“DEETS on this purple beauty:
1/2 cup frozen roasted butternut squash + 1/2 cup frozen berries + 1/2 frozen banana + 1 tbsp flax + 1 tbsp chia + 2 scoops @vitalproteins lavender lemon + 1 cup almond milk. All blended up in my @ninja nice and smooth! Topped with PB and @purelyelizabeth granola 😋”
Para que inventen un chin, aquí una receta, rica, fácil y super sana! Literal que no creía que yo la había hecho.. Helado de coco sin lactosa, sin azúcar con Caramelo de coco! Ingredientes:
1 1/2 tz leche coco full fat sin azúcar. 1 cucharadita de sal 1/4 tz xylitol o erytritol 1/2 cuch vainilla. Preparación: mezclar todo y colocar en bandejita de hacer hielo, frizar y cuando ya esté duro, poner en un blender o procesadora.
Caramelo. Ingredientes: 13.5 oz de leche de coco full fat sin azúcar 1/4 tz miel o agave 1/3 tz azúcar de coco 1/2 cuch vainilla 1/8 cuch sal. Preparación: mezclar todo, llevar a punto de hervor en una olla y luego poner en fuego bajito hasta que espese.. When you've bounced out of bed at 5.30am yourself and your other half comes running down stairs nice and early to tell you 'something weird is going on, I'm not having to hit the snooze button like I normally do' you know you're doing some good work with the 30 days to healthy living plan
Feel like Mondays can always be improved with delicious (yet nutritious) snacks. Whizzed these bad boys up last night as I pre-empted blue Monday, don't know what it is about January but my goodness it feels like everyone struggles a bit. Tis a bit grey, a bit dreary, and summer feels like a loooong time away. ⠀
Anyway, inspired by the leftover Cadbury favourite in the box that no one ever seems to take, these are cherry ripe energy balls that seem ever so fitting for a January Monday. ⠀
Throw into the blender: ⠀
➡️ Dried or fresh pitted cherry, dates, dessicated coconut, touch of honey, dash of water if you've used dry cherries, cacoa / cocoa powder ⠀
➡️ Get your balls rolled⠀
No set recipe, all about the intuitive eating here and making life easy. You want the mixture to be kinda "damp" but solid enough to roll. Refrigerate to help them set and you're away laughing 👌🏼⠀
These are actually brill to take on rides as a quick fire top up for energy, all natural sugars so it's a guilt free boost, I'll still Hoover the proper cherry ripes that are leftover in the favourites box though. ⠀
Monday power-up 🙌🙌 Acai smoothie! Best to-go breakfast in case you slept in & are running late. It happens 🙄 But don't skip breakfast...lunch is a while away & you need strength to say no to donuts 😉😉 I got you!!
Here's my smoothie recipe:
▪2 c power greens, packed (or baby spinach)
▪2 c frozen bluebs
▪1 scoop @sunwarrior vanilla protein powder
▪2 tsp Acai powder
▪1 c pineapple chunks
▪1 1/2 c almond milk
▪optional 2-4 dates for extra sweet
Blend. Pour. Enjoy 😋😋
Doughnuts 🍩 are my weakness (alright...ONE of my many weaknesses). My son and I adapted a chocolate glazed doughnut recipe yesterday (used coconut oil and Greek yogurt for example) to make it more healthy and they turned out absolutely delish. Not the same as my favorite doughnut shop, but for a fun post workout carb, these will definitely satisfy! Some of the grub packed with me for a long day out of the house. My Curried Root Veg Soup that I'm having for lunch along with this Salad 👉 Greens, Bacon Medallions,Cottage Cheese,Tomatoes, Beetroot Falafels and Cucumbers 🍅🥓🧀🥒 Snacks a plenty as per 👉 Sweet Chili Satin Crunch, Cacao and Cashew Quinoa Bar 🍫 Plums and some Coconut Greek Yogurt 🌴
I'm a grazer out and out so prefer lots of smaller bits rather than less but bigger meals! Especially over a long day, it's the food breaks that keep me going 😉

🍓NUT FREE RASPBERRY COOKIES🍓
Just been testing out this recipe ready for a cooking class with our lovely local brownies group tonight, and it’s too good not to share!
To make around 10-12 cookies you’ll need:
❤️2 ripe bananas
❤️1 cup oats (100g)
❤️1 cup raspberries (100g)
❤️1/4 cup raisins (40g)
❤️1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon ———————
TO MAKE IT⬇️:
1. Mash the bananas in a bowl
2. Add the oats and cinnamon and mix thoroughly
3. Add the raspberries and raisins and mix till the raspberries are broken up
4. Roll into small balls and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper
5. Squish them down a little and bake for 15-20 mins on 180c
A great idea for packed lunches as they don’t contain any nuts (or dairy, sugar, eggs or gluten!!). We’ll also be making rainbow pizzas tonight so I’ll hopefully have some lovely bright pictures to share tomorrow - so looking forward to the class! 🌈🍕

Recipe to serve 2
2 frozen bananas
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
3 tbs raw cacao powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbs smooth almond butter ⏩⏩Instructions
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Chia pudding layer
1/4 cup of whole chia seed
1 cup of almond milk
1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste
1 tsp maple syrup
Add all ingredients into a bowl and whisk thoroughly until well combined.
Allow to soak for around and hour in the fridge or until desired consistency.
Mix again before serving. I added quinoa puffs in between layers for extra crunch.

What about starting your day with some oreo blissballs?! 🙈☺️The great thing about these is that they don’t have gluten because I used Oreo-style-cookies by @supplify. They are called kinky cookies and are vegan and gluten free 🤗🤗 They have kind of a special aftertaste if you eat them on its own but in these truffles they truly are good! I mixed 100g of the cookies together with 100g oats, 80g hardened coconut milk and 70g cashews (soaked). I am sure you can as well do them with normal Oreos 🤗 I already was at the gym and later on have to go to the dentist 😞 not feeling that great about it to be honest but oh well 🤗 I wish you a lovely start to the week guys!! *
Guten Morgen und einen schönen Montag wünsche ich euch! Ich war schon im Fitness und muss nachher zum Zahnarzt 😅😅 Freue mich da ehrlich gesagt nicht wirklich drauf aber naja. Für die Nerven gibt es jetzt noch einige meiner Oreo Trüffel, die echt super lecker und einfach zu machen sind! Ich habe dafür kinky Cookies genommen, die mir von @supplify zugeschickt wurden 🤗🤗 Die sind glutenfrei und vegan, was für mich super ist ☺️ Alleine haben sie einen leichten Nachgeschmack, daher habe ich 100g der Kekse zusammen mit 100g Haferflocken, 80g Kokosnussmilch (den harten Teil) und 70g Cashewnüssen (in Wasser eingeweicht) im Mixer zerkleinert und zu kleinen energy balls geformt. Wirklich super lecker und wie echte Trüffel/Pralinen 🤗🤗 Ich wünsche euch einen schönen Tag und einen guten Start in die Woche ihr Lieben ☺️☺️
