I've lost a few pounds, so that probably has a lot to do with it. I just have to keep going if I want the bulk;;; I think I'm going to designate tomorrow as one of my longer arm workout nights;;

Most people struggle gaining muscle, and it's because they're doing it wrong. -
You're different.  You're here on this page.  You now know what it takes to build muscle.

For example, most people think that in order to build muscle, they need to train harder.  That's fine, but if your nutrition isn't on point, you're either going to stay the same size or get fat.  Nutrition needs to be ON POINT! If it isn't, Ramsay Bolton will feed you to his dogs.

On top of this, most people think they need to do cardio to build muscle.  The truth is, the only reason to be doing cardio to build muscle is if you want to eat more food without getting fat.  Obviously, there are exceptions to the rule, and there are some types of "anabolic cardio" like Anabolic Running, but other than that, it's not needed.

Focus on the basics: Calories = BW (lbs) x 16-18. Protein = BW (lbs) x 1. Train each body part 2x per week. Aim to get stronger on each big lift.  Over time, the muscle will come itself.

Not everyone can or should do certain exercises because of various limitations (muscle weakness, tightness, injury, etc) and that is more than ok. Okay — so maybe I missed the boat here butttt actual pain, in my experience leads to injury. Injuries lead to lost gym time which means lost gainZ. I don’t know but that seems to be the exact opposite of the goal when exercising. Maybe you’re into actual pain or something. Thats fine, no judgment here. Ok maybe a little.

The truth is this: every body is made differently. Everyone is at a different point in their fitness journey. Some variations of an exercise just don’t jive well with some individuals. They may not be proficient in the movement, maybe they’re not at the level needed to perform it yet or maybe they have an injury that contraindicates them doing that movement. Whatever the reason may be, a good coach should have an endless amount of exercises in his library that can mimic the effects of (x) but don’t cause literal pain. You should never stick with a program (or coach) who says their is no deviating from the plan or you’re doing it wrong. Period.

I don’t mean the hurt that will happen when you lift hard and have a pump. Now that we have that out of the way lets proceed to the BROism’s that need to die. Today. 🐝 -No Pain No Gain -Pain Is Weakness Leaving the Body -If It Ain’t Hurtin’ You Ain’t Tryin # Okay — so maybe I missed the boat here butttt actual pain, in my experience leads to injury. Injuries lead to lost gym time which means lost gainZ. I don’t know but that seems to be the exact opposite of the goal when exercising. Maybe you’re into actual pain or something. Thats fine, no judgment here. Ok maybe a little. 🐛 The truth is this: every body is made differently. Everyone is at a different point in their fitness journey. Some variations of an exercise just don’t jive well with some individuals. They may not be proficient in the movement, maybe they’re not at the level needed to perform it yet or maybe they have an injury that contraindicates them doing that movement. Whatever the reason may be, a good coach should have an endless amount of exercises in his library that can mimic the effects of (x) but don’t cause literal pain. You should never stick with a program (or coach) who says their is no deviating from the plan or you’re doing it wrong. Period. 🦋 Get all the muscle ripping pumps you want, y’all. But please PLEASE don’t lift through actual pain. Als wir vor 2 Wochen aufgrund des Sturms in Kassel festsaßen, wollten wir die Zeit für ein ordentliches Training nutzen. 🤔💪😎 Nach einer anstrengenden Seminar-Woche und einer erholsamen Hotel-Nacht und fühlte sich das Heben doch widererwartend gut an 😃 und so habe ich einfach mal wieder etwas mehr aufgelegt, als ich es in den letzten Monaten gemacht habe... selbst die 190 Kg waren keine echte Herausforderung. Försökte jobba på djupet idag men insett att två saker är ett stort problem. Nr 1. Har en mysmage som agerar airbag och hindrar de sista cm. Nr 2. Har leder som en reumatisk gammal tant känns det som för knäet protesterar i för djupa lägen. Blev iaf cirka 100 reps. Man lever och lär. Efter detta sparka-bakut-maskinen. Som blivit lite av en favorit. Vilket är konstigt. För det känns som typ gymlandskapets motsvarighet till romrussin i Aladdinasken. Ingen rör den men ändå finns den alltid fly förbannat där. Blev i alla fall 100 reps där. Sedan har jag hört en fågel viska att om man är som jag i knäböj och liksom pekar in med knäna likt en lite pojke som kissat på sig. Då är tydligen gyn-stolsmaskinen bra för att träna insida lår. NOLL belägg för detta men jag hörde det någonstans så måste vara sant. Avslutade med lite vadträning för VAD ANNARS? Hehe. Fatta ni? Är ju skitrolig. Den farsigaste av farsaskämtare. Ett bra pass allt som allt. Det som är fascinerande med teäningsvärlden enligt mig. Man lär sig nytt varje dag och ser framsteg varje dag. Workout: (QUADS) Squats my first exercise and last set. 190kg x 6 reps. Believe me this was a gruelling workout. 2. Front squats, 3 dumbell lunges and 4  1 leg extentions. Had to lay on the mat at times cause of exhaustion. U don't get legs unless u work 4 them.
