1️⃣ single leg box jumps, 8-12 reps each side (8 for first set, 10 for second, 12 for last set) 
2️⃣ box jumps, 10-15 reps

My brother is a resident and is going on 3 hours of sleep. We just crushed a 1.5 hour workout because life isn’t about being comfortable. So get up and go do the damn thing!!

2017 is coming to an end, and with every New Year comes a time of reflection. And of course, what a better time to reflect than on Mercury Retrograde (this shit been going on for too long if you ask me ⌛️). In the last year, I’ve changed a lot. I grew into someone I am proud of. I still have issues to work on, holes to fill in my life, and thoughts that need rearranging, but I am proud of who I’ve become. I know that not everyone will love who I am, as a person. It used to hurt me before, because I wanted everyone to like me. I wanted people to be happy around me. I wanted people to feel loved around me. I wanted to be a light in everyone’s life, even for those who didn’t want to receive any light. It brought me a lot of frustration and hurt, because not everyone wanted me in their life. Not at that moment, at least. That’s how we learn. Whenever something happens over and over again, it’s usually the Universe’s way of teaching you a lesson. 
But I diverge. 
What I want to say is that not everyone will like you, and that’s completely fine. Not everyone will accept your goals, but that’s okay, it’s not theirs to achieve. Not everyone will support your dreams, which is fine, dreams are individually picked. Not everyone will understand your sense of humor, which is okay, cause you make yourself laugh. Not everyone will know what to do with your overwhelming need to give love, but you gotta keep on giving, because the World still needs people like you. 
at the end of the day, all you need is yourself. No one will love and understand you as much as you understand yourself. So who cares what others think? You know the truth behind your actions and words. That’s all that matters. You can’t control how the other person will react to your jokes, actions, goals, or affection. Therefore, why stress about it so much? Heading out for another session on the Coquitlam Crunch. Getting my Daily Interval Cardio session done.  Why? Because it’s important for HEART HEALTH, And a multitude of other health factors.  Trail running, Cycling, Hiking are just a few of my favorite ways to get outside , breath fresh air and have my much needed “Me Time”  I only regret the days I don’t take time for myself to do my cardio or weight workouts. Everyone thinks that if they’re out of the gym for a couple of weeks that they’ll gain weight or lose their progress completely- and it’s just simply not true.
I’ve been eating less calories but more protein and less carbs. Carbs are energy- I’ve not needed as much energy as usual because I’ve not been as active. Upping my protein helped maintain my muscle mass.

Spinach & Cream Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast {Save This Recipe}

What you need:
* 3 Chicken Breast
* 8oz frozen spinach (cook according to package instructions)
* 1/2c Crumbled Feta
* 4oz Cream Cheese
* (2) 1/8 tsp Salt
* 1/8 tsp Pepper
* 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions:
* Pre-heat oven to 450*F
* Mix cooked-spinach, feta, cream cheese & (1) 1/8 tsp salt in large bowl
* Cut 1 deep pocket in each chicken breast
* Stuff w cream cheese mixture
* Season w remaining salt + pepper
* Heat Olive Oil in oven-safe pan & set over medium-high heat.
* Add stuffed chicken ‘top’ side down & cook for 5 mins, then flip chicken over
*  Place pan in oven then bake for 10 mins*. *if chicken breast are extra thick, bake for an additional 2-5 mins or until internal temperature reaches 165*F
