Hoy es un día #highcarb, así que me hice unas #panquecas de #batata o #papadulce, y quedaron DE-LI-CIO-SAS.  Son súper fáciles de hacer, aquí les dejo su preparación:
Ingredientes:
1 batata mediana
3 claras de huevo
1huevo entero
1scoop de #wheyprotein (opcional, yo lo use pero no es obligatorio)
1 chorrito de vainilla
Canela al gusto
Preparación: 
Pica la batata en deditos, colócala en el microondas 6 min aprox.
Mientras ve batiendo en la licuadora las #clarasdehuevo, hasta que se pongan totalmente blancas, añade TODOS los ingredientes, licúan y #voilà ya tienes una mezcla medio pastosa, pero deliciosa, nutritiva y sana. La batata es un carbohidrato de muy buena calidad, delicioso y muy nutritivo. ¡Espero les guste! Pd: el #tinto es para que vean mi taza que cambia de color cuando se le echa algo caliente 😍😍😍😍

It's hard to believe I got by on 25grams of carbs per day for months in a row... and truthfully I don't think I did. Many people say they are eating certain macros but those target goals might not actually account for what they're eating. I only ate 25g of starchy carbs per day. I ate plenty of zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, and carbs that came from nuts. All of those actually made my daily carb total around 75. Why does this matter? Because people often copy what they see other people doing or question their own habits based on it. To truly stay under 25 grams, I would have either had to cut out all starch or green veggies and nuts (no room for both) or only have nuts without either. None of those are healthy choices for most people. One other common issue is people who have a very low target for carbs but regularly go off plan. When someone else tried to copy, they either suffer from the amount that is too low or can't figure out why they're having so much trouble. (Now I eat 300-450 carbs daily but I do keep my fats below 75 most days). As someone who used to search around for the 'perfect' plan to follow... 1-To make the coconut yogurt, blend the coconut meat, water and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Add the probiotic powder and blend again. You should have a thick, smooth yogurt. Alternatively, you can also use store bought coconut yogurt.

2-Hollow out the papaya and discard the seeds and place half the papaya on a plate.

3-Spoon into the center a few good tablespoons of the coconut yogurt (the rest will keep for up to a week in the fridge and continue to ferment with the probiotics.)

4-Sprinkle with the goji berries, coconut, pumpkin seeds and chia seeds
.
5-Squeeze the lime over the top and dress with mint.

Thought I would share some of my favorite easy, go-to meals that do not rely on faux-meats/cheeses, are low in sodium, sugar, & oil, but are filling & pack plenty of flavor 👍🏼
I eat this stuff all the time, b/c A) it’s delicious, B) it’s super healthy, & C) it’s easy & quick to make so #lazyvegan approved 😂

🌱potato scramble/breakfast potatoes - not sure what else to call this, but basically potatoes of any kind 🥔🍠 + mixed veggies (onions, bell peppers, zucchini, & mushrooms are my favorite) + taco seasoning baked in the oven (w/ parchment paper to eliminate the need for oil) - super yummy, doesn’t require salt, & I usually like to eat this for breakfast (though it works any time of day, really) w/ a side of organic ketchup

🌱smoothie bowl! Super basic, but a very delicious & super easy meal. You can put pretty much whatever you want in there!
A favorite combo of mine is frozen bananas + mixed frozen berries + frozen cherries + nut butter (cashew butter in this case) + ground flax/chia mix + unsweetened soy milk. Blend & top w/ cacao nibs, hemp seeds, & more fruit!

🌱I could call this a salad, I could call this a bowl, but really it’s just a mix of whatever I have on hand! Here I have mixed veggies over a bed of quinoa topped w/ spinach/mixed greens + half a sweet potato (I recommend heating up just the potato) + generous scoop of hummus.

🌱veggie stir fry (minus the frying)! Tofu + mixed vegetables + sauce of choice (here I used organic general tso + a little bit of soy sauce) over a bed of jasmine rice + a side of green beans - yumm! This probably tastes the least healthy, but rest assured, it’s completely guilt-free 😁

I'm so happy because I usually don't have all this fruit in my house but someone bought bananas🍌🍌! I topped it with frozen blueberries, raw oats, and cacao powder 😍I wish I could take better quality photos, I'm saving up for a better camera rather then just my iPhone and so I can start a YouTube channel🤗. I'm so excited for what the future will bring. I have been using the law of attraction to bring what I desire and it's amazing to see everything manifest right before your eyes 😱🌿

Está hecha con lentejas rojas y luego disfrutada con medio kilo de levadura nutricional 😂

Para hacer la salsa:

1 zanahoria 🥕 
1 tallo de celery 🌱
1 cebolla pequeña ✨
2 dientes de ajo
.
Todo esto lo rallas o picas súper pequeño y lo pones a cocinar con un poco de agua (o lo sofríen en aceite si prefieren)
.
Agregan 200 gramos de lentejas rojas y un poco de orégano (o mucho si eres igual de exagerado que yo 🙈), una taza de agua + unos 100 ml de leche de soja y una pizca de sal
.
Déjalo cocinar y agrega el puré. Yo utilicé más o menos 500 gr 🍅🍅🍅+
2 cucharadas de vinagre de módena (balsámico). Déjalo reposar en el fuego unos minutos y listo ✅ .
Si quieren, luego hago una video receta para YouTube, así no quedan dudas 🙈

Aloha🤙 Kürbis Couscous Salat mit #oatishähnchen

Dafür habe ich:
➡ Couscous mit 1 1/2 Menge kochender Gemüsebrühe übergossen und quellen lassen,
➡  Kürbis (Hokkaido) gekocht,
➡ eine Paprika zerkleinert,
➡ paar Cherry Tomaten halbiert,
➡ noch bissel Gurke mit dem Messer bearbeiten,
➡ ne Lauchzwiebel zerstückeln,
➡ alles in ne Schüssel geben und mit Pizza und Pastazauerei und Piment d' Espelette von @spice_bar * gewürzen, bums fretsch is.

Für das Hähnchen (oatishähnchen)
-> rohe Hähnchenbrust in Gewürzen wälzen heute in Rauchiger Drecksau von @spice_bar * und anschließend bei 200° Umluft in den Ofen, für 10 - max. 20 Minuten, is immer etwas abhängig vor der Größe, so ne 200g Brust braucht ca. um die 15 Minuten.

I really don't like the taste of kale, I can just manage to bear it if it's in a very sweet smoothie 😕 but today, I found BABY kale and my world changed ~ it tastes nothing like kale and actually is one of the more pleasant tasting greens ~ I have been actively trying to eat more veggies and more greens so pretty much everyday I have been eating roast veg and either mixed lettuce or baby spinach ~ greens are so important because they are rich in minerals so try squeeze them in wherever you can 🍀🌱

Vegan brownie with raw vanilla ice cream on top 😋😩😩 the people next to me we're giving me the worst looks as I was licking the plate clean 😂- this was one of the best brownies I have had in a while and was so moist haha ingredients were dates, walnuts, coconut flour, coconut sugar, raw cacao powder, cinnamon, agar powder, and fresh vanilla bean 👍🏻 love how its made fresh, with lightly processed ingredients- ice cream was vanilla bean, cashew mylk, and coconut cream!! Went and got this after an intense level 2 vinyasa class and wanted to order three more after haha

Gymqueen hat mir die Möglichkeit gegeben den  neuen Drama Queen Booster zu  testen! 🙆 Mein Fazit, bis jetzt ist das der beste Booster vom Geschmack her (Hier: Watermelon). #mealprep fürs Mittagessen die nächsten drei Tage erledigt✅ Dank @maedelklein und der Tatsache, dass es langsam herbstlich wird, hab ich richtig Bock auf #kürbis bekommen🤤 also gibts Kürbis-Reis-Gemüse-Pfanne mit Hähnchen und light-Schafskäse. Total £2.35  will give you everything you need to be healthy/active and strong. Plenty of good fats/protein/highcarb /fibre.

Let the fruits steam in the oatmeal, wait until the oatmeal gets thick and creamy. You can also add #agavenectar or your #sweetener of choice... 😍

I have a few green and yellow capsicum raw of course.

Bevor es gleich zur Arbeit geht musste noch fix der Magen gefüllt werden 🙌🏻 Es gabe eine Art "Thainudel-Salat" mit braunen Reisspaghetti. Sie müssen nur 4-5 Minuten kochen und sind daher superschnell gar!  Dazu habe ich alles mögliche an frischem Gemüse geschnibbelt, darunter Paprika, Gurke, Tomate und Mangold 🌱🙏🏻 Als Dressing habe ich Tomatenmark, Wasser, Sojasauce, Reisessig, Knoblauch und ein Thaicurry vermischt und über die Bowl gegeben. #vegan #salad #thai #ricenoodles #rice #highcarb #bowl #veggies #greens #yummy
