I woke up very carefree this morning, throughout the day I had quite a few hiccups that would normally derail my entire day, ruin my mood, and send me into my hiding hole for the night. 🌕However, my carefree spirits only stayed lifted as the day went on, knowing that what happens was meant to happen, and if it's out of my control, there's a reason for it. ✨Manifesting a new relationship with my mind, body, and spirit is something I will never let fall last on my list of priorities, I have never felt so at ease with myself. I have made some serious changes regarding my health, habits, and home. The only way out is up my friends. 🌿 Side note: The Wheels of Life is a fascinating read. ✨🌻

Stir-fried Wholesome Quinoa
50g of Quinoa
Handful of Mushrooms
Handful of Edamame
Handful of Baby Carrot
Pepper & Salt
1. Wash and drain the quinoa
2. Put into water and boil for 10-15 minutes
3. Drain the water and put aside
4. Add a tablespoon of olive oil into a frying pan
5. Stir-fry the mushrooms, baby carrot and example
6. Toss in the cooked Quinoa and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes
7. Season with salt & pepper
