And the first thing I did was grab enough packets of our favorite superfoods shake for breakfasts every day!!
Because it’s harder to eat right on vacation, this will at least ensure we get the nutrition our bodies need every day 💪🏻
And it means only 160 calories for our first meal... which helps keep our intake down when we have big dinners reserved already!!

Si vas a comer en restaurantes te aconsejamos optar por alimentos al vapor, horneados o asados ** evita alimentos fritos o empanizados.
Intenta que al menos la mitad de tu plato sea de vegetales, 1/4 del plato de carbohidratos y 1/4 de proteína! Puedes incluir grasa saludable como el aguacate o aceite de oliva en pequeñas cantidades!!! -
