E2MOM 10 (Every 2 minute on the minute for 10 rounds) - bedeutet: zur jeden vollen 2ten Minute, für 10 Runden.

30 Walking Lunges
Rest der Zeit Rennen

Ihr stellt Euch also einen Countdown Timer auf 20 Minuten, besser ist noch ein Intervalltimer. Den stellt ihr auf 10 Runden, je 2 Minuten, ohne Pause ein. 
Wenn ihr das Training startet, führt ihr 30 Walking Lunges aus, im Anschluss rennt ihr so lange, bis die verbleibende Zeit der ersten zwei Minuten um sind. Beginnen die nächsten 2 Minuten, startet ihr wieder mit 30 Walking Lunges und rennt anschließend, bis die Minute 4 um ist. Dann noch 8 mal von vorn ;-). Wer möchte und die Zeit hat, führt, so wie ich heute morgen, im Anschluss noch 100 Pushups aus. Mit Aufwärmen ist das Training dann in 30-35 Minuten beendet und ihr seid einiges an Strecke gerannt  habt 300 Lunges und 100 Pushups in kürzester Zeit ausgeführt.

Beginnen die nächsten 2 Minuten, startet ihr wieder mit 30 Walking Lunges und rennt anschließend, bis die Minute 4 um ist. Dann noch 8 mal von vorn ;-). Wer möchte und die Zeit hat, führt, so wie ich heute morgen, im Anschluss noch 100 Pushups aus. Mit Aufwärmen ist das Training dann in 30-35 Minuten beendet und ihr seid einiges an Strecke gerannt habt 300 Lunges und 100 Pushups in kürzester Zeit ausgeführt. {2/3} "My husband, Erik and I lost our first child, Collin in 2006 from SIDS during his first week of daycare.  He was a healthy and happy four month old.  At four months old, he smiled and giggled at us, had a favorite bumble bee toy to play with in the car and filled our hearts with love and purpose. We imagined him as a 6 month old, toddler, boy, man.  It was with enormous despair when we realized the experience of watching him grow would never occur. Our sense of joy was suddenly replaced by an overwhelming sense of grief. We were forced to accept that only the memories of him would have to sustain us for the rest of our lives.  But, we are comforted by the fact that Collin only ever knew love. 
Over the years I have struggled to find what I can do to honor his memory and to make a positive impact on others as a result of our tragedy and give some purpose to his short sweet life. I have participated in research, volunteer as a bereavement contact with CJ First Candle and with the SID Network of Ohio. 
As a lifelong runner, I saw the opportunity to raise money and run the New York City Marathon for the CJ First candle team, and knew THIS is where I can make an impact.  CJ First Candle is important to us as this is where we turned when he died.  We needed support and information, needed to know research and what to do next. They even gave me encouragement as I wrote the obituary for our firstborn..."

Progress & results - today’s photo shows 3 photos of me left Feb 2016, middle Feb 2017 and right today Oct 2017. Despite working out every day & changing up what I was doing every 8-12 weeks from Feb 2016 to Feb 2017 my progress and results were v v slow... I lost a few cms over the year but the scales never budged an ounce... the scales is not what I care about I’d happily weigh more if I looked and felt the right way!!! Since Feb I’ve lost weight AND even more cms - So what did I do differently? I signed up for and did a fantastic nutrition course run by @sophie_morris where I learned more about food than I ever knew and got some great recipes and workouts too - I lost 3.5kgs just by making small changes to my food - check out Sophie’s Nutrition I highly recommend it - I’ve also been working with a Personal trainer since August who has really really pushed me in terms of intensity during my sessions - I’ve lost another 4kgs and 9inches since starting with him. If you’re not working outside your comfort zone you’re not pushing yourself hard enough to realise change!!! So what’s my point? If you are where you want to be that’s fantastic keep doing what you’re doing BUT if like me you’re not seeing results or you are but they are really slow then stop & have a think about what else you can do with the resources you have at your disposal - there are lots of great workouts and other resources out there (many free and/or cheap) if you go looking.
