Here's a little something to make your Friday even sweeter than the fact that it is Friday -- Peanut Butter cookies!! 🥜🤤
One of my sweet weaknesses is peanut butter cookies -- as a kid, in my mind, I never liked them because my older brother "D" is severely allergic to peanuts so we had to be extra careful but I have grown to love peanut butter a lot. I just whipped these puppies up for my cousin's ugly sweater//Sunday Funday party since tomorrow is a crazy day. Getting my CPR certification in the morning, meeting @itsmaryk at Solidcore right after, then watching one of my favorite kiddos tomorrow evening. Hope you all have an awesome Friday + even better weekend! ❤️

You Will Need // ¾ tsp baking soda, 3 tbsp flour [*I used coconut this time but all-purpose white also works], ¼ cup sugar [*honey or maple syrup are better subs but I personally have not made them yet so idk how they will be but go for it ☺️], 2 tbsp brown sugar, ½ cup peanut butter [*I used the 365 brand from Whole Foods], 2 tbsp applesauce, + ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
 Instructions // Preheat oven to 350°. Combine dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl + mix well. Add wet ingredients + mix well. Roll into cookie balls + bake for about 8-10 minutes. They will look underdone when you take them out, but that’s how we like 'em right? They will be fine though, trust me. Let cool for at least 5 minutes before removing from tray + onto a cooling rack. Enjoy ☺️
++ This recipe will make about 16 cookies… maybe more, depending on how big you roll them - I ended up with a batch of 16. [If you make 16 cookies, each one will contain about 65 calories]

oh how i’ve missed making poached eggs for breakfast! 🍳 this semester was quite a bit crazier than i expected, and i ended up having to leave the house before the sun came up nearly every day. and let’s be real here - i was hella lazy & didn’t want to spend any extra time away from my cozy bed! 🤷🏻‍♀️ today i made some yummy poached eggs (one regular with paprika, and a turmeric egg with black pepper) and put them on my favorite english muffins (@foodforlifebaking) with @cava traditional hummus & sliced avo! 🥑 i wanted to add some arugula but apparently everything on the top shelf of our fridge gets frozen - rookie move 🙃 anyway, i cannot wait to make these tasty eggies all the time again 😍🙌🏻

Lemme tell you about @uniconutrition and their pre-workout. It is phenomenal and can sometimes be the reason why I'm able to get my workout in some mornings. They have 3 different types of pre-workout that I personally use all the time. 
Numba 1: Athena v.2 gives me tons of energy and fuels many of my cardio workouts 
Numba 2: Adonis is equally amazing and is great for lifting days and has creatine so helps those muscles out
Numba 3: Athena Intense is their newest and probably my favorite pre-workout at the moment. Great for cardio and lifting. It gives me a boost of energy throughout my workout and helps me push the limit
