-▫️Beginner: 4x20 reps per exercise 🔹Intermediate: 4x40
🔻Advanced: 4x60 .

I'm not currently following a program so I pulled out an old HIIT routine last night. Ive forgotten how much I love HIIT!
While looking at the video though, I went back and forth about including the mountain climbers in this video. You can see that my shirt raises and there in all its glory is my stomach hanging down, which just so happens to be the part of my body that I'm most self conscious about. But I have never claimed to be perfect. I am perfectly flawed. That belly is nearly 41 years old and has carried 3 babies. So no, it's not flat and it has stretch marks. Instead of hiding it though I wanted to embrace it and let you all know that you don't have to have a perfect body to be strong, you don't have to have a flat stomach to be in shape or to be healthy. I may never have a flat stomach or a six pack, and I'm learning to be okay with that, not that I won't work hard or strive for my core to be as strong as I can make it. I'm just going to accept and love my body where it's at every stage off this whole journey. After all it's gotten me this far.
Struggling to find motivation to work out on this rainy day and then I remember that Patrick is running 11 miles today (xcountry) so I think I can make myself muscle through 30 minutes. 😂😂 Also just a general life update, haven't cried about him going to high school in over a week. #progress#mysocksnevermatch
Changing yourself is hard but it is worth it! When I decided to start on my health and fitness journey, it was hard to find my rythmn and routine. As time progressed, it got a little easier because I am learning new things about me, but it would get choatic especially when I start a new fitness program. Currently, I am in the middle of it, and every day isn't perfect. Yet, I am going strong and giving my journey my best. 😀💓

I managed to finally wake up to my alarm for the first time this week🙄 so I got my run and workout in early enough to get to work on time! Woo! .
Time to get through my last day of work then I'm heading to a great weekend cleaning boyfriend's apartment (completely voluntarily)😂😂💃🏼

I am always showing my strength training videos💪, but twice a week I do HITT (high intensity interval training) or a CrossFit metcon💦. Check the video for more details ⬆️⬆️⬆️. After doing GHD sit ups... I know why so many women wear those high waisted leggings 🙈. .
Ways to modify- ✔️box jumps to box step ups ✔️Dumbell snatch to kettle bell swing ✔️wallballs to air squats ✔️GHD sit ups to regular sit ups on the ground 👌👌

A comfortably confused moment...
Leaving my community this morning I noticed some of the staff standing by the security exit stopping people and I'm like oh noooo what happened. As I got closer I noticed they were passing out stuff.. I roll down my window and they hand me a goody bag with apples and water and a teabag and Idk what else because I haven't opened it yet but HOW COOL!
💥💥💥Plyometric combo for you this FRIYAY!! 💥💥💥 Start with a diamond jump into a burpee. 😂 Love/hate these! Bend through your knees to give you that explosive power and bring your feet up to your booty at the top of your diamond jump. Make sure to hit a flat plank in your burpee! To modify, go into a deep plie and then burpee step out. Go for 30 sec!
Then, hit the floor with an angled lunge and come up with a power knee, single leg hop. To modify, take out the hop. Do each side for 30 sec for a total of 1 min.

Just did an at home workout with @hasfit_official; 25min kettle bell workout; felt soooo good. Going to do another one later today because why not!? Day off today so I am taking my little one to play group; lunch with my Dad and then the movies later with my hubby.
