Today was a humble slap in the face [if that can even be a thing]. I did the first FitPlan workout tonight since [since yesterday I was swamped w/ hw + exams] + DANG I got my butt handled to me on a shiny platter. I could only do two rounds of the workout + some one the exercises I didn’t fully complete, so I added in a mile run to supplement it. I’ve never felt more weak in my life. // BUT that is okay. That is life. Stuff comes up, we get out of routines, we slack off in different areas to dedicate time to other things. It happens. // I have been putting a lot of things before me lately —> school, work, friends, + responsibilities. Being completely knocked down was needed. It’s made me realize I NEED to make time for me. Make time to workout. Make time to relax + journal. Make time to prepare wholesome meals. Make time to just take care of me. // any of you in the same boat? I feel like it’s so easy for it to happen when school rounds around. We just have to love ourselves at every stage, whether moving forward or moving backwards. We are awesome + always changing. // Happy Tuesday babes💕

hi!! day 5 of #thegoal30 was to try a yoga class!! i haven’t done one in literally years and i always just think yoga isn’t for me. i actually had fun during this! some of the poses i was not flexible enough for 😅 but the meditation at the end was the deepest relaxation i’ve ever been in. took off from working out today and got a lot of work done. then some nice yoga 🙏🏻 #syracusechaarg #inchaarg #runchaarg #yoga #meditation #namaste

Didn't get around to posting yesterday but boy oh boy am I loving this fitplan so far!! Day one: Wow shoulder sculpt was absolutely no joke! Definitely had a great sweat sesh 😅💪🏽 My goal for this fitplan is to complete every workout + get into a solid routine of staying motivated!! (peep my fav water bottle)

Day two: Still sore from yesterday's workout but got my butt out of bed this morning and made it to the gym for today's cardio sweat sesh :) Here's a pic of my absolute favorite tea from Teavana, definitely a must-have for this chilly fall weather!! #gvsuchaarg #inchaarg #chaargfitplan

Today I focused on drinking lots of h2o and the food I ate. My favorite reusable cup is my "K" cup, it's my tervis that I got after I broke the one my boyfriend Keegan got me. My cup matches my "K" ring which makes me think of Keegan, who always believes in me. P.S. [Day 1] Started the fit plan a day late.. it was a rough workout for me. I struggled + ended it early. I cried + felt disappointed, but I have to keep telling myself that this is the start of my journey ++ I’m only going to improve. My top goal is to gain // tone muscle. I’ve never taken before + after pictures because I’ve never worked hard towards an after, but here they are. I also would like to create a consistent workout schedule + work on running a mile without stopping. During our 'Meet the Exe' scavenger workout my team and I so happened to run into it at the perfect time and I quickly grabbed and ran with it for the majority of the workout. Who's going to pass on free Red Bull?! Regardless, I'm so proud of my team for making it all the way without stopping and finishing in first! Back (sometimes I'll add in a chest exercise)
Shoulders and abs

I don't necessarily have a day set for each (except I do like doing butt on mondays) because I play it by ear! If I can't make it to the gym I'll switch around my workouts so that I can at least work out each muscle group least once a week.
