It's HuMp DaY!  After a mid week break Im "baaack" 😂 And apparently all arms 💪🏾💪🏾 Definitely feeling a lot better so took to day 2 of back, hammies and a little core work.  Loving my new resistance bands that I got on Amazon.  It makes a real difference having ones with a lot more resistance and then have the ability to stack them together! This mock cookie butter protein spread tasted like if peanut butter and cookie butter had a baby. It was not overly sweet, and I could still taste the SLIGHT peanut flavor under the cookie butter taste. Overall, it’s thick and creamy with consistency similar to peanut butter. I love mixing half a serving of this to make protein frosting, or using half a serving as a spread on toast. PRO TIP: Keep in the fridge so that you don’t have to stir it every time.

So for this week anyway we are done and dusted with lunches done till the weekend, tomorrow and Friday breakfast and work snacks and as per dinner will be an easy one on both days as I'm always pooped after a day in the salon 💇‍♀️ Now for a quick cuppa and then it's down to get some work on the Laptop 🤓

Não se iludam com a felicidade instantânea e permanente que o instagram vende. O fato de administrar esse perfil não me faz perfeito, 100% saudável, tolerante a todas as dificuldades  da vida etc. Somos todos iguais, todos nós somos falhos, e todos nós também temos os nossos momentos de fraquezas e adversidades.

✅Because, as long as you get right back on track with your diet rather than letting a few hundred unintentional calories turn into thousands, or a bad meal turn into a bad day, or a bad day turn into a bad week... NOTHING BAD WILL ACTUALLY HAPPEN AT ALL.

Don't believe me? I'll prove it.

✅You'd have to eat (*approximately*) 3500 calories MORE than your maintenance level in order to gain 1 pound of body fat.

👉🏻So, let's pretend your maintenance level is 2000 calories. You'd have to eat 5500 calories in a single day (something many people couldn't do even if they tried) to even gain 1 teeny-tiny pound of actual fat, let alone the "tons of fat" most people think they gain when eating what is often just a few hundred calories more than they were supposed to.

⭐️Which is why the next time you "mess up" and unintentionally overeat, stop yourself in that moment and realize that A) no significant damage has occurred (likely none whatsoever), and B) as long as you get right back on track with your diet instead of letting the above scenario of illogical thoughts play out, you'll probably still end up LOSING FAT this week.

You'd have to eat 5500 calories in a single day (something many people couldn't do even if they tried) to even gain 1 teeny-tiny pound of actual fat, let alone the "tons of fat" most people think they gain when eating what is often just a few hundred calories more than they were supposed to. - ⭐️Which is why the next time you "mess up" and unintentionally overeat, stop yourself in that moment and realize that A) no significant damage has occurred (likely none whatsoever), and B) as long as you get right back on track with your diet instead of letting the above scenario of illogical thoughts play out, you'll probably still end up LOSING FAT this week. -

Sugar has gotten a very bad rap in the last few years.

"Experts" say it's making us fat, giving us diabetes, cancer, heart disease and just generally wrecks our health...

The truth is that sugar won't make you fat. Nor will it kill you.

Sugar, like all other foods in this earth can be harmful, but the poison is in the dose.

Like sat fats was ten years ago, sugar is now to blame for the obesity epidemic worldwide.

As you know by now if you've been reading these posts, two things are to blame for this health epidemic - too much food, and too little activity.

While we COULD eat less sugar, it isn't the devil it's made out to be.

Staying active and at a healthier weight is the best preventative medicine there is.

So, just get moving and have some more fruit & veg in your diet.

The bar is actually quite small weighing in at 55g and could literally be eaten in about two bits. Upon biting into the bar I didn’t really get the signature milkyway taste I would expect, the bar is extremely chewy and reminded me of a maximuscle bar (not a good thing). The taste did not resemble a milkyway and felt like I was eating their mars bar range just repackaged.

Overall this is a nice bar but is overhyped big time. I’m not a fan of bars that take about half a year to chew and swallow either. I give this 5/10.

Narrow grip I can do easily unassisted, but wide is a challenge... shouldn't beat myself up, I barely practice and 4 months ago I couldn't do 3 narrow with a band 😂 ... excuse the weird angle, I get embarrassed recording at the gym and have to hide my phone 🙄

If you've been following me for a while you know i usually count calories and that works fine BUT i noticed that the carbs are exceeding 50% (which is the recommended % for healthy people) and I'm not getting enough of protein and fat. So by counting my macros I'd be getting the right amount of each while also hitting the right number of calories🙌! win win!
So for breakfast🏃 i had a smoothie bowl made of:
-2 ripe frozen bananas.
-1/2 a cup of cooked then frozen califlour.
-2 tbsps of unsweetened cocoa powder.
-1 tbsp of honey.
-100ml of water.
And topped it with:
-2 figs.
-1/4 a cup of oats.
-1 tbsp peanut butter.
This bowl has:
-12g of fat.
-11g of protein -96g of carbohydrates.
And worth 537 Calories.

After a full day at the waterpark and pretty much not eating for 10 hours, this was very welcome last night (and the first time I've been hungry all holiday- I always over eat when it's all inclusive 🤔). Trying to eat healthy is hard when there's so much on offer including pizza, chips, cake etc. But I'm focusing not on high protein each meal and getting some veggies in, then if I'm still hungry, eating a few unhealthy options. Remember balance is key even when you can eat what you want 😊 have a great Wednesday folks!! 🤘.

A lot of my meals I share look a lot more 'treaty' than they actually are, literally maybe 90-100cals worth of 'bad' in this. Do this a few times a day it's literally no more than any normal person who enjoys a coke and mars bar a day.... I get asked a lot about how much sugar I actually take in... I don't know tbh and I dont really care. Some days I do take the piss and eat no veg other days I dont and eat a ridiculous amount of health just depends on the feels of that given day.

Like everyone on instagram right now, I'm in a baking place because of the Bake off! So, I noticed I had three SUPER ripe bananas sitting in the fruit bowl so I made this banana bread on Monday night and it worked a treat! Super chunky, super chocolatey, great for a first attempt. I very slightly modified a recipe I found on @whenharrymetsalad 's page (LOVE this page 👌🏼❤️). Since I don't have a loaf tin, I had to make this in my brownie tin and cut it up. This was three slices, layered up with some banana slices and @musclenuts_ chocolate PB all topped with an @oreo cookie and, you already know, @jimjams_spreads! 🤤

Why does food taste better when it's stacked? This was an absolute treat after smashing a leg workout yesterday! I'm now up to 85kg for 4 sets of 8 on front squats on my hypertrophy focussed leg day. The weight itself isn't feeling too bad but, I mentioned this on my story, around the 5th, 6th rep, my thoracic spine starts to cave... Making me feel like I can't progress in weight BUT I'm gonna smash through it by ensuring I'm super tight in between reps and stop rushing them! Anyway, recipe time! 👇🏼

(Makes 9 portions)
•In a bowl, mix 150g of oats (@tescofood), 50g of whey, 40g of cocoa powder (@sainsburys) and 40g white chocolate chips (@tescofood).
•In another bowl, mash 2-3 ripe bananas and mix with 1 egg and 150ml of water.
•Combine both and pour into, preferably, a loaf tin (I topped mine with some more banana slices).
•Stick in the oven at 170C for ~30C👌🏼

Last of the @dr_zaks_ltd protein cookies is the chocolate chip version. There really isn’t much I can say about this, it has no taste and feels like I’m eating paper. I would go into more detail but just read the other reviews I have done on their cookie range. This however is better then the salted caramel flavour so I will give this 2/10. Nikdy to není špatný nápad říct někomu,že vám na nich záleží ❤️ a měli bychcom to dělat častěji. 
Protože když se nám něco nelíbí,tak to většinou řekneme hned,ale když se nám něco líbí,tak většinou mlčíme. .
Takže běžte za maminkou,taťkou,nejlepší kamarádkou/kamarádem,přítelem/přítelkyní.. a obejměte je a řekněte jim,že si jich vážíte ❤️
