Hard and sweaty run this morning, knocked out 5 miles on the treadmill by doing the H2GO workout ++ mixing in extra jogging. Red faced and sweating up a storm! Felt great, but 4 am is a bit early to get up. the challenge today was to write down three things that would make my day better. i feel [+ look] SO DEAD but SO GOOD after today's cardio sweat sesh!!! i was able to run so much more than i usually do in a long time because my sports asthma [or what i think is sports asthma lol] makes it hard to breathe with long distance, but these intervals made it so much easier to breathe more + go longer. my breathing while exercising is something i've been struggling with for a few years now + it's disappoining when the rest of my body wants to keep running so bad but my lungs can't anymore, so i'm very happy ☺️for todays #chaargbootycamp insta challenge, 3 things that made today great were 1) waking up earlier than needed to take a long, relaxing shower before work 2) doing WAY better in cardio today than i expected 3) having alone time to myself tonight to unwind. i hope all you other chaargies had a great day too 🌞 [20//100] #syracusechaarg #chaargexec #inchaarg

Day 9 of CHAARG BOOTYCAMP is complete!!!!! Today's workout (H2GO) was actually super doable for me. Usually I despise running, but today it felt needed. This Earn Your Bolt session was surprisingly easy, especially since it was a lot of walking to sprinting. Also, today I completed the Bonus Burn 3 as well. Loved every second of working out and I'm so happy with myself today. For the Instagram challenge, three things that would make my day great would be to go straight to the gym after work, paint a craft, and to get into my pajamas early. I actually finished most of these! Hope everyone had a great day today and am even better one tomorrow!!!!! I am sooo obsessed with Danish culture and this book. I would highly recommend giving it a read or researching more about hygge  to find out what we can learn from the Danes since it is scientifically proven they're the happiest nationality in the world!! I'm personally going to work on finding pleasure in little things and being present when I'm with friends and family.

Getting back into my workouts again after a long two week break. I'm currently dead on the floor. Thankful for those breaks though because they help me to realize how much better I feel when I'm treating my body with love and respect and trying to grow and clean myself from the inside out! Got a little extra chub back from it but you don't eat gross and not move and stay fit. Growing my at home workout equipment too so I can really hold myself accountable on days I don't make it to the gym ⚡️☀️😜 Missing my @chaarg girls and can't wait to have a sweat team again soon! Muah 💋! . •

Throwback monday(?) to last Wednesday, #wearchaargwednesday at a waterfall near Cedar Grove Village in King's Canyon National park. I spent the past week pretty disconnected from technology and doing lots of hiking (and it was also my first time ever camping!) which was nice but now I'm back for #chaargbootycamp week 1, day 1 #loveyourselflift. I can't wait to get started! (Also I'm heading back to my first class since before the trip at @rushcycle_encinitas tomorrow at 5:30 and I can't wait! It's been too long)

Excited to kick this week off! I'm a routine oriented person now, but it took me a while to get there. This is how I plan my life/days/weeks/whatever. I used to just have ton of unorganized thoughts or to do lists scattered everywhere, and this (bullet journaling) helped me get it all together. I make lists, weekly or daily or monthly spreads, doodle, etc. This week, I'm trying to be mindful about using my time more wisely. I'm also focusing on being authentic and living wholeheartedly, thanks to one of @brenebrown books. I'm trying out morning workouts instead of only afternoon ones. So far, so good! I completed the #PeriwinklePump this morning and then had a lazy day and watched TOO much Netflix. 😬😅💤 My way of organizing is usually using the Reminders app on my phone as well as my calendar for important dates! I completed the #PeriwinklePump  this morning and then had a lazy day and watched TOO much Netflix. 😬😅💤 My way of organizing is usually using the Reminders app on my phone as well as my calendar for important dates! Happy day 8 of the CHAARG BOOTYCAMP!!!!!!!!!! Can't believe that we have already completed week 1!!! A recap on the weekend is that I completed at least 11,800 steps each day. Today, I started the morning with journaling and the Periwinkle Pump workout. It wasn't necessarily hard, but I had no motivation to do it. Nevertheless, I completed it, but it took me forever. Also, my significant other (@payfiddy ) and I went to the pool today, but it was freezing cold. Here is everything I have to do this week for the daily Instagram challenge:
•go to work
•CHAARG BOOTYCAMP
•buy Payten a birthday present
•buy my mom a birthday present
•wash hair
•whiten teeth a couple times
•make the weekly CHAARG recipe
•walk at least 10,000 steps on the weekend
•finish picture frame for my future little
•start new craft for my future little

I always get nervous using the weight I normally do for a less intense workout during the fitplan.. I tell myself that it's getting too tough and that I should decrease the weight so I can do it *faster* or I can make it *easier* 
Like today I told myself I shouldn't have started with the weight I did, but guess who completed the TURN IT UP version with the same DBs she started with. This girl 😛😛😛
Getting out of my head is something I really have been trying to work on so today was a big deal for me.
