Ich möchte aber meinem Körper nach dem Wasserverlust 💦 , den man jetzt schon an den oberen Bauchmuskeln sehen kann, beibringen, dass er wunderbar von Fett leben kann 🍳🧀🌰🥓 und keine Kohlenhydrate 🥐🍞🥖 mehr braucht. C1:D5:M5 protein pancakes and a 20 min HIIT. This was taken just before baby bear grabbed a strawberry 😩 HIIT was interesting with 2 bears awake - but got it done. Quoi vous ne doutiez🤣🤣🤣🤣 pas qu'il y avait quelques choses de cacher Ben oui novembre aucune course officielle de programmer alors je me suis lancer dans le programme de Thibault et Justine pour le #myfiitchallenge3 ayant désertée la salle depuis un Moment on teste une nouvelle méthode avec le hit. Donc hier premier live avec @thibault_geoffray et @justinegallice mais je suis rentrée trop tard du coup ce matin on met le réveil plus tôt et cesy Parti mon kiki petit échauffement t du cardio et on enchaîne le hit en 30'/30' avec squad, gainage, genre arrière et montee de genou tout ça répéter 5 fois. Et ben je peux vous dire que ça Transpire et ça 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 des le matin surtout les cuissots qui sont encore sensible du semi de reims. Mais ça fait un  bien fou. A day of meal prepping!

Usually I do my meal prep on Sunday, but when we left the house at 730am, and didn't get home until 8pm, meal prepping was out of the question!

I absolutely love the meal plan I'm on because even though I say a day of meal prepping, it was actually the easiest meal prep! It sure didn't take long to prep 7 days worth of breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner!
