We worked with the best crew today to clear our #BlairgowrieHouse site... we found prepping the site for excavation as much as possible was far more economical than having our excavation crew do it all. That way the excavator @anthony_ring_excavations can literally go in and do what he does best without having to worry about clearing trees and undergrowth.
If you’re in need of tree management, a tidy up, or a big site clear like us then definitely check out @inclineenviro 👌🏻 And the best part is that they donate all of the mulch from the chipper to local gardeners and charities. Oh and Anthony was very patient with my constant worry of possums and wildlife AND my anxiety about having lots of our trees cut down. Lucky we have an epic landscape plan by @acre_studio that sees us planting lots of beautiful native and indigenous trees and plants 🍃 . . .
| Property Photography | I cringe whenever I view a property on Stayz or Airbnb that has overlooked the first thing potential clients see.. their photos! For less than $200 property owners could be increasing their occupancy rate! In most cases that’s less than a one night booking!
This is the first house reconstructed in Wye River after the catastrophic Christmas bushfires of 2015. It features triple glazing, fire retardant timber substitute materials and thousands of litres of water stored at the ready. The guys who owned it have created the most beautiful Sanctuary, and showed me through in detail last visit- not here now, damn. The pattern in the chevron cladding is computer generated to ensure randomness (that is commitment to randomness). #wyeriver#holidayhouse#architecture#coastalhouse#foresthouse#bushhouse
The amazing beach of MONTEROSSO,Cinque Terre.
Our apartment in La Spezia is at 2 minutes walking distance from the embarkation of the ferry to Cinque Terre,so it's a perfect starting point to visit this gorgeous place.
