📆 #Day21 of #100daysofpractice [October 21th, 2017]
امروز شنبه است و یکی از معدود روزهایی که میتوانم به دور از دانشگاه، تدریس، هنرجو، و... فقط تمرین کنم.
معمولاً آغازِ این روزها را با تمریناتِ ژیمناستیک انگشت آغاز میکنم. این چهار تمرین را خودم با توجه به نیاز انگشتانم و با الهام از مقدمهی کتابِ آلفرد کُورتوی فقید طراحی کردم، و البته به همه توصیه نمیکنم.
چهار تمرینِ چهار شمارهای
تمرینِ اول: یک نت را مطابق ویدئو فشار داده و در چهار شماره فشار را روی انگشت بیشتر کنید و سپس در چهار شمارهی بعدی، از فشار آن بکاهید تا جایی که انگشت از کلاویه برداشته شود و سپس دو انگشتِ بعد.
تمرینِ دوم: یک نت را در چهار شماره بنوازید و هر بار دینامیکِ قویتری ایجاد کنید، در چهار شمارهی بعد دینامیک را بهتدریج کم کنید، سپس نت بعد.
تمرینِ سوم: یک نت را مطابقِ ویدئو چهار بار بنوازید، اما سه شمارهی اول بدون صدا، یعنی فقط با ضربه زدن به سطح کلاویه، و شمارهی آخر را قوی بنوازید. و سپس نت بعدی
تمرینِ چهارم: در چهار شماره یک کلاویه را به بیرون از گفت، به انتهای کلاویه بمالید تا انگشت صاف شود، سپس در چهار شمارهی بعدی آن را به داخل کف و به لبهی کلاویه برگردانید. سپس همین کار را با انگشتان دیگر انجام دهید.
پس از انجام نیم ساعته تا چهل و پنج دقیقهایِ این تمرینات با خیال راحت و با کف و انگشتانِ سر حال سراغ تمرین رپرتوارم میروم.

Your diet is EVERYTHING. I hear people say they want to "live good not long" ok cool, but the only reason people say that now is because they don't see or feel the ramifications of it Yet.
You not gonna be saying that when you are 50 and your unhealthy friends are dropping dead, you're in pain often, and you have medical bills and prescriptions to pay for all over some shit you could've prevented. I have family members going through that right now and it's not fun at all. It's sad and regretful.
And I am no saint. I am skinny as hell and most think just because of that, I can "eat whatever I want and not worry". I thought the same thing. Im not fat so I'm good. Nahh....
Number one lesson I learned is it's not about your size for the most part, it's about what nutrients are you putting in your body? Are you exercising your body? Exercising your brain? Not me.
If you eat shit most of the time, your insides will be shit in no time. I have high blood pressure issues, bad cholesterol through the roof and prediabetic. And I'm only 21. I'm starting to change my diet to the 90/10 rule which is 90% "vegan" plant based diet and 10% everything else.
I'm doing lots of research and I'm finding how extremely beneficial plants are to humans, I mean it's ridiculous. You could find cures to so many health issues if you eat plant based foods. It's no wonder vegans are the healthiest people and have the least health issues. Skin problems, sinus problems, thyroid, diabetic, pain, hair, anemia, cholesterol, etc. Almost any issue you have, you can improve and correct with plants.
So far, this new lifestyle is hard af because it's FOREVER not just 2 weeks. And I realize I'm addicted and need to break old habits. It's all worth it because I will have a healthy soul in the end.
A healthy diet improves your mental/body/soul/emotional health. So go change your life!!

Engraçado que as pessoas falam os absurdos do bloco socialista, mas me parecem serem os únicos a terem ajudado pela luta de libertação desses povos, além das homenagens em selos, não consigo imaginar Malcom X em um selo americano e nem Zumbi em um selo no Brasil.
Mesmo não concordando com aspectos politicos de Amilcar Cabral (que se considerava um nacionalista africano e eu me vejo como um comunista internacionalista incondicional), vejo motivo de gritar:
Just got back after 5 hours of work. Not until 12AM did I actually have a chance to have dinner ( I had lunch at 2 today) since I spent time prospecting ambitious, teachable and accountable people who want to improve their self-images, mindset as well as to change their life for good. I was hungry and tired, but I found joy in what I did. I had a chance to meet sharp and young people, and at the same time, had a chance to buy my parents' lives back. If they are willing to work from 9-5 for you, why can't you just spend small amount of your time in a day to build an asset that can make you and your parents retire earlier ? #bodykey#nutrilite
How's your #weekend ? We're practicing cutting paper to refine motor skills. The sense of accomplishment for a young child over doig something new and succeeding on his own is EXTREME. For us adults it seems trivial, but through a child's eyes it's a joyful eureka moment. Learning is fun! #montessori#early#independence .
I am so excited... its been a long time coming. My first business website being developed and I am so grateful. Evolving my perception to see clearly my true wealth is what has made this happen.

I’m finding a BALANCE in my life. It’s not always easy to do but it’s important. It’s about making what’s important in your life a PRIORITY! Do you do that?
Like today for example, I wanted to see my daughter and she was able to meet up with me this morning! My job allows me that freedom. 🇺🇸I’ll work a bit longer this evening but running my errands this morning while the stores are less crowded and visiting my daughter make it worthwhile!
Next week my son is coming home 🏡 and again I have the time to get him and be at home to see him the short time he’ll be around! No asking off or worrying about any of that. 😊
My dog 🐕 needs me more, and even with her annoying barking I wouldn’t change a thing.
Life’s too short to live your life not being able to spend time with those who are important to you. ❤️I’m also juggling a long distance relationship right now and since I can work from anywhere, if life takes me away from my house 🏡 that’s not an issue either!
