Here it is, the tribe has spoken (in the poll I did in my story). A 2 second transformation of flexing to not flexing. For. Chicken nuggets to a pancake. And smiling in both because I am the same person in both pictures and have the same body in both pictures.
So here is a reality check for you all. When ever someone comments on one of my pictures "you have abs" I laugh, because SO DO YOU. And if you don't, please go get checked out by a doctor. We all have abs, and you can only see mine when I flex super hard and pose a certain way. The left picture is how I look .01% of the time aka how I look when I take a flexing ab selfie. The right picture is how I look 99.09% of the time, actually less than that because this was taken first thing in the morning !!!
So taken first thing in the morning, good lighting, posing, flexing... and these are the pictures we compare ourselves to. These are merely moments, milliseconds captured in time and they are so deciding to anyone who follows. I even look at my flexing pictures and compare myself to them thinking "I don't look like that" 😂 because I only look like that for a second of my day!! .
You are more than abs. You are more than flexing pictures. You are more than your body. I am the same person with the same body in both. My happiness doesn't change with the visibility of my abs even though I thought it did. Don't be fooled by the Instagram world and accounts. Not even mine. And I'll try to be even more real with you guys to keep reminding you these things. Don't always trust what you see and NEVER compare yourself to the Instagram world. Because reality is, the Instagram world is no where near realistic. So I hope this little bit of realness helps you see that. 🤗
Leg day 😻 hitting legs twice a week, 1 volume day and 1 strength day. I just recently started my lean bulk so at this point I'm just progressively adding weight week to week and getting a good response both in strength and size 💪 also had 5 guys about an hour and a half before training which helped me kill it today 💯
