I'm forever thankful to wonderful food lovers who kindly bring me food for no reason other than them being generous. The awesome @annjoying helped bring me two huge bags of Irvins salted egg chips and fish skin and it's made me so happy. The fish skin as I've said in the past is simply amazing and ridiculously addictive. If you ever get the chance to try some, do it. So yum. #weirdchiptasting
So I made matcha cake again. I am still tweaking the recipe. I halved the coconut sugar amount and used coconut milk instead of soy milk. Substituting coconut milk made the cake a little too moist. May be I can add more joshinko and baking soda? Defo needs another test baking next time. But it's still pretty good so it's our tea time goody. (If my neighbour doesn't mind as usual, I will probably share half with her). Because I halved the sugar in the cake, there is a thin layer of sugar icing :) It's a cheat for someone who is trying to cut sugar but!!!! And of course there are the pretty pine nuts and dried cranberries.
맛차 케잌. 여자 아이 어머님이신 분들은 두유를 아가에게 많이 주시지 말라고 의사 선생님이 그러셨어요. 두유는 호르몬 배런스를 안좋게 하기 때문이래요. 그래서 두유 대신에 코코넛 밀크로 해봤는데 아직 좀더 레시피를 브러시 업 해야겠네요. 그래도 먹을만 해요 :)

Tumis Sardines Daun Kemangi
1 kaleng sardines
2 siung bawang putih iris
2 siung bawang merah iris
10 buah cabe rawit merah belah dua
1 bush tomat iris
20 lembar daun kemangi
1/2 sdt gula
1. Tumis duo bawang dan rawit sampai harum.
2. Masukan sardines, gula dan garam. Koreksi rasa.masak sampai meletup.
3. Masukan tomat. Aduk rata.
4. Menjelang diangkat beri daun kemangi 👍
