The hips are the driving force of athletic movement. Hip flexion is the loading phase before extension. The more range that the hips have to load, the more power they can produce. Hip flexion is also needed for recovering from extension. A jump for example uses hip flexion to load the hips, hip extension to extend them, and flexion again to recover from the jump. These muscles are all used as stabilizers as well. #halesportsperformance#hsp#health#wellness#fitness#sports#workout#mobility
Today, Monday, December 18th is known to be one of the most stressful days, according to a study by @groupon. 😳⠀
For women, this time of year can bring about lots of stress and anxiety. ⠀
We are racing against the clock to get everything done. We are trying to find magic and peace, but it doesn't come that easily. We have families, friends, co-workers, and employees to take care of. We barely have time to take care of ourselves, but then feel drained and emotional... ⠀

To let go of your emotions calmly recite the following mantra inside yourself; I'm letting go of my emotions. You can always make the mantra more specific like; I'm letting go off my fear of failure. Don't ever apply the mantra on somebody else as; I'm letting go that my neighbour is a horrible person. A mantra like that is never going to have a benefit to you instead make it about yourself; I'm letting go of the anger I feel towards my neighbour. If you have any questions about this please reach out ☺

Why artlang/ idioglossia?
Years ago I had a key situation:
We sat together (my boyfriend and my spiritual mother) and he said "I don't understand her..." and she answered "...Just look at her. She is like an open book."
Then he said "But then, unfortunately, in a completely unknown language." Of course, I wasn't really talkative at that time, but I never felt confident that a sequence of words are the key, neither, that you are able to explain every single detail about yourself or your past for a better connection to one's soul.
I always was used to see and feel things rather than listening to the words and to listen to the sound rather than understanding the sentence.
Vibes are the key, sounds, feelings; the tone of voice is.
Being not talkative made me think about other possibilities to express things.
Listening to music in artlang, idioglossia and songs in gibberish for long, like Lisa Gerrard, Dead Can Dance, Sigur Rós or even single songs, for examle the Theme for "Coraline". And for a while I liked it to listen to music in languages I couldn't speak, to place a stronger focus on timbre and sounds.
For myself I just want to create something that is pure and unlimited, because the definition of every term is it's history.
