I'm laughing as I post this. Rebecca @rmcgraw777 and I must have taken 15 pictures together, and this is by far the best one. I love posing with others just as much as I love doing it for myself. Can't wait to be there for her on show day and all the other days in between. That's the best part - watching the final product grace the stage.

What I am slowly coming to realise is that wellness is so, so much more than food and exercise. It's about social connection, and self care. It is about sleep, and stress management, and creating a life. It is about dreaming, and love, and all the things that make you happy.
Comparing or using other people's definitions of wellness - food, work, nutrition, goals - just won't work for you. It won't make you feel whole and it will never be enough.
I think we have to be brave enough to aline with our own values and the things that make us truly happy, and let go of all the things that do not.
For me it's being outside and adventuring with my favourite human. Have a think about the things that make you happy. And slowly begin to add more of that to your life. You got this ❤️. Trust yourself.

Day 6 Cardio Flow done! Today I was off with my timed nutrition and my meals. Because I decided to sleep in, I was left with a very short window to get all my food in. Also I didn’t have all the food I needed for each meal so that was another problem with my lack of planning for today. Lesson learned! My fridge is full again so I’ll be back at it tomorrow.
Feeling good watching these clips and noticing a lot of progress on my back muscles.
Sometimes it may feel like your journey is long but I always encourage clips and photos of yourself to track progress. #feelingood
