well... here goes nothing 😂 on the left I was lifting heaving 5-6 times a week but my diet was absolute TRASH. You could consider this my unhealthy "bulking" stage 🙄 My diet consisted of a lot of alcohol, cookies, and pizza. I wasn't well mentally and I truly wasn't taking care of myself. Fast forward a few months later and I'm lifting heaving 6-7x a week, eating super clean compared to before, I rarely drink, and I'm putting my wellbeing first (I still sneak cookies in my diet once in awhile). I feel AMAZING and I am truly beginning to fall in love with the process. I love seeing my body change and I LOVE challenging myself to be a better me. Not only has my physical appearance changed, but everyday I am getting stronger mentally and everyday is a new and better day. I am so proud of my progress and I can't wait to see where I'll be in a few more months. Tomorrow I will post my favorite booty workout. I was initially going for a single... then I kept going . This was a RPE 10. Not for my legs, but for my grip lmao. I need straps man, my weak grip really limits me😑.

Anyways, I was very happy with this session and I am loving my progress atm. I feel happy, healthy and fit. I store most of my fat in my back so bulking doesn’t affect my overall look as much. Though I gotta admit, I am a bit self conscious about my back. I am hitting it hard 2x per week and with deadlifts on 2 leg days but with the fat covering it, the muscular definition is completely hidden. I am excited to cut in April/May but until then, we will chase the gains over here. I may incorporate a maintenance phase of 4 weeks before entering a cut just to get my body prepped and primed, but we will see. Always remember to trust the process. It will always work out somehow.

Focus on keeping your wenises as close as possible. 👀

I did not do an excellent job of that in this video because I went to heavy to maintain form. DONT sacrifice form for weight.💪

Trying to actively work on my gym selfie anxiety😂😂 I️ trained chest and triceps today💪🏼 I️ came up with some fun supersets today and got a little out of my comfort zone! 
Working on building that upper body strength! Finally got myself some boulder shoulders and now I️ want to focus on those biceps and triceps! I’m trying to put on a little more muscle before beginning a cut.

Being injured sucks. Working with an injury sucks. Coming off an injury sucks. Injuries just.. suck!. But, they happen and you just have to ride the rollercoaster until it’s over🤷🏼‍♀️ Today, I hit 245# for the first time since being released from my knee injury a month ago. It’s not a PR, but it’s definitely a PV (personal victory) - insert confetti here - 🎉 Sometimes we have to celebrate the little victories, too 🙆🏼‍♀️ -

Had to stop and acknowledge what I already know, which is being heavier doesn't necessarily make you stronger, I've been obsessive lately with my bulk that I almost forgot strength takes priority over such. Not going to weigh myself anymore for a while. The focus is only strength.

Everything that could go wrong, did in fact go wrong, but instead of hiding in a little hole with my jar of peanut butter, I ran outside on this beautiful day(3 miles to be exact) .... And hit the weights like never before!! I channeled that anger/ negativity and put it right into that bar. I decided I was going in to lift as heavy as I possibly could. And I did!! And feel almost brand new!!! This is like a drug to me and maybe today I was needing a little extra to get this week started on the right foot. @feedmefightme
