Plié BB pause squats! This is a very difficult variation. Even the camera turned away from the pain 😅 okay this is huge. When pausing, DO NOT SIT ON YOUR CALVES! Keep the tension constant. Sitting at the bottoms releases tension from the muscle allowing it to rest. We don't want that. We want constant tension and constant work for constant growth. Bouncing/momentum gets you hurt so keep it slow and controlled. Ain't nobody making leg gains with torn glutes or blown knee. As y'all can see I'm still working on my form too so I'm keeping the weight light and the reps high. Yeah, that's just one plate, but I hit all my reps and I got better by god. That's what this is all about.
