamente o hasta que la carne est茅 bien cocida. 
5.Agregar el queso y dejar unos minutos m谩s hasta que gratine. 
6.Disfrutar! * para los que no comen carne pueden reemplazar la carne por ricotta.
