I'm always saying how motivated I get when I check in with my team and today is no different. I love waking up to the posts about their morning workouts and how awesome they're feeling. Bonus, today, I got to see firsthand how one of my fine chicas is progressing and Dude, she is progressing!
I went for brunch with my longtime friend, Kim, who happens to be in my challenge group, and we chatted about numerous things, including our current programs. She sat there across from me in her tank top, absolutely rocking some sculpted shoulders and defined arms and I have to admit, not only was I insanely proud of her results, but seeing her arms made me super stoked to do my own upper body workout! Can we say #goals ?! So thanks to Kim for giving me fuel for my sweat session today! Much love, Lady! 😘

Hi #fitfam , nach etwas längerer Zeit Pause, hab ich es endlich Mal wieder geschafft mein Programm durchziehen.
Um wieder rein zukommen ging es heute mit einem 3km Lauf im cani-cross Geschirr los. Vom hinken war auch nix mehr zu sehen beim Aki, allerdings muss er sich wohl erstmal daran gewöhnen vor mir zu laufen. Bisher ist er ja bis immer nur frei oder wenn dann mit kurzer Führleine mit gelaufen und da lief es meiner Meinung nach besser. Der hat so gar keine Lust vor mir zu laufen oder neben mir und Plötzlich ist auch jeder Busch interessant haupsache Herrchen wird langsamer. Aber ich bin guter Dinge,dass das besser wird. Die Zeit ist auf jedenfall Ausbau fähig. Mal sehen wer morgen mit Aki laufen geht und ob ich dann solo unterwegs bin und dann ggfls. eine bessere Zeit hinbekomme.
Danach hab ich dann ein 10 min. Einheit Bodyweight Bandtraining zur Stärkung des Rückens und eine 15 min Einheit Yoga zu Verbesserung meiner Beweglichkeit drangehängt. Zum krönenden Abschluss gab es dann noch 10 min faszien Training.
Alles in allem ein erfolgreicher Trainingstag. Hoffe das sehr ich morgen früh noch genau so 😂. Dann geht's morgen gleich weiter.

I remember feeling SO SO SO crummy this spring and although I was smiling, inside I was not. I feel like a different women now. .
My wish is that if you are feeling crummy, please take action and know that no one is perfect. We all have a story. But I want you to feel like a kick-ass lady 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻

I admit I slack off, I currently am eating crap but you know what, I'm actually enjoying not training as much as I used to at the moment, for me training is everything and it can consume me to the point where I can let it affect me mentally the days I don't train or I have to miss a workout - and it ruined my day. I've now learnt to train to enjoy it, to see the progress because nothing happens overnight and I know that myself, but heck why stress myself out over if it I can't make it to the gym one day? These resistance bands are amazing for leg day especially when you wanna train but don't feel motivated - I have 0 excuses and a decent workout without feeling stupidly sore the next day either. And when you still have a decent condition, I suppose I can learn to embrace it but actually get some decent curves back on me now too 👌

Had about 20” this morning to get a workout done before Nash’s game... so we did this 👇🏽 try it out if you’re short on time but still want a good sesh! Keep moving & try to complete it in as little time as possible. .

Why am I so stinking excited today?! Just found out my team ranked one of top 3,000 teams. Say what?! I am jumping for joy like seriously!! .
I knew I had a passion for this and I really wanted to go all in but those numbers are so surreal. This has helped our family have an extra income for miscellaneous things that are just not in the budget, but eventually I want to be able to pay for vacations, to pay for my kids activities, to be able to buy them sweet presents and not even think twice, to be able to take short getaways and have the cash to do it. .
Christmas is just around the corner. Have you thought about buying presents or all of the parties/ activities you will have to bring food/presents to? .
How much would a couple $100 or $500 help through the holidays so you don’t have to take on that part time job through the holidays?! I know i sure look forward to not having to babysit in my spare time and working from home and helping women meet their personal health and fitness goals while making money. What?! i can’t tell you how excited today made me. yes, i am sick (and still on the couch 🙈) but someday my sick day will look like it did today:

Meal prepping done for the week! Veggies, rice and chicken topped with sesame seeds for lunches and a side of hummus and baby peppers. Hard boiled eggs and fruit for snack. Breakfast as always is Shakeology, fruit and a ton of spinach!
