It's crazy thinking my little sister moved into her dorm today.. why can't you go back to being a little kid running around outside and in the woods being a kid. You've grown into such a beautiful young woman and I know you'll do amazing things at college! Hopefully I will join you this winter! Good luck Squid!! I love you sis

For the record, I didn't think I was unfit in the left pic. I've been living an active lifestyle for 10+ years now and I was at a point there where I thought of being active as fun 😏 I didn't have a consistent workout regimen and besides eating healthier than previous years, I didn't follow a strict eating plan either #funtimes 🍫🍩 - I was quite content 🙂 And if that's where you are in your fitness journey, then that's amazing and it's totally OK to be happy where you are! 👏
But sometime last year, I knew I wanted more. My goals changed and I wanted to see further improvements so I decided to try a little harder. I set specific goals, especially this year, and spent my Saturday mornings with a coffee ☕ researching about fitness, planning my own training programs then going onto the following week testing to see what works for me/what doesn't.
My point is, we ALWAYS have room to improve. If you want to get to another level, don't be afraid to put in the work. Hire a coach if that helps. - -
Making some small changes, working a little bit harder, and really believing you can smash whatever goal you set, will take you SOOO far, I promise.
With that said, I'm just about ready to go even further 🤘 #GoalDiggerForLife

This photo doesn't really due this salad justice. This is a bigger bowl than usual and the salad weighed over 1.5kg. Wanted to make sure I flooded my body with vitamins and nutrients after what felt like quite a long time without a proper diet. Back to my normal routine tomorrow. Holiday is over, for now.

After spending the weekend deep diving with one of the smartest humans I've ever come across, the journey to interrupt millions of lives begins today. After a long build of testing, measuring and learning its time to wake people up to a better way to wellness. I'll be making some no nonsense marketing videos over the next few weeks based around several sessions with arguably the most switched on entrepreneur I've been fortunate enough to have guide me for a while now. YouTube it's time.
Although I'm incredibly passionate about DNA testing it is still just a tool, and although without it we would be doing our clients a severe injustice, my mission is actually standing for wellness and vitality backed by science. I stand for people not accepting the excuse of just getting old or ageing as an answer for stress, anxiety, being over weight or have lack of care or wellbeing for themselves.
So what's the answer? Well the answer isn't a swab in a box. That's one part of our system. The answer is a reset. Systematically re-configuring your way of thinking and acting around your wellbeing. Because without that, what's the point? You probably think that at My DNA Coach we sell genetic tests, curriculums and information, but if the information was the answer then everybody would already be walking around with the body of their dreams, because information is freely available. What makes my DNA Coach so different is our unique system. Because people fail, systems don't. It's time to reset a whole bunch of humans around the 🌎!
