Heres something to try on the smith machine, especially if you’re pressed for time and want to get in and out of the gym quickly. Circuits are a great way to get your HR up and get a cardio / HIIT session in without being bored

▪️underhand grip back rows

▪️elevated pushups (place the bar at a height you can push off of, no need to come off the bar if you have a hard time doing pushups)

Finally got up at my normal time to torture myself at the gym. Did 40 mins of #hiit workouts. Did mountain climbers, shuffles, in and outs, box jump burpees and wall crawls and in between a little weight lifting on the machines. Did a little arm workout after that and hen did #cardio for 30 mins. I am exhausted. Vamos a hacer un EMOM 4’ for 16’.

De tal manera que cada 4 minutos tendrás que completar esta serie de ejercicios y tu tiempo de descanso será lo que te sobre hasta completar los 4’ en cada ronda.

Serán un total de 4 rondas, 16minutos totales de trabajo. En el caso de que no llegues a completar la ronda, reduce las repeticiones de los ejercicios, en secuencias de 2 repeticiones por ronda (lo que sea necesario)..
.
¡Y sorpresa! En el minuto 16 tendrás que hacer 16 burpees. Tu resultado será el tiempo que tardes en realizar esos 16 burpees finales.

El peso RX es: en la barra 43kg para chicos y 30kg para chicas; en el balón, 9kg para chicos y 7kg para chicas.

Ici à une semaine de Noël, je décide de reprendre sérieusement les choses (je suis folle 😵).
Alors fini le grignotage des derniers jours, fini (ou presque) les produits avec du sucre raffiné... Mais surtout, c'est reprise du sport dans la limite de mes capacités. Faut pas que j'oublie mon pied hein 😉. Aujourd'hui, j'ai fait une super séance d'abdo avec le programme @lotusbouchecousue. Bon OK, elle a été un peu raccourci, je ne peux pas faire les gainages 😞 pour le moment.

Je file à la douche 🚿 et manger un quelque chose.

❌ Workout- 20sec work, 10 sec rest. 8x times each round. 4 rounds. 30 sec rest in between.
Exercises consisted of:
▶️ Bench Climbers
▶️ Incline Split Squat (Alt leg each 20sec)
▶️ Bench Push Ups
▶️ Full Body Crunch.
❌ Cool down-  2min jog home

Gyms are great...but so are parks 😉

Will be heading off to a resort later on today so I will be able to hit the gym there and pump some iron....if im not too occupied sun tanning 😂
