A topic that many forget about. It seems to always be about the #grind . Constant progress, work, success, trying to accomplish everything at a million miles per hour, it’s exhausting, and I am definitely guilty of this. I used to think I needed to always being working on something, for something or on myself whether it be physically or educationally. This definitely isn’t a bad thing, it’s great to have a strong work ethic and want to develop yourself and build a life you’re proud of, but you can easily take it too far and actually burn out in the process. I’ve found REST to actually make the work I do more productive, successful and better quality. Not only through business but taking rest days in the gym is so good for your body, allowing your body to recharge and come back feeling better and stronger.
Don’t forget to take time out for you, and for those around you. You’ll get the life you want by working hard, there’s no doubt about it, but don’t forget to live it in the process.
Shoutout to the bro back from NYC for the pick, he’s got the angles 👌🏼@quidamabo
