For shortcomings, for defects in body, ways thoughts, poor choices. And start claiming whatever it is you do will be either godly or ungodly.
I feel physical being gotta come first can't just trash it with process, gmo food in excess. Or trash it by being in circle of toxic people/goal haters or else we won't even have nowhere to live to appreciate the spirit, "ya feel me?" like no amount of wishes, hopes, or even faith can better us of all 3 things such as physical mental spiritual. Takes work/effort/good habits. Anything we get hooked on takes over our psychology/physical being. So watch what your hooked to.

On weekdays/weekends must keep sense of balance attached so that means if we UP 5 days of health n wellness must be UP Saturday Sunday to same as for spirituality must not just be up on Sunday or Bible study related day last but not least mental. With meditation reading writing gotta be UP 7 days a week.
We all not meant to look, feel, be who our past self was like @kathy_drayton said can't be 1.0 forever. Gotta move on up to 2.0, 3.0, 4.0 and so on
It's all from HABITS not MORALITY of oh that's the 😇 or that's the 😈

@shakaloha1000 has started at a new physical therapy center, @sci_fit . He is doing locomotor training as part of his program there and he loves it. At home we do a floor routine and walk in his braces almost every day. Although my hand is on his foot, I'm merely following the rest of his leg. He has gained a lot of strength in his adductors and abductors and quads. A few months ago I would have to keep his leg from completely flailing out to the side. A few weeks ago I had to use both arms to stabilize his legs to do these bent knee leg circles. There's a lot of days when we both want to be lazy, but we never quit. We cry, we whine, we hurt and ache, but we won't stop.
Statistically, someone with Casey's injury will not walk again. And there are a number of reasons, and only part of it is the actual spinal cord injury. Finances, insurance, proximity and access to hi-tech therapy and equipment, overall health before and after injury, level of fitness before and after, youthfulness, a support network, and of course most importantly: ATTITUDE, OUTLOOK, and MOTIVATION.
We are incredibly fortunate in all those respects, and take this journey very seriously. It doesn't make it easy, but it always seems impossible until it's done. #paraplegic#provethemwrong#walkagain#physicaltherapy#goals#inittowinit#achievetheimpossible
#InItToWinIT as a #PCHSuperFan and watching many episodes of the walking dead has made this weekend pretty much a fulfilling one since much of what's been played I haven't had access to for a few years. It's pretty neat. And too bad I hadn't the extra money needed to level up today on my two major games. Using three devises is key to all my entries since I've no computer and no high speed internet in home. When making a post, always two out of three might be found in a snapshot. A lot of really great entries made almost promising, however clearly no wins yet. It's amazing how much more of a chance I had with sweepstakes back in the day of postal mail compared to this electronic media. At least nothing to purchase in what I'm doing. If it's free,.. it is for ME.

#aboutyesterday : Photo 1-#resteasymyfriend : an old co-wrkr of mine passed away 10/14/17 and her service was ystrdy. I went to view her and saw her brother there and we spoke for a while. When I reminisce about her it's all smiles. We've never had a fall out, disagreement, or any kind of drama. We even got our 1st tattoos together. I still have just one, but she did get another later, lol! We simply drifted apart, due to life. It happens. Photo 2-#congratulationsgirly !: One of my current co-wrkrs got married ystrdy! The ceremony was beautiful and she was a beautiful bride. Her husband had us laughing during exchanging of vows, lol! Photo 3-#InItToWinIt : LaPorsha, Anthony, and Charlie. My whole day was definitely about enjoying life and not taking moments or ppl for granted. Time stops for everyone at some point, so try and enjoy and cherish every moment if you can. ❤

I haven't been able to work out for over a week and my diet has been out of whack with the craziest cravings🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
I had to take a little break for health reasons and let me tell you it is not easy. I have big goals and this was a hard thing for me to do. I even had to take a break from my everyday superfoods shake (for a week) and omg the cravings I have for sugar and breads is CRAZY!!!🍰

This year, my time was the worst of the last four years. Ruptured some muscles in right leg around 11km mark (obviously didn't know at that time, but it felt as if someone was stabbing me in leg, stretching didn't help much). But, learned an important lesson: You may have spent months training for this day, but you can't do it without your body coordinating. Shit happens.
But, I also learned, once again: never give up. Literally, I knew when the leg started to act up, I won't finish in time for 2 hours and15 mins (that was the goal, and that's what I trained for). Excruciating pain. But, I kept going even if it meant walking and struggling. I finished. For me, this year was one of the most mentally challenging + physical race for me. I m glad I finished and kept going. Your body tells you to stop, but brain says "you got this." There was literally a point around 18km where I kept telling myself that I will only stop if I fall.
P.S. this picture is just before heading to medical station. Had to take the pic with the medal. I am damn proud of it. This year's one especially.
