Nothing like this fall air to canter out in the fields. There is something about autumn rides that always feel nourishing and inspiring. I think the horses sense that too because I see some big changes in the horses this time of year, more quiet and relaxed. Happy rides to everyone!

So I’ve been meaning to post these for awhile but here are my lake videos and pictures and my show videos. I thought the photographer was gonna take pics of the hunter ring but he didn’t so I don’t have anything high quality rip. Also just because I don’t remember if I deleted the post or not but Spirit isn’t my horse. I’m training and riding him for fun because I have lowkey fallen in love with him. Next show season (may ish) I will be on my barns circuit so more shows and stuff. I also might have a trailer by then! There’s a show coming up and I’m debating if I should use Lilly. I love her so much but she’s getting tired. She loves the 18” stuff but I’m far to advanced to still be doing that. Idek. I’ve also been riding another mare (no pics because she’s my trainers) and I kinda want to show her this year??? Also I had a major fall the other day. It really shook me up. Basically I was going towards a 2’3 jump on said mare and she took a big spot even though I asked her to wait. Her legs ended up tripping from under her on the landing and she flipped over. She came very very close to rolling ontop of me. The only reason she didn’t was because I got up immediately after and distanced myself. I know I shouldn’t have gotten up but it was either get rolled on or risk getting the air fully knocked out of me and at that moment I was ok with it😂 I was terrified though. I couldn’t breath at all. I thought I broke a rib. A girl at my barn came to check on me. Thankfully a bunch of people were around. Anyways moral of the story don’t ride alone and no matter the size of the jump things can still go very wrong very quickly. Have a good day! And go follow my sponsors!! Comment when done for a spam!
