An Indiana conservation officer had a little trouble posing for his recent staff photo - that’s because his K-9 partner, Kenobi, refused to stop licking his face. The outtakes from officer Levi Knach’s photo shoot are going viral thanks to Kenobi’s wonderful attempts to steal the show. (Indiana State Parks/Facebook) #dogs#dogstagram#indiana#indianastateparks
Indiana DNR photographer John Maxwell captured this autumn image of the gristmill in the Pioneer Village at Spring Mill State Park near Mitchell, Indiana. The restored Pioneer Village, founded in 1814, contains 20 historic buildings to explore. The centerpiece is a 3-story limestone gristmill, built in 1817, that still grinds cornmeal today. More about the state park at http://www.in.gov/dnr/parklake/2968.htm The mill has a webcam at the top of the structure: http://www.in.gov/dnr/parklake/6597.htm. #gristmill#pioneer#fallcolors#indiana#indianastateparks
Schoolhouse (aid station) rocks!!
Do you remember the schoolhouse rocks videos? Those were pretty unique.
What else is unique is how awesome the aid stations (including schoolhouse) are at the Indiana Trail 100. Check out my post from Black Friday. That’s just the spread for the fatass. The race day eats are way beyond that!
