“I should never be left alone with my mind for too long.”
I collapsed during our morning group today. I felt very bad afterwards because everyone was looking at me when I regained consciousness. Psychotherapy was just exhausting and I started to dissociate after ah few minutes. I should have stayed in my bed. My psychiatrist said he wants to put me on parenteral nutrition next week if I can‘t manage to eat more than the last couple of days. He‘s also thinking about a PEG tube again.. but I really want to avoid both. I‘m feeling so alone and lost; I don‘t want to relapse again.
