Genes play a much smaller role in chronic diseases than we're meant to believe. They played a role in Dr. Stancic developing Multiple Sclerosis, but changing her environment after the diagnosis caused it to go into remission. One can look at the literature and find tons of #evidence that a plant-based lifestyle is THE healthiest. But then again, there's evidence that #ketogenic diets also have positive effects. Look even wider, bigger picture. The longest lived populations on the plant, the #bluezones , eat a plant based diet. And second, this is the food that we evolved eating; not #butter on #steak , or bacon or coconut oil. Think about it. Go for nutrient density, go for #phytochemicals and go for #plants .
Would you call me crazy if I told you late stage heart disease was reversible? And that genetics plays a small role in your health?
It's not crazy, it's science, it's evidence and it's the RULE, not the exception when you change your diet and lifestyle. This truth, unfortunately, HAS been suppressed and I, for one, want to make people aware of it.
