But I feel great and can see some difference in my body already, its been 3 weeks since I turned vegetarian 🌿 and 2 weeks since Intermittent fasting, and I feel right, being a vegetarian feel right to me, and doing Intermittent fasting feel right and it works for me, it give me more time to not worry about making myself breakfast while trying to get kids ready for school! I can see my waist getting tightened, and belly gone down in size. I wear my jeggings more comfortably than few weeks ago. As I was selfie-ing (New word, go with it) my baby growing biceps... SOMEONE WALKED IN AND TOTALLY CAUGHT ME IN THE ACT... first time that has ever happened... I was embarrassed to say the least... but the worst part was I got all flustered and tried to get back to work and I tripped over the freaking bosu... He laughed... I turned bright red... It was a great time... 🙄 My princess grace level is at an all time tonight... #mondaymotivation

It's not everyday I wear all black, just most days 😂. Black lulus go with everything am I right? When I shop, I always find myself gravitating towards everything black. Why is that? lol.
I hope everyone's Monday went good! Everyday is Monday in mom life😜. And I wouldn't choose any other life than the one I am getting to live right now💗.
Have you set any mini goals for yourself this week? And how did you do last week? I can't believe Christmas is literally right around the corner lol. Which means more time spent on shopping/family/parties and dun dun dunnn food ya'll. I really don't want to be apart of the stigma and put on weight like sooooo many Americans do! And neither do you! We don't want to gain weight that we will then have to lose, again. You know how fast time flies and pretty soon we will be in bikinis, shorts etc! And! Loosing weight is/seems so much harder than it is to gain lol. That always blows. So, planning ahead is a great start. Eat before you go to a party. Pick one thing you absolutely love... remember food will always be there! Also, alcohol is horrible when trying to lose weight or even maintain. Steer clear (and not as in clear alcohol) haha... don't drink, it will make you feel like a turd and you'll likely eat greasy a$$ food the next day and mess with all those gains you're trying to make! Another tip, let's not miss workouts!! We do what we make a priority! Working out and using our bodies the way we are built too, not only makes us feel instantly better but breeds great habits!.

Workout done I really need to stop procrastinating when my alarm goes off in the morning as I spend like 10 minutes just laying there then have to rush to get ready to have enough time to do my workout.
