I've been revising for my final nutrition exam today so I made myself a delicious tropical smoothie to keep me going 💚 Ingredients; banana, pineapple, mango, coconut, spinach, flaxseeds & almond milk. It's taking me back to all the tropical fruit I had in India 🌿🌸🙏🏼💚

5 Tbsp grape seed oil (or avocado oil)
M e t h o d :
Peel the burro bananas and slice 1/4 inch thick, heat a pan w/grapeseed oil and fry both sides evenly. Remove to cool down. Himalayan Salt to taste

Good morning 😘 I'm trying a new yoghurt today which I found in @planetorganic and I'm super excited about it 💛 It's a cashew based yoghurt and it's completely natural and so delicious 🙏🏼 I've topped it with @primroseskitchen cacao & courgette granola, blueberries, pecans & pumpkin seeds - such a delicious mix 🌿🙏🏼💛
