5 MINUTE SNACKS ➡️ Vanilla + Choc Chip Bliss Balls 👌🏼 What you need: 1 scoop @pranaon Vanilla protein + 1/2 cup flour (almond or coconut meal) + 1 tbsp nut butter (I used cashew) + 2 tbsp xylitol + 2-3 tbsp oil (MCT or coconut) + pinch of cinnamon + Himalayan salt + 1/4 cup cacao nibs + 1-2 tbsp hot water ⭐️ Combine all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Roll into 8 balls and store in the fridge! EASY!!! If the mixture is too dry, add in some extra oil. Too wet? For breakfast this week I'm having black coffee with 28 g of macadamia nuts which is very filling and keeps me not hungry for 4-5 hours. 🔝My meal plan lunch for 5 days is thinly sliced ribeye steak with sautéed onions and greens peppers topped with a slice of melted provolone cheese 🤤

I had let SO many years just go by WISHING I could lose weight. I've wasted so much energy on losing weight! I wasted my thoughts, my feelings, my time, my happiness in life situations by not enjoying the moments bc of my weight, by not having or letting pictures be taken of me...all because of WEIGHT. For years I've let that stand in the way of truly LIVING. •••2017••• MY year. And the LAST year I'm letting this weight LITERALLY weigh me down anymore! And also. Excuses. So many excuses as to why I couldn't lose weight plagued me as well. "I'm not athletic", "I don't have time, I'm a mom", "We don't have money for it", "I hate healthy food"...and the list went on!!! FOR YEARS. .

Today was another long day, but one of our events at work is over and it's a relief lol. I had some #bulletproofcoffee at work that took me forever to drink and then I felt nauseous from nerves. Either the nerves or the liquid stevia I used in my coffee got me. Anyway. First 3 photos are from SALT, one of the most unique and flavorful restaurants in town. 4th is my leftover charcuterie plate I brought home. 5th photo was my dinner: 2 scrambled eggs mixed with my leftover prosciutto and some fancy cheese. 6th photo is the leftover chocolate cake I brought home for my girlies...I had a whole "top" slice 🙈🙊, no shame. My eldest girl said, "Mama, you've been cheating lately!" So, for the sake of accountability: yes, I did have a handful of Target popcorn yesterday, about 5-7 cool ranch Doritos, and today that chocolate cake. It was amazing, I have to admit, but I feel TERRIBLY bloaty 😣.I should know better!

Well today they did a flash sale and I was able to secure a box before it sold out in 4 hours!!! So, I'm breaking out the beloved and taking it before I go workout! I may regret this decision when I can't sleep tonight. But at least I know I'm going to have a great sweat sesh!!
Put yourself at the top of your to do list every single day and the rest will fall into place. Self love is the new “relationship goals.” Started my day with @laurengleisberg lower body workout from the fall challenge and boy were my 🍑🍑🍑 and legs burning right away! Best way to start the day.

Soooo I ran out of blanched almond flour. So my 90 second bread looks a little funny haha with unblanched almond flour but just as delicious. Tuna melt was so dang good...a salad (I always put a tiny bit of balsamic on my salads bc it amps up the flavor) and some celery. 👍👍
The weather last week was amazing, but today is raining. I like to see rainy days as a chance to get house-stuff done!! Or even catch up on some editing/ blogging. I tried to start exercising but I'm really finding it hard to stay motivated in that area. The picture you see was taken on a run last week - but that was it! One run, and I walked most of the way. I'm just not finding the drive I used to have, but I'm not pleased with JUST losing weight. There are girls I talk to who only care about the number of the scale... and I hear them talking, endlessly, about their number This reminds me to keep pushing towards to my goals of FITNESS and STRENGTH, and NOT just trying to see a certain number. Sadly, these folks don't care about health, and only about being thin. Strive to beat this ladies!!! 💕 We are more than just a number, we are blessed with amazing bodies. We are meant to nourish, and take care of those bodies!!!!! ❤️
