Before I got pregnant with Eva I was always super frustrated because I could never look the way I wanted to, no matter how many crossfit workouts I did or how low I could get my carb intake to be 😒
During my pregnancy I gained 55 lbs and I weighed more than I ever have in my life, clocking in at 215 lbs the day I gave birth 😳 (I'm 5'5" btw).. I felt embarrassed, incredibly self conscious and just.. not like myself. I was also sooooo nervous that this weight would stick around.
3 weeks after Eva was born I was READY to get my s*** together and with my home workouts, superfoods and portion control meal plan I got to work. What worked for me was the balanced nutrition, effective workouts that I chose to meet my goals, and of course.. my craving crushing superfoods. #becausechocolate 😏
It's been over 3 years and it's STILL a journey for me. Because fitness and eating healthy isn't a fad.. The time is going to pass anyway so why not start now?? Why wait another day? The restaurant we were gonna get takeaway from had closed their kitchen except for pizza, so the others got that and I had this ready by the time they picked it up ✌️This is why I always keep fathead pizza bases in the freezer!

Since I've been on this health journey, I have come to find the same results are true for me. I used to love a good bagel, English muffin or cereal for breakfast. But I was always hungry about an hour later. Now, I eat eggs with veggies almost every day. I love me some scrambled eggs!

Wird aus "ja natürlich mache ich dieses oder jenes" plötzlich ein "nein" wird man sofort verurteilt. Anfangs ist das nicht immer leicht, bzw. war es für mich nicht immer leicht ABER☝️ Ich lerne immer mehr zu mir zu stehen, dass was ich tue, was ich bin, was mich ausmacht. We tried a new fat bomb recipe tonight 🍪🍪Cookie Dough 🍪🍪It was easy to make, however it's not my favorite(Kristy). I can't figure out why?... maybe it's the texture? Today was draining AF. By the time I got home, I was ready to order a pizza and call it a night🍕😴 But I couldn't let my emotions get the best of me!🙅🏽 I've done that shit for way too many years👊🏽
So instead of picking up a Hawaiian with bacon from my favorite pizza place😍🍕
I went across the street to the grocery store and bought some steaks 🙌🏽
Went home, made a quick salad 🥗 , cooked up those steaks and BAM💥 dinner was served 💁🏽 At 8pm, but hey, it was served 😉

So tonight's supper was AMAZEBALLS!🔥 Tilapia stuffed with shrimp and crab and creamed spinach! 😋 So good!
I'm gonna look for the recipe for the tilapia since I bought it premade at the super market. I definitely want to make it again!
