I recommend to start Saturday off with something active, cardio, walking, yoga, or a workout!
Don't forget to plan for healthy meals, order healthy while eating out, and drink that WATER. If you are drinking (it does hinder fat loss) keep foods low in carbs all day but high in protien and veggies and try to reach your water goal before you drink.
You can stay on track and still have a great weekend. Getting those weekends cleaned up and healthy can be the last piece of the puzzle for true healthy living and reaching those goals. 💪🏼😊

Is this your reality too or is it just me? 😳😉 JK I really got a bunch done for my online boot camp this morning plus a walk workout and house chores. Now it's totally chill weekend vibes, but still keeping it healthy. Spending time with the family today and then homemade chicken nuggets + Netflix's is the plan for tonight. This exercise was actually a lot harder than it may look😅. It requires the engagement of many stabilizer muscles from both individuals, and definitely hits angles of muscles that don’t normally get targeted👌🏼.
- 🌟The incline pushups engage the pectoral muscles (chest), abdomen, and anterior deltoid muscles (front of shoulder).
🌟The squat & press also works the anterior deltoids, abdomen muscles, and of course the legs🔥
You bet both these exercises will sure get your heart rate up❤️💦 This quick but effective workout made for an excellent shoulder pump 💪🏽 while at the beach 😎. If you’re up for the challenge, give this one a shot some time!😉
