well... here goes nothing 😂 on the left I was lifting heaving 5-6 times a week but my diet was absolute TRASH. You could consider this my unhealthy "bulking" stage 🙄 My diet consisted of a lot of alcohol, cookies, and pizza. I wasn't well mentally and I truly wasn't taking care of myself. Fast forward a few months later and I'm lifting heaving 6-7x a week, eating super clean compared to before, I rarely drink, and I'm putting my wellbeing first (I still sneak cookies in my diet once in awhile). I feel AMAZING and I am truly beginning to fall in love with the process. I love seeing my body change and I LOVE challenging myself to be a better me. Not only has my physical appearance changed, but everyday I am getting stronger mentally and everyday is a new and better day. I am so proud of my progress and I can't wait to see where I'll be in a few more months. Tomorrow I will post my favorite booty workout. I was initially going for a single... then I kept going . This was a RPE 10. Not for my legs, but for my grip lmao. I need straps man, my weak grip really limits me😑.

Anyways, I was very happy with this session and I am loving my progress atm. I feel happy, healthy and fit. I store most of my fat in my back so bulking doesn’t affect my overall look as much. Though I gotta admit, I am a bit self conscious about my back. I am hitting it hard 2x per week and with deadlifts on 2 leg days but with the fat covering it, the muscular definition is completely hidden. I am excited to cut in April/May but until then, we will chase the gains over here. I may incorporate a maintenance phase of 4 weeks before entering a cut just to get my body prepped and primed, but we will see. Always remember to trust the process. It will always work out somehow.
My best advice for targeting triceps:
Focus on keeping your wenises as close as possible. 👀
I did not do an excellent job of that in this video because I went to heavy to maintain form. DONT sacrifice form for weight.💪
My mom was nice enough to watch the twins for me when I went to the gym today after my husband was called in to work. I didn’t have time to get my cardio in, but I came home got my jump rope and got it in! #noexcuses
Coach Buzz Tribute Meet! went 5/6 and hit 53/56/59kg snatch and 77/81/84x for clean and jerk at 61.4kg bodyweight. missed the third clean and jerk because of a press in my right arm. overall super happy with how this meet went and excited for more.
well I had to do an obvious one. thankful the first day I stepped in to a gym and grabbed a weight from that day I was addicted and changed. this is my therapy. blasting music and lifting heavy.
Leg day DONE! 🏋🏾♀️ I’m smiling here, but I almost busted my ass walking back to the locker room because my legs were like jello after my workout.
