City lovin' 💕 // After another longgggggggg day, I finally got home, walked out onto the balcony to gaze at the city. It was almost instantaneously as I looked up, there was the most beautiful shooting star, falling with grace across the night sky. 🌟💫✨ A sweet reminder from the universe..
MOTIVATION - PT ZAC'S STORY:

I started gym in 2011 after realising that I just wasn’t happy with where I was in terms of my body. My self-image & how I saw myself had suffered dramatically probably my whole early childhood & teen years due to being a bit of a chunky boy.
I started karate (which I loved!) & gym. I was a bit hesitant to go to the gym at first so my first initial months were a bit shaky. It’s a daunting thing starting at a gym, especially without prior fitness to help but good on you for taking the hardest step of all: GETTING IN THERE!
Eventually the weight was dropping & I was feeling more confident with every session. I got to my goal weight by the start of 2012 which was 70kg. I did this by reducing my portion sizes, eating more filling meals & having snacks throughout the day (such as nuts, muesli bars etc). Saying no to bad foods when I could helped as well.
I then moved to Brisbane at the end of 2012 after high school & I found, like many of us, life was getting in the way of me getting to the gym. I found I put on 15kg in the short time that I had been living down here.
This flipped a switch and I decided that I was going to lose the weight I put on, start feeling good about myself again and become a PT. I pushed myself to train harder, longer and eat healthier (smaller portion sizes and making sure I had a balanced diet of proteins, carbs and fats.
I lost a total of around 60kgs from 2011 to 2014 and have never felt better. I’m now a personal trainer at one of the best clubs in Brisbane, with the best clients EVER!! #goals#motivation
