After working on the hamstrings with this wheel, I will sometimes go directly into a stretch. No need to stop to remove the wheel... I Grab it and use it as an assistant to pull my legs down further.
After working on the hamstrings with this wheel, I will sometimes go directly into a stretch. No need to stop to remove the wheel... I Grab it and use it as an assistant to pull my legs down further.
I train my Hamstrings, Calves, Glutes and Core with this move on my @lifelineusa core wheel. 
3-4 sets of 12-15 usually touches my muscles with enough intensity to tighten things up in the rear.

HAMMER GRIP and a slight directional change more to the rear diversifies the game. I still keep the resistance low to moderate at sets of 25 to 30.
