#HumpDayVibes 🍑😉 I know I preach #selflove & I 💯 am all for it, but truth is I grew up HATING my ass, legs, and that annoying cellulite 🙄Am I right? It seemed like NO MATTER how hard I worked, how clean I ate ...I could never get rid of it and trust me, I tried for over 10 Years!! NOTHING ever worked which was frustrating AF. I was so ashamed and did my best to hide my backside as much as I could!
You know what finally changed this year?? For ONCE I started to want to better and improve my body because I LOVED my bod. I started to embrace and accept my body and I started to treat it with LOVE, patience and kindness. My workouts and meals came from a place of love vs hate & shame. Game changer when your mindset is in the right place, your whole life will start to change.
What else helped? In May I was chosen to be in a Test group for an at home workout program that focused on SHIFTING, sculpting, toning and CHALLENGING my body like no other program had ever done! I was following a meal plan that told me exactly what to eat to PROPERLY fuel my body. I never had to think (((yay lol)) it was all laid out for me. I was told what workout to do and what to eat everyday. I also had my Superfoods dense nutrition shake everyday I did that for over 6 months as well as workout on my MINDSET & selfLove skills & that for me was life changing!
Your body will change babes, but it will change quicker when you first change your mindset and if your treating yourself with love & kindness while working hard to become a stronger, healthier & happier version of YOURSELF!

When you think about QUITTING, think about WHY you STARTED! With the year coming to an end it can be easy to lose track of your goals and feel unmotivated to get to the gym! Everybody has a reason why they started their health and fitness journey! Maybe you started to lose weight, gain weight, to find a outlet for stress and anxiety, or just to find your own self-confidence!
I personally started my fitness journey to lose weight. As I progressed through my fitness journey I came across bodybuilding and through this I was able to find and rebuild my self-esteem, confidence, and learn to love my body‼️What motivates me to get up at 4am and put in the work is my desire to be BETTER than I was YESTERDAY! To me there is no greater feeling than pushing my self in the gym!!
The next time you walk into the gym or are in need of some motivation, think about it...WHY did you start your fitness journey or why are you going to start your fitness journey? Going back to the roots of why you started in the first place is very motivating and can give you the extra push to achieve greater results!

Long, long day came 🏡 to this 🙌🏼 hubs won major points w/this meal of @sietefoods cassava tortilla filled w/roasted veggies, 🥑 cilantro 🌶 & jackfruit! (I bought a few flavors from @wholefoods so we are using it on the reg. Packed a bowl w/arugula, 🍅, onion, sprouted quinoa & topped w hot sauce🙌🏼
Having some premodern healthy options when short on time is a lifesaver & gives you all the nutrients and energy to keep ya going & avoid all the colds going around!!
