Transformation Thursday!! So here are two pictures of me taken about a month and a half apart. I was feeling good in the first picture. I had just started my first round of a new 21 day program and was feeling good about my workouts. I was starting to learn how to eat healthier.
In the second picture I am feeling great. I have completed two 21 day programs and have started a third. I have figured out more about what I should be eating on a daily basis. I am no longer relying on a plan that tells me what and when to eat each day. I am finding recipes for things that I really want to eat. I am feeling more confident on being able to pass up things that I know I need to limit eating.
I am not at my goal. But I am making progress. I am also doing it the right way. With diet and exercise. It is a slow process that will take a long time. But I have great support from my husband and also I have a team that support me.
