Throw back Monday to the vehicle that started my downward spiral of bad vehicular decision making. This was in march 2008. I got a 3 1/2 inch re lift and skyjacker shocks for my birthday haha. My dads friend got me the hook up on some 31x10.5s and I had two 12s in the back. It didn't get much cooler than that haha. #jeep#xj#1995#sport#secondvehicle#highschool

#mentoringmonday Spent the morning sharing my love and passion for fashion design with high school kids! So grateful for the opportunity to be inspired by these young and enthusiastic group of future #fashionindustry professionals! The #LYNX program at Frederick High School is one of its kind in the United States! Incredible foundation for future success with its flexibility, outstanding student support and enthusiastic staff and teachers! So proud to be a #partner in this awesome project! Major kudos to our governor Hogan and former School Superintendent Nancy Grasmic for implementing this program in Maryland! #beamentor
Life's a waiting game! Reflections add another layer to a photo creating a more interesting composition. Keep your eyes open to windows, mirrors, puddles and don't be grid to get low!
I LOVE using video of #students . Although spontaneity can be fun, I like to prep them with the question way in advance. It gives them some time to reflect on the answer and formulate how they are actually going to say it (although they will probably still need your help). Try to stay away from "What do you like about our school?". Be more specific. For example, "Tell me what you learned from yesterday's X field trip?" Use your phone for video and keep it brief (15-25 sec) For added engagement, post the video with a question to #Alumni .."Who remembers their trip to X?" #vhelpsschools
