Seitan Rib Wraps 👅 So good! 💛 Not as good as the burger but I'm not complaining 😋 Thunder storm this morning was beautiful ⛈ But it only rained for 5 minutes, hoping we have another soon as I love rain in the heat 🌤
#ThrowbackThursday to a little over a year ago when The Humane League clinched this historic victory: The Egg Industry has committed to no longer killing male chicks at just a day old. Usually they're ground alive or tossed into a garbage can to slowly suffocate. New technology will be implemented so that these chicks are never born -- alleviating suffering for 700,000 chicks every. single. day. 👏👏👏
Curry chips for lunch 😂 every day I'm hustlin', and today I was hustlin' so hard I lost track of time and food. Chipped up a sweet potato, flash fried some veg and @quorn_uk pieces in my frozen curry paste, added coconut milk and whacked on a plate with spinach and mango. PHEW! #vegan summery lunch to be enjoyed at breakneck speed before hanger strikes 😘 •
Coronary artery disease (CAD), also called coronary heart disease, is a condition in which fatty material and plaque build up in the walls of arteries surrounding the heart muscle. When this occurs, the artery narrows or becomes blocked, preventing adequate blood flow from reaching the heart.
You decide which kind of arteries you want to have.
Go vegan! 🌱🌱🌱

Follow your excitement!
Finding your Purpose in Life.
Act on it! Excitement is caused by a resonance with your Higher Self. Excitement is a "sign" that the activity you are contemplating is aligned with your Higher Self, and this alignment is what causes the excitement. This naturally leads you to what you are "meant" to be doing - what your Soul "hopes" your free-will chooses to do. This is your "Purpose". So this is the simple yet effortlessly-effective way to find your life's "Purpose". Mechanically, "excitement" is a high state of resonant-excitation that occurs when the Thinking+Intentions of the physical dimension self are sharply aligned with the Thinking+Intentions of its own Higher Self.
So excitement serves as a "compass" - to let you know when you're "on course" - when you are doing or contemplating doing exactly what your Higher Self would just love to have you be doing.

This is life. My life. A year ago I never expected to be in this place in life. So happy. So excited for my future. So grateful to have met the people I have. These beautiful souls have lifted me & brought me to new places in life. A month spent in Thailand has been an experience that has opened my eyes up to people, experiences, adventures, my own desires, and thoughts. My heart is open and full. I am living my best life with the best people around me. 🤙🏼 YEWWW
G R O W : Nothing better than growing, harvesting + eating your own organic veggies! They taste soooo good!! If you can't grow your own (even in pots, baskets or wall gardens) support your local farmer's market. I ❤️the OCFM at the V&A on a Saturday. Try the black baby tomatoes!
