I found this on my camera roll from summer, I remember thinking then wouldn’t it be the perfect winter hideaway? Only down the road from me in Bristol. Must return soon with a good book, pitch right there on the leather sofa and only move when it’s time to order another drink...
What a beautiful sunrise this morning! Thank you @chilliswood for sharing this lovely view across the frosty rooftops and providing our photo of the day ❄️☀️
Thank you to everyone for tagging #IGersBristol today. We’re back tomorrow 👋

Morning from here 👋🏻
I’m a little hungover. 😷
I also spent a very fun evening at @leilaa81’s. 🍸
These two facts may be connected.
On my way to a Christmas service shortly at school.
Pray for Jess. 🙏🏻☕️😬✨
⏩✨🎉 It's been 2 months in prep, weeks in making, & many early starts to finally complete this galactic hanging ceiling installation 🌟 Comprised of geometric paper shapes, plastic balls & paper origami, this is like nothing I've created before!
This could not have been done without all the generous donations of time, space, materials & expertise. Most importantly, not without James Koch & @thegallibristol who have been incredibly encouraging and positive throughout. The Galli is an amazing independent venue and a complete ambassador for the arts in all their forms, this creation, could not have manifested without them 🙌🏽 #GalliCosmos#MaxMalone#bristolart
Video to show you soon! Stay tuned, 📸 Richard Broomhall - @fracturedether
#gildedmagpiebespoke#wbw to this large dolphin brooch and cornelian earrings which are long finished but will be swimming across the Atlantic ere long to the brilliant (soon to be) 80 year old they were designed and made for. Classic inspiration, modern interpretation.
#gildedmagpie soon to be found @independentdesigncollective on north street, BS3. Watch that space...
Braised beef, white bean, tomato, poached egg & sourdough #bristolfood
Got myself a window seat.... watching the world go by while enjoying my mint tea.... and very soon I’ll be joined by new Tribe Member @victoria_denning_aesthetics for her complimentary 121! Super excited to share with Vicky lots of social media strategies for her business!
I spend a good part of my life walking around observing life. Looking at people, how they interact, how they make sense of the world they live in. I am nosey. I look inside their homes as I walk past & I imagine all sorts of stories. I enjoy doing that. I think a lot of us do. At the moment, it does feel a bit different though. It must be this freezing weather or the thought of Christmas and its ludicrous consumerism approaching, or maybe my eyes are more open that usual. I can’t help being struck by the contrast, the inequalities in this increasingly unfair society, which is what this picture is about. There are so many people sleeping rough in Bristol. It is beyond upsetting to know that so many people do not have the opportunity (and pleasure) to go back to a warm home / bed / bath at the end of their day. It is heart wrenching. Yesterday I heard of this App called “StreetLink”... all you need to do is register & next time you see someone sleeping rough, you can log in the location and as many details as you can, and the local support authorities will be informed and take action. It is a small thing, a small gesture, but it may provide that person with a warm bed or a hot meal that night. And that’s HUGE. (You can also donate, that’s also really helpful, if you can). •
Another new addition to my Etsy shop!
The Luna Lovegood, Spectrespecs necklace is my biggest statement piece yet. Made from Birch, with transparent coloured perspex lenses and a clear perspex back so you can see all the Nargles and Wrackspurts!
Shop now to receive before Christmas!
What’s your favourite place where you live?
Brandon Hill is my paradise within Bristol. This photo is a reminder how although it’s surrounded by nature, you’re still right in the centre of the city. As soon as I’m there I magically forget any worries and feel completely relaxed.
