PALEO PUMPKIN PIE🎃 😱 Even though Halloween hasn’t come yet, I am hardcore prepping for Thanksgiving. The filling was so creamy and sweet, while the crust had the perfect crunch and savor. I used @bakeritablog pie recipe with a few modifications (found it on Pinterest). There is no difference in taste in this pie from a classic pumpkin pie, however, there is a HUGE difference in ingredients and nutrition. Limited/clean ingredients is ALWAYS the way to go!

Happy Friday ❤️ I have arrived in Dubai and had my first day of chilling in the sun. Also, we discovered this little restaurant in the sister hotel of my hotel (the @westindubai 🌺). It was perfect for our afternoon snacking as we shared a Mezze Plate with cucumber, carrots, olives and some different flavour dips which were super tasty - plus I had a tropical smoothie with mango, pineapple, ginger & coconut water 🌴I love finding little places like this on holiday! Healthy restaurants/cafes are popping up everywhere now...while they are also being more aware of food allergies/intolerances which is amazing!! 😊🌺🌴☀️❤️
When it is the quintessential fall day you either A) go outside for a run or something active or B) Hold up and basically make thanksgiving dinner. I chose the latter. Wild rice with apples and Kale + Butter roasted acorn squash with pomegranate seeds
Sometimes the simplest meals pack the most punch 👊🏻 Every time I make soup I always remember how cozy and warming it is, and how good it can be for you! Soup is super easy on the digestive system. This one has chickpeas for fibre and protein, and lots of veggies to boot! It’s a super easy way of getting in some essential nutrients into the body (especially for when you’re feeling lazy 😉). You can make a big batch and save the rest for later which saves time and money!

Topped with chili flakes and sesame seeds. Light and delicious 😋🤤
Coconut Porridge 💗 As it's a little too dark in these early mornings now for my breakfast pics sometimes...I've got a nice bright photo of my breakfast yesterday morning which I ate a bit later 🙏🏼 A delicious coconut porridge bowl - topped with blueberries, raspberries, pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs and raw manuka honey. A simple and classic favourite of mine 💗💗💗
