3 minute treats! Raw Choc Freckle! 🌟👌Good fats ✅. Magnesium ✅ Artificial color free ✅ Protein ✅ Ha! Love this version of my raw choc chews. Inspired somewhere along the way by someone's 'Fat Bombs' I melt cocoa butter, coconut oil and peanut butter as a fatty satiating base then add a bit of sweet (date or maple), maybe a bit of crunch (Buckinis, sunflower seeds or nuts), maybe a bit of sour (sourberries, gojis), then FREEZE. Slice to eat as you need. And for this kids hit- add sprinkles after it's been in the freezer a smidge and can hold the sprinkles on top. ( Once, For extra protein I added one whisked egg and a spoon of coconut flour and it turned out extra chewy) What are your fave quick easy healthy treats?? 1.5 cups @bobsredmill oats,
1/2 cup pumpkin purée,
1/2 cup @georgiagrinders honey roasted almond butter,
1/4 cup raw honey,
1/4 cup @bobsredmill flaxseed meal,
2 tbsp @mrm_usa maca,
1 scoop @furtherfood marine collagen peptides,
@simplyorganicfoods Pumpkin pie spice and Cinnamon,
1 @theochocolate 85 percent dark chocolate bar chopped up

This was the most improvised recipe ever but it was so easy and turned out soo good I needed to share with you guys. I just mashed 2 very ripe bananas, added about 1.5 cups of oat flour, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp of coconut oil, a pinch of cinnamon, a pinch of vanilla powder, and a bit of baking powder and that was it! I put them in little muffin liners and to the oven for 20 minutes at 350F👌🏼 These are soooo sweet I couldn’t believe I didn’t add honey or coconut sugar to them🙈 TIP: wait til your bananas are suuuper brown/ripe for more sweetness❤️😍 #bananamuffins#easyrecipe .
Literal esta receta fue demasiado fácil de hacer y quedó suuuper rica👌🏼 Sólo mezclé 2 bananas molidas + 1 taza y media de harina de avena @_cusiworld_ + 2 huevos + 1 cucharada de aceite de coco @lifechoice_ , 1 cucharadita de canela, 1 cucharadita de vainilla, y un poquito de polvo para hornear💕 lo colocas en moldes de muffin (o un molde grande) por 20 minutos a 180C y ya! Well, to simplify I could say that peanut butter would solve anything (it always does 👍😂 #ofcourse ), but there are actually other options (but I think we can all agree that all of them that should come after peanut butter or any nut butter #amirite ✌️). -
First, all natural sweeteners — maple syrup, coconut sugar, stevia, fruit purees, raw honey and dates — are great, healthy option that you can use! Although I don’t particularly enjoy the taste of honey or dates, I usually bake with them. And guess what? The cookies/brownies/bars/all-delicious-things-with-the-most-random-shapes don’t taste like them and are actually the 💣 (aka gone in 5 seconds).
You could also 'train' yourself to enjoy the natural sweetness of foods, not added sweeteners. Try adding other flavors to please your palette. For example, vanilla, cocoa, licorice, nutmeg and cinnamon enhance the flavor of foods, so you would need less sweetness!
My favorite? Banana pure! Bananas are rich in fiber and potassium and a good source of vitamins B6 and C. They are also naturally sweet, and overripe bananas are JUST THE BEST when replacing refined sugar in recipes. To make the puree (yes, it's a very difficult process as you can imagine ) you just need to add bananas to a food processor. Add a little water if needed water and blend, until it reaches the perfect consistency.
Healthy sneaky tip: mashed bananas get brown quite fast when exposed to
air, so if you add one teaspoon of fresh lemon juice to the banana mash, you can retard the oxidation process.
