Happy throw back Friday! Throw back to when I was lighter and I did 5 pull ups (NOT chin ups 💁♀️). I thought I’d be much stronger and able to do more pull-ups now, but being 20 lbs heavier I can’t pull myself up, I can barely do 4! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Anyway ~ 💁♀️💁♀️ I look forward to this weekend.

Hola! Este es el regalo del día 15 del calendario de adviento @ritualscosmeticsspain. Se trata de "The Ritual of Dao-relaxing serum" es una crema que refresca y relaja el estrés o el cansancio.
Se aplica una pequeña cantidad en las sienes, frente y cuello y se realiza un suave masaje. Al aplicarlo en las sienes hay que tratar de hacerlo lo más alejado posible de los ojos.
La verdad es que no sé si relaja o no... Lo que sí es seguro es que refresca ya que contiene menta.

April 👉🏻 December this year. 💪🏼💃🏻☺️No more 4am starts for the gym before work, no crippling need to go back to the gym after work. My training has been cut to 4 days at a minimum, I'm training because I love it and not for stress anymore, finally 🙌🏻😍 The biggest lesson however is to eat food like an adult, not a child. Seems trivial, right? 🤷🏽♀️ Until you're in that position you would laugh or judge but recovering from the damage you have inflicted upon yourself is extremely difficult. A diagnosed Coeliac at 2 years of age and after years of abusing it I'd become obsessed with undoing the damage. Am I proud of it? In the grand scheme of things, yes. It's taught me an awful lot of do's and don'ts. More food, more sleep, less stress. It may have taken 6/7 months to get back to full health but it's on the up and staying there. 🤞🏻One lesson for 2018? Don't be so hard on yourself. Happy Friday ☺️💕
