This is a little different from my usual captions but a topic I want to get more exposure and more movement to try and stop it, is sexual abuse and sex trafficking. This is a very very large problem across the world, this does not just happen in foreign countries, this happens everywhere right down to your very neighborhood. This is a very sick problem, and happens so much. Especially here in San Diego there is a high rate of trafficking and sexual abuse. If you know anyone who is in danger, I encourage you to contact the police and contact 1-888-373-7888 and report it as soon as possible. Over the next week I will be doing what I can to bring more information regarding this and the young kids affected by this as well as the adults. I encourage you to help spread awareness and help victims, these victims come out of this with ptsd and other mental illness as well as physical and internal injuries. Let’s play our part and help those in danger. A lot of victims have become desensitized and this becomes normal for them, a cycle of never ending nightmares. Open your eyes and don’t just watch others suffer, go out and make an effort to create change. Let’s bring awareness to something that isn’t given as much light as it should. I’ve always wanted to stop these things but a presentation at my church Emmanuel faith in escondido finally gave me the push to comment on this and hopefully try and get more exposure and more people trying to put an end to this. Change starts with you. Let’s do what we can to help these young kids and adults. •
"Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others."

Meet the cuuUuutest couple in the world, Rachel (@newwestmom) and Brian Murphy!
Originally from Nova Scotia, the Murphy’s met while they were studying engineering at Dalhousie. In those days Brian was extremely shy but he loved dancing by himself to the Black Eyes Peas and rapping to Twista after a few beers, LOL.🕺🏻A mutual friend of theirs insisted that Rachel and Brian would be a good match, and obviously he was right! After two months of dating, Rachel told her family that she and Brian would be a family someday... they’ve been together for 12 years now and have two adorable little boys! Awww! 👨👩👦👦
The Murphy’s said what they liked best about #YYC is the endless amount of things to do, especially for families. “We are constantly inspired to take our boys (3 and 21 months), on as many adventures as we can pack into our weekends.”
A fun fact about the couple: Rachel is over a foot shorter than Brian. She says that he will eventually be a hunchback because of it, haha. Love this couple! #whatsyourlocal
