It is SO easy to make traditionally greasy, unhealthy food into a holistic powerhouse of a meal. Honestly, my pallet has changed to favor nutritional meals rather than the "bad" stuff I used to eat. How about you?

You don't need to be a chef to make a healthy breakfast 😋 I understand, we all get caught up in our busy schedules , but we're able to keep up with those schedules the more love we show to our bodies! Here's a few quick and simple ideas.. Hard boil some eggs the night before, cut up some fruit and put it in the fridge. The next morning, half your work is done!! Sub almond butter and high protein toast if you can't have eggs. 
You can do this with smoothies too! Make it the night before to grab and go in the am! The more you prep the less work it takes and the easier your life will be. 
This picture is of a high carb breakfast, you can sub half the fruit with some greens and eggs/meat for more protein ;) Oh! And don't forget the avocado! My favorite healthy fat!🥑🍓🍌🍳🍞🥗

I love eating outside in the sun!! It's so peaceful. Sometimes it gets hard to eat mindfully when there's a lot going on. I instantly bloat up if I eat when I'm stressed out. It makes a huge difference to do some meditation, say a prayer, and eat mindfully with intention and good energy! Where do you feel most at peace?! 😊🥝🍈🌞

I've been experimenting with mousse's lately! Nut butters, fruits, chocolate, superfoods 🥜🍓🌰🍫 There's so many possibilities and most of which are healthy! Sometimes I feel like I need a little more fat (with my raw diet) so this is a perfect treat. It's got a lot of healthy fats, while being free of sugar, grains, and crap. These are strawberry, chocolate, & @barneybutter almondbutter mousse cups. The bottom is a crumble crust made from @simplemills cinnamon cookies and @nutiva raw unrefined coconut oil 🍪 .

We’ve all been there – we have a fun event coming up, and we’re DESPERATE to feel and look better, FAST!

Been balling so hard dis evening making these protein balls!! Each one contains about 6 grams of protein. 2 or 3 of these make perfect pre/post workout fuel! I put them in the freezer after making to help hold them together, but I tasted the remains in the bowl and it was BOMB👏🏻👌🏻 TRY IT!! -2 cups oats
-3/4 cup almond butter
-1/4 cup honey
-2 tbs chia seeds
-3 tbs coconut chips
-1/4 cup almond milk
-3/4 cup hemp protein -some dashes of cinnamon -2 tbs coconut oil

As you can see these things are LOADED with nutrients. The recipe above makes about 20 balls, however, it varies depending on size. After putting all the ingredients in a bowl mix them together with a spoon, then lastly form balls with your hands. ENJOY!!

Had a REALLY good week, last week; feeling better about my reverse dieting, trying to feel more comfortable with myself as the scale is going up, and staying consistent. I would have to say...this is as hard as being at a deficit. I personally did not want to reverse diet during the summer...some days are harder to except but last week was good. Here's to another week! .

It is sambar with sweet potatoes, peas, tomatoes and tempeh! It is seasoned with coriander, asofoetida, peppercorns, curry leaf, turmeric, balsamic and a little pink Himalayan salt. On top is a delicious coconut, cilantro & basil chutney with some vitamineral green powder mixed in for some extra potency ☝🏽️ One day I will get an official website with recipes but I am going slow and building the foundation for some future offerings. ☀️️
