The woman next to me on the 10-hour plane ride home brought out a sketching pad and box of graphite pencils and proceeded to sketch this. Me: "Excuse me. I am a physical therapist and that is a stunning drawing of the human body. Do you mind if I take a picture and post on Instagram?" Her: "Sure". Me: "Are you an artist?" Her: "No. I manage a bar in North Las Vegas." Me: "Where did you learn to draw like that?" Her: "I have just been doing it my whole life." Me: "So have I, but I can't draw like that!" #stunning#humanbody#humansketch#muscles#airplaneart
Human body is amazing.
Name your favourite body part.
A study performed in the Netherlands and published on ScienceDaily.com revealed that human saliva also may greatly affect how quickly wounds of the mouth heal.
The #humanbody with some #westernmedicine amaze me. In just a few days, I can see how my body is healing itself. Not pretty but kinda neat ... remember your skin is your best protecting, largest organ of all !!! Be kind to it, I haven't been ... with many regrets !!! ( my skin could never have beat my possessed weed whacker, however )
What is your technique for anatomy studies? •
For me I find a good "simple" shot of multiple (part of anatomy ive chosen to study) then once i get confident with their technique I move on to real photos. Either my confidence goes sky high or down in the ground😂
I wanted to say hello and thank you to all of my new followers. I have received quite a few messages asking which pieces are available, so here they are. I sell my work privately so DM or email for details. I do take commissions for anyone who has asked. I am humbled and thankful for all the likes, comments, tags and shares ✍🏻❤️✌🏻️
HONEY AND SOY CHICKEN PIECE PLATTER:
I Absolutely love experimenting with different flavours, so today I decided to add a hint of sweetness to this recipe. It was Tender, Sweet, Spicy and LIP SMACKING! The Pickled/Salted Onions took this platter to a whole new level. Serve with Hot Buttery Naan or Zeera Flavoured Rice. Swipe right for the recipe!
Biyi Wang （Brigitte） My work draws upon my interest in the Calabash, a bottle-shaped Chinese fruit. The perfect rounded symmetry of this plant inspired me to focus on the relationship between the inside and outside. I believe that these connections can be represented in the form of the human body.Exploring these ideas, I create jewellery pieces that combine and draw from the qualities of natural elements, such as plants, or wood, with artificial or man-made materials such as metal or plastic.(Cutlery just like a link point, connect our inside and outside through our mouth.) #jewellery#fruit#Calabach#humanbody#natural#wood#plastic
