I usually don’t like going real heavy on this movement, I don’t normally use 45s, I use 25s just for the range of motion. But today I felt like moving some heavy weight on the T-Bar. I don’t like using the Chest Supported T-Bar Row as much because I fell like all your strength isn’t being utilized, whereas with the regular T-Bar Row you using not only your back muscles, but it turns into a full body movement because your using your leg muscles for stabilization, as well as core for stabilization. You don’t have to go heavy with this movement, but make sure your protect your lower back by keeping a slight arch in your back. ✌🏿
OMG! Finally Friday! So happy for the weekend! 😁 Today has been so windy and chilly...thankfully it's going to warm back up tomorrow! 🌞 Headed to the gym this afternoon for @laurengleisberg's back and abs. Started with a 15 minute HIIT warm-up of mountain climbers and kettle bell swings. 😥 Heavy weights-3x15-20-supersets. Finished my workout with a plank until I dropped. 😂 I totally forgot to time myself, but I feel like I was planking forever! 😂 My @yogitea is finally cooled down, and it's about time for me to go to bed. Long week, last hotel stay and ready to be back in San Diego for the week. Excited about a job I'm doing on monday for @luchalibretacoshop in San Diego. They've been aired on @foodnetwork in the past. Super good Mexican food, so if you're in the area stop in and grab some tacos and a beer.
