Slow but definite progress. Those of you who know me know that my legs have been my greatest weakness due to injuries. I’m finally at the point of being able to push more weight and run further before pain starts becoming an issue. I must say I am proud of the progress. Can’t really see it here but my baby calves are finally starting to poke out and take shape. My Hamstrings have significantly toned up and so have my quads 💪🏾! Not bad, fruit punch taste is what you would expect (nothing great) gives you a boost but don't take it past 7pm (it will keep you up) does it help out? 1-10 I give it a 6. Only because after a few times of taking it my body got use to it.
