Lettuce wraps with chicken, mushrooms, water chestnuts, ginger, vinegar, aminos, garlic, carrots, and green onion. A powerhouse of ingredients! Served with vegetable chow mein, delish!
It is SO easy to make traditionally greasy, unhealthy food into a holistic powerhouse of a meal. Honestly, my pallet has changed to favor nutritional meals rather than the "bad" stuff I used to eat. How about you?

Thank God for clean restaurants that believe in quality ingredients!! I got a chicken egg scramble on the left with goat cheese and @bellebraton got a rice and chicken bowl on the right. 10/10 would recommend this Heaven to every soul in KC #kceats

Protein packed breakfast👏🏻 I put chia pudding in a bowl and topped it off with 2 protein balls, shredded coconut, pumpkin seeds, and granola then paired it with 2 pan fried (in coconut oil) eggs🔆🍳 now I'm bout to hit the gym- HAPPY TUESDAY!!
THE 3 STEPS I TOOK TO LOSE 3 POUNDS IN 5 DAYS

1. Am I happy and satisfied?
2. Am I living up to my full potential?
3. How about the environment I live in? How is the quality of my relationships? Do I surround myself with people I love and who love me, people who let me be true self ?
4. Am I nourishing myself with the right nutrition?
5. How about exercise? Am I taking good care of my body?
6. Do I still love my work? Have I found my calling?
7. Do I set my priorities right?
8. And how about pleasure – what brings joy to my life, what interests me.

Been balling so hard dis evening making these protein balls!! Each one contains about 6 grams of protein. 2 or 3 of these make perfect pre/post workout fuel! I put them in the freezer after making to help hold them together, but I tasted the remains in the bowl and it was BOMB👏🏻👌🏻 TRY IT!! -2 cups oats
-3/4 cup almond butter
-1/4 cup honey
-2 tbs chia seeds
-3 tbs coconut chips
-1/4 cup almond milk
-3/4 cup hemp protein -some dashes of cinnamon -2 tbs coconut oil
As you can see these things are LOADED with nutrients. The recipe above makes about 20 balls, however, it varies depending on size. After putting all the ingredients in a bowl mix them together with a spoon, then lastly form balls with your hands. ENJOY!!

A granola bowl will do for this gloomy and slow morning.
Make sure when buying granola you check the ingredients and sugar content per serving!!! I chose @laderafoods granola from @sprouts this week, because of its simple ingredients and only 4 grams of sugar per serving (THATS UNHEARD OF FOR GRANOLA👏🏻👏🏻).
•Helado hecho en casa ! Jugo de goyi berry, agua de pipa, coco y aceite de coco, hierbabuena y arándanos. Blueberries, banano y papaya congelada. Licúe todo junto y decore con semillas de chia y hierbabuena.🌱
🌸Homemade ice cream! Goyi berry juice, pipe water, coconut and coconut oil, peppermint and blueberries. Blueberries, bananas and frozen papaya. Blend all together and decorate with chia seeds and peppermint.•
