Goodness. It's so easy to forget how you look 42 pounds heavier without visual proof like this. I still can't believe how much I had let myself go, I'm so so happy today with the progress. I'm addicted to the results and I wouldn't trade it for the world.
After going out for date night and hanging out with some friends guess how much I wanted to come home and workout. If you guessed 0.00%, you would still be guessing high. BUT today is day 20 of my 21-day program. I've come too far to quit now. And today was my last hard workout since tomorrow is just stretching. So quitting isn't an option.
So even though I didn't want to do it I did. And I got the ab workout in too.
I feel like AMAZING!!!!!! I'll be posting my results tomorrow because it's officially the last day but I can tell how far I've come both mentally and physically. There's been an incredible shift in me, and I love it!
But I can't stop now. And I need your help to keep me pushing myself. I have an incredible group starting on Monday that will be supporting each other to grow stronger and be more than we ever thought we could be.

Struggled with my nutrition this week, treats galore and excuses aplenty when it came to my food. Nutrition has always been where I've fallen down before (have i mentioned how I have failed at slimming world TWICE...yeah😅) ..
BUT I killed my workouts I felt genuinely strong and in control so I could push myself harder. Here's to week 2 and really bringing it nutritionally! The food plan they have given us for this challenge is so straight forward, all I need to do is get my mindset right and prepare for positive results again ☺🌺
A tough day full of many emotions. That was today.
I have cried, felt anxious, helpless, guilty, and powerless today. I've been an emotional mess. And tonight I'm pressing play on my workout, so I can release some of that. Besides praying and giving all my problems to God, I know HE is in control of everything, this is going to help deal with some of my emotional and mental battles.

Well regardless, since I worked last night, and I have a program to follow, I gotta get it done... Even if it's not my preferred early morning time .
Funny I get that question often on how do I do it? With 2 kids (or 3 😉), night shifts (mind you I'm a .7), coaching all my online groups, and all the mom/wife duties, etc.
Let me get this straight.
First off, I ain't perfect by any means. My house can be a mess majority of the time (almost always laundry on the couch, dirty dishes in the sink, to name a couple). The kids don't eat healthy alot cuz I'm lucky if they eat anything, being picky as hell. So they get what they get! Weekends I'm guilty for eating horrible because I don't feel like cooking, and I want anything from sweet, salty, lots of fat and calories, and made by someone else lol. Workout wise...I'm ON IT. Because I enjoy it and it's become, over time, part of my life. I couldn't imagine NOT doing it. I make the time for it, even if it means getting up early (yes 5am!), or using that 30-45 minutes between getting up from a 4-5 hour nap after work, getting the kids from school, before Noah's karate class, and having to show up to his class stank! 😂
You do what you gotta do! Like going to work, you go cuz you have to. You take your kids to school, cuz you have to. You take a shower cuz you have to! They're priorities.
And your freaking health, should be too. No matter what you gotta do to make it happen, make it happen! Otherwise, if you don't it'll bite you in the butt in a matter of time. Just like if you don't go to work, you won't make money, you get fired. You don't take the kids to school, they'll flunk. You don't take a shower, people around you will suffer lol.
I'm just sayin', as much as you may not want to or feel like it...do it anyways. If I can, you can.

Ladies, just a few days ago, I said that you achieve what you set your mind to achieve! And for this NEW CHALLENGE my MIND was set to achieve less inflammation & bloating & weight, and BAM BAM, it is happening!!!!
You see, it all starts in your HEAD! If you do not mentally make the decision to move to your next goal,then it will not happen ! A trillion things will BE your "excuse":

Let me ask you this, do you think my life is perfect and that I don't feel ya' pain & challenges? Heck YEA!
But, the difference is that when I DECIDE to do something, I do it, period! The challenges as a wife,mom, and professional do NOT ever GO away, but there are times that I let them RUN me over and other times like NOW that I DECIDE to RUN them over!

When I signed up to coach a little over a year ago, I thought to myself if I could just help a few people it would be great. Little did I know that it would turn into a second career. Helping 1-2 people turned into me wanting to as many people as I could live a healthier life.
Before I knew it, our little team grew into a team of many, and we are starting make our own training for newer coaches. The thought of doing my own training initially scared the shit out of me. I have a total feel or public speaking, and being in the spotlight in general. I break out in hives all over my chest and back when I am nervous, my voice gets all shaky, and I talk extra fast because I just want it to be over.
Coaching has helped me face a lot of my fears, including this one. To my surprise, I was able to shoot both my training videos today on the first try and I actually looked and sounded semi normal. Instead of thinking how nervous I was, I started thinking about how EXCITED I was to help other people build a second career based on a healthy lifestyle. Next thing I knew, BOOM it was done.
To anyone out there who has thought about starting a second career and doesn’t think they are good enough, you are WRONG. You need to look fear in the eyes and give it the middle finger 🖕🏻because you totally got this 🖤If I can do it, you can too...

I have to be very honest and say that I did not see salad without BUCKETS of bread as a meal before. It was just the healthy side I had with the fries and whatever protein it was served with that I ate to feel a little better about the unhealthy food I was eating with it...I LOVE veggies though so I don't know why I was so adverse to the idea that this is a meal and one that CAN fill me! Maybe I am the only person who thought like this? 😅
Since starting my workout program and following the meal plan I have to say this is a point of view that has definitely changed and once I stopped pshycing myself out salad slowly started to be a very filling and tasty meal that I've had for lunch now every day for the past 4 weeks AND this one right here courtesy of Shift Shop and my personal chef (🙈) @trevarr12 is DELISH! 😍 Real Talk though - nutrition is hard!!! I have tried lots of plans, pills, diets, slimming world (twice!) So if you have any questions about my current meal plan or what's worked for me shoot me a message anytime 🤗

I love that I have this freedom to nurture this body of mine. I love that I was given all of these tools that have helped me reach my goals. I love that all it takes is 35 minutes. "I just don't have time" is JUST an excuse! It is possible. I'm proof of that 😊
