Anything in life worth doing, is worth doing well. If you’re going to spend time on something, make it worth it and give it your all. That goes for everything in life, including your health and fitness. Why put in half the effort to only get half the results? If you’re spending your time on it anyways, give it your all and get the complete results. You deserve it. Show up for yourself. Work hard for yourself. Give yourself the gift of better health and being in your best shape so you can live your best life. You only have one life.. Give it your all. ✌🏼❤️💪🏼

Homemade dinner to commemorate my grandparents life. One of the favorite things they liked to make me as a very active tennis player was pasta with Parmesan cheese as a teen. I made it last night along with a homemade salad of roasted kale, pomegranate, peaunut Asian dressing, cashew nuts, amaranth and cranberries. I accompanied with a glass of rose ( also Grandpas favorite summer wine) and turned on my seasonal pumpkin spice candle. TGIF !!! Nothing better than a soothing meal that reminds us of those who’ve loved us in the past and celebrating that love through food.
